Trish and Mariah who we met with and you instantly feel like you've known them forever. They are professional, but laid back and not pretentious. I cannot say enough how both of them personally helped me through planning a postponed wedding and how flexible and calm they were during such a crazy time for brides and vendors. Due to scheduling with our venue, we ended up booking the associate team Linda and Cloud, which we do not see as a concession at all! They embody all the same qualities at the owner team and just as much talent. These women have earned their reputation in the Newport/RI wedding scene with their talent, but truly make you feel as if you're their own client! We can't recommend Snap enough and are so pleased with our photos. We want to get married all over again just to work with them and another set of amazing photos!

h for our engagement shoot (which they traveled to NYC for-thanks guys!) and we knew we made a great decision! We got the full SNAP experience as we had Linda and Cloud for our Friday Church ceremony and Mariah and Trish for our Saturday ceremony at Castle Hill Inn. We were totally blown away by the quality of the pictures. Trish is also amazing to work with on your album(s) and gave such great advice and suggestions! We also love following them on instagram (love the videos!) Thanks again for everything! We loved working with you all!

from the start and I knew they wouldn’t be shy with our big families. We got great group shots because Mariah and Trish kept everyone on schedule even when things got hectic. They also had great suggestions for shoot locations and we loved how our photos came out. Trish did an awesome job on our album design and incorporated changes where I wanted to be extra picky. In a seemingly endless fury of wedding stress, the ladies of Snap are professional, organized, FUN, relaxed, and most importantly captured the most STUNNING pictures from the most important day of our lives. We loved visiting their East Providence studio to run through the schedule for wedding day and select our albums/framed prints. I highly suggest selecting a package with an engagement shoot, it helped us warm up to the lovely Linda & Cloud... on wedding day it was like posing for photos with an old friend! dding was their website. It’s beautiful and after looking through it I knew they were just what we were looking for. If you’re searching for a wedding photographer in the Newport area, you must take a look and see for yourselves. Then after a lovely phone call with Mariah, I knew it was meant to be. We first met Trish and Mariah in person on a fall day in Newport for our engagement session. Neither of us had ever had professional photos taken before so it was such an amazing way to get to know the ladies, their style, and we knew right away that we’d made the best decision with Snap. Flash forward a few months to our wedding day, Trish and Mariah came in and instantly felt part of the group. We were both worried about being unphotogenic on our wedding day so it couldn’t have been more of a blessing to have two women that are the best in the business to support us. They were so positive, patient and made us feel so comfortable throughout the day. We felt like they truly had our backs. They knew so much about the venue (Castle Hill Inn), where the best pictures could be taken, and were always aware of the best angles and lighting. Trish and Mariah captured so many amazing moments and details that we now get to look back on for years to come. They were also so kind when dealing with our families for group pictures, especially since some wrangling was definitely needed haha! After the wedding was over we received our pictures from Trish and Mariah and wow did they take our breath away. For our wedding album Trish provided us with an amazingly helpful video that walked through the outline so we could see what pictures would work best out of the 900 we had to choose from. We wouldn’t have known where to start if we had to do this ourselves so we’re so grateful this awesome service comes with the Snap package. The final album is absolutely beautiful and shows our special day like a fairytale. This along with our folios that we gave to our parents as gifts will be items we’ll treasure forever. The photographs Trish and Mariah took on our wedding day were a dream come true and we’ll be eternally grateful to them for capturing the best day of our lives so perfectly.

Some staged shots are just simply necessary, but the ladies of Snap kept it fun and invited our opinions to ensure we were comfortable with the end results. They constantly talked and discussed the shots and how/what we wanted or expected. They had multiple suggestions of locations and styles and so we all worked together as a team to get what we really wanted for our photos. In addition to our private shots, the shots of the wedding guests, and general event really brought back memories of the celebration. There were plenty of pictures that caught people in the moment, and it was brilliantly done. They’re truly professionals, seamlessly moved throughout the wedding night capturing way more pictures than I would have imagined. They also picked out the best pictures for our album, effortlessly I’m sure. My analytical nature still compared what they put together to all the pictures we had and it was honestly not needed at all – they know what they’re doing in all aspects. We highly recommend Snap if you want to capture a life event with the fresh and vividly accurate detail it deserves. It may also be worth mentioning that it rained on our wedding day – I don’t even think of it because the day went perfectly. However, this just goes to show their talent even more. We ended up getting pictures at different locations than the typical bride and groom would get at our venue on a sunny day and I couldn’t have been more pleased. It was just meant to be and Snap knew what to do on a rainy day too.

and experiencing working with many photographers in the area I just HAD to have Mariah and Trish for our big day! Taking photos is not my husbands favorite activity to say the least (ha!) and right away Mariah and Trish got him out of his shell during our engagement shoot (and wedding) and captured the true emotions and love between us perfectly! It is so very important to have a great connection with your photographer and there is no way not to have a connection with these two! They are funny (actually hilarious!), very professional, caring and so very in-tune with their couples and to boot their work is just stunning. They make you feel so comfortable and there in the moment and they bring such a creative eye and uniqueness to their work. We LOVE our wedding photos! They were the best investment that we made for our wedding and I wish we could go back and do it all over again! d to anyone looking talented, knowledgeable, and positive-minded photographers for their wedding day. A series of brainstorming sessions full of laughter and whimsical at their offices, narrowing down the details as to the photos we kindly asked to be taken during the first-look and later after the ceremony during the cocktail hour (and with any vendor we would recommend that you be specific as possible and convey succinctly in writing what it is you’re looking for and want), Mariah and Trish, having familiarity with our venue, were able to keep things well organized on our wedding day. They captured the best perspectives while also putting to great use the natural light and lens flares, all the while keeping our 2-year-old, precocious niece occupied and happy throughout the photography shoots. That says a lot and that takes a lot when having to deal with multiple, somewhat un-attentive family members and friends as well. The after-shots we received within about 2 to 3 months after the event were well organized and breath-takingly awesome, easy to view, download, and share with family and friends on the internet. A first-cut of our ordered album shortly thereafter. We are certainly pleased with choosing Mariah and Trish and would do so again in a heart-beat.

