Snapdragon was recommended to me by my coordinator, but I had followed them for months before our wedding since they’re our South City neighbors. I found Snapdragon to be the best value out there, as Silvia helped me find solutions to fit my budget, such as moving our ceremony flowers to the reception. Silvia is so easy to get along with and instantly understood our vision, even when we wanted spring flowers in late October. I was a bit worried that my taste wouldn’t fit our fall wedding, but she took my garden wishes and made it even better. I didn’t see my ceremony setup until I walked down the aisle, and I found myself staring at my chuppah during the ceremony instead of my husband — I was in complete awe. I spent so long on Instagram and Pinterest leading up to the wedding and tried to temper my expectations but when we got a sneak peek of our reception venue I couldn’t stop screaming “This is a Pinterest wedding!” I could not believe how beautiful our space was, complete with bud vases, votives and taper candles. Silvia even thought up the perfect bar arrangement and Ikebana arrangements for our entrance. If you’re looking for a florist who will truly blow you away, stop looking because Silvia and her team at Snapdragon are the absolute best!

Silvia and her team made my floral dreams come true! I love flowers, it was almost my career, and I had very specific ideas on what I wanted for my wedding. Silvia took the time to plan with me, listen to what I wanted, made suggestions that I loved, and helped me stay in budget. They went above and beyond for my floral vision and I am still in awe of how wonderful my flowers looked! We had a great experience working with Snapdragon Studio for our May wedding in Webster Groves, MO. We met with several florists but chose Snapdragon after meeting with Silvia and receiving her incredibly detailed proposal. She understood our vision for the ceremony space and reception. We wanted large floor half-noon arrangements to create an alter and a mix of arrangements, bud vases and candles to create a romantic dinner party vibe at our reception. Silvia worked with to plan each element of the floral design, including which flowers would be available in early spring. We really wanted the flowers to celebrate springtime and couldn’t have been more happy with the end result. My bridal bouquet was romantic and natural. Overall, it was just an absolute pleasure working with Silvia and her team.

We can’t say enough good things about Sylvia and her team! For our initial meeting, Silvia really helped us narrow our vision and keep it within budget. I think her confidence and excitement in our florals made me confident and excited and their team crushed it on our wedding day! I was in love with the arch swags, and my bouquet specifically, but everything was truly beautiful! Highly recommend!

Let me just start by saying that Silvia is a dream to work with and when she brought me my bridal bouquet the morning of my wedding, I shed actual alligator tears getting to hug her and thank her for the beautiful job she did. When we were interviewing florists back in the early stages of wedding planning in April 2021, I was starting to feel discouraged with my inability to recognize names of blooms or put together a string of flowers, I of course could pull up 10 different bouquets and explain what I liked about each one or what I disliked, but I seemed to be falling short on the whole ~vision~ until I met Silvia. YOU GUYS, she is MAGIC and she is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. From the moment we met, we clicked. It felt like meeting a long lost best friend every single time we got to talk. Silvia was diligent in her notes in our first meeting which made our second and third meetings more like a catch up instead of going through details over and over again. I always felt and got the sense that Silvia really listened and I valued her creative opinions on adding some different elements to truly make a proposal that I was PERFECTLY ecstatic about. I never want to get married again, but if I did, I would choose Silvia and Snapdragon every. single. time. Silvia, thank you for sharing your creative mind and adding the most perfect touches to our perfect day - it was perfect because of you and your team's diligence and we truly can never thank you enough!

We really enjoyed working with Snapdragon for our wedding flowers! Sylvia was very responsive and worked with me on my very specific wish list for what flowers I wanted. I think for the budget set where it was that the floral arrangements turned out absolutely beautiful. However, the final color scheme was not exactly what I had envisioned and to me was not what we had talked about in our conversations leading up to the wedding day. I'm sure part of this was flower availability however. Along with the color scheme not being bold enough, there was another small floral installation at the reception that was not quite what we had talked about either. I'm still super happy with how the arrangements turned out and the overall experience!!

The flowers on our day were beautiful and lasted for quite a bit of time after the wedding was even over. The colors and ideas that I had in mind I described to Silvia and she and her team brought my vision to life exactly how I imagined it. They were always available to ask questions, even if my questions were pointless. And they made every single step of the way completely flawless. I could not recommend them enough.

The centerpieces and bridesmaid hoop bouquets were amazing and unique, and I got a lot of compliments on them. My guests loved the centerpieces so much that they took them home! Because of COVID-19, we canceled our order and started a brand new order, which caused some confusion, but Silvia and Amber were easy to work with and kept lines of communication open. Silvia and her team have magical powers when it comes to transforming rooms into intimate and lovely settings. We used Snapdragon for just my bridal bouquet during our first Covid wedding which was stunning and then we used the whole team on our big day in July of 2021. We needed the ceremony room transformed and then our reception area needed some work with regards to flowers. Silvia came and did a venue visit and I could just feel her passion. Our ceremony room was absolutely beautiful and then the reception area turned into this lovely, intimate space where our guests just raved all night about the flowers, votives, and linens. Silvia did an amazing job! She took my ideas of having flowers at our wedding and created art. My bouquet was so beautiful and the perfect size for my little body. The deconstructed arch that Silvia and her team created was gorgeous and was able to be moved from the ceremony spot to behind our head table for the reception. Silvia was easy to work with, professional, quick to respond and very knowledgeable about flowers and floral designs. She even has a garden where she grows her own flowers and greenery to use for weddings, which I love! Also, a few months before our wedding we switched from rectangular tables to round tables and Silvia immediately updated the design and made it work. Silvia is the absolute best. She took my ideas and ran with them with artistic genius! I had this jumbled vision that she turned into a magical fall palette with lush texture and eclectic chic touches. I was drawn to ornamental kale and other unique selections that she folded it in so beautifully. She shared such enthusiasm in the planning process with me that I was never afraid to take chances. When I saw the bouquets/other arrangements my heart was filled with so much joy—this was one of many times in the day I shed happy tears. After a year of stress and worry, both with planning a wedding and handling the COVID-19 pandemic, there is nothing more relaxing than seeing everything come together perfectly. That was our experience with Snapdragon: everything came out perfectly. When we first called Snapdragon Studio, Silvia spent the vast majority of our conversation completely focused on my now-wife and asking her questions about her vision of her bouquet. The fact that she cared so much about getting to know that vision on this one detail was phenomenal. And she did not disappoint with her questions of all the other flowers and decor either! That first phone call was all we needed to know that Snapdragon Studio was the perfect wedding florist. My wife and I know very little about flowers or arrangements, so all we could give Silvia were our colors that we were using throughout our wedding designs. Silvia took those colors, and, after only 3 video calls, created some of the most elegant and beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and center-pieces I have ever seen. When the guests arrived at the reception, nearly everyone came to admire the different center-pieces around the room - the elevated and fanciful pieces on the king’s table, the low and lush floral pieces on half of the guest tables, and the elegant candle-centric pieces on the other half. Silvia and her staff made all of the tables look magnificent, and many of our friends got to keep some of the floral pieces and have made statements in their homes with them. We could not have asked for a better team for our big day.

Silvia is such a wonderful person to work with! She was responsive, helpful, and extremely understanding while helping us plan our wedding during a pandemic. Silvia and Amber really listen to every detail and my flowers turned out so gorgeous. I can’t even tell you how many guests complimented our floral arrangements and asked to take them home at the end of the night haha. I will be ordering all of my future floral needs from SnapDragon.

I absolutely loved working with Silvia. When