that they really captured the candid & emotional moments of our day. I think that can be so hard to do, and the Snap! girls are amazing at it. For example, my husband had my name embroidered in his tuxedo & he surprised me when we were kneeling at the altar by opening his jacket to show me. I have no idea how Snap captured that 15 second moment! Amazing!! All of our photos truly capture the emotion of our day, which is what we were looking for most as opposed to having all super styled shots (and we got some of those as well :). Second, personality wise, Mariah & Trish are so lovely to work with. They bring such a fun -- yet still professional & in control -- attitude to the day. We felt really at ease working with them, and it showed in our photos. I am not a PDA person at all, so the fact that I could comfortably take lovey-dovey shots says a lot! ALSO, the weather was *insane* the day of our wedding because of wind & light rain / tropical storm residue. I was frantic all morning, my mom was driving me nuts, and Mariah was totally chill & calm. I was freaking out about running late, and Mariah had zero stress. It really helped. And you wouldn't know any of this from the photos ;). Third, smart! When we met with the Snap girls months before our wedding, I asked about a rain backup plan. They suggested the Newport Art Museum, which I reserved. It was a brilliant suggestion by them, and we ended up really needed it. It saved our photos! Love you ladies!! Anyone is lucky to work with you!

ou feel so comfortable. I was actually sad when I had to say goodbye to them at our wedding! They are a blast to be around...Then we got our wedding pictures. WOW. Perfection. Every.single.one. They captured our day perfectly and we are so happy with every single picture. It was beyond what we could have hoped for you. If you are considering them, do it. You will not be disappointed.

't hurt that a friend had recommended them very highly (and had amazing wedding photos, too!). From the first meeting, they were so professional and warm and we knew we were in good hands. My husband didn't want to see me before the ceremony, which presented some logistical challenges, but Mariah & Trish handled it like pros and made sure we still got all the shots we wanted. Our wedding photos are incredible and tell the story of every moment of the day. We will treasure them forever, and there are too many amazing photos for us to choose a favorite! ngagement shoot to your wedding day feel like a breeze. What set them apart for me was their pure talent (just look at their photos!) combined with their fun-loving relaxed nature. They are the type of people you want with you on your big day - a friendly calm face when you need them, but in the background taking beautiful photos while you're enjoying the moments. Also, their albums are absolutely stunning - you cannot replicate yourself and you can go into their shop and check them out! My husband and I loved working with Snap! and would highly recommend Mariah and Trish - they're the BEST and so much fun to boot! (Even when our dog gave Trish an allergic reaction - that's love from your photographers!)

by their attention to detail and how they are able to tell a story through their work.. not to mention the quality of the photos was just stunning. I was getting married in Boston, so I had to make sure they were available and up for the travel.. which was no biggie for them! Knowing them now.. they LOVE an adventure! After reviewing packages and prices.. their quality of work and personality won me over. We had them shoot our engagement session. I was a little worried about awkward posed pictures that seemed unnatural, however, they made it just the opposite! We had so much fun walking all over Charlestown / The Navy Yard, laughing throughout the afternoon and evening. We even took them on an adventure out on our boat for some really awesome shots.. again, these two are always up for something new! We knew after that day that we were in luck with Trish and Mariah shooting our wedding. Though we haven't seen all the pictures, the sneak peaks we have gotten so far have been PHENOMENAL! These two know how to find great spots that you would never think of.. and they turned out to be the most gorgeous photos! They were so organized and had their little check list of the "must have shots", and just when we thought we weren't going to get all of them done.. they magically happened! They work together SO very well and have the most infectious personalities. They even have this magic walkie talkie radio system to talk to each other throughout the day!! AMAZING! I can't imagine having anyone else capture our special day. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!! And I'm positive we will use them in the future for other milestones :) Love you ladies!!! xoxo :)

They also went above and beyond to make sure that we got all of the shots that we wanted and then many more that we are so thrilled to have. Also, all of our pictures were ready to view and share less than one month after the wedding!! t the time - now he's my husband :)) was very anxious heading into our engagement shoot - not at all excited to spend a couple of hours fake smiling at the Boston Public Garden, fighting through throngs of people while we got our photo snapped. Within minutes of meeting Mariah and Liz, he was relaxed and smiling (real smiles - not fake ones!) and the photos turned out beautifully! He is still astonished that they made him feel so comfortable. - SNAP! has creative and fun ideas that they are not scared to try. Who would've guessed the shot down the dark alley would turn out to be one of our favorites!? - Their photos are amazing and very natural. Somehow, they capture the moments when you don't think anyone is looking that are so authentic and special. No photos ever feel over-produced or forced. The light and colors of their photos give off an uber-romantic, vintage feel that is stunning. A few of my friends who had weddings across the past couple years in New England recently saw my wedding photos and so wished they had used SNAP! instead of their photographers. - They love what they do and it shows. o her how I've always hated most pictures of myself, and all my neuroses, and she was so wonderful and worked with me (and our crazy dogs) and we ended up with the most incredible pictures I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Everyone who saw the pics, which were taken in Providence, said they looked like a professional Vogue shoot in Europe. Oh, and did I mention the fact that she is funny and fun to work with. She and Liz just did our wedding, and they were amazing. They went above and beyond with my crazy shot list, and helped with things that a photographer doesn't have to. I can't recommend them highly enough.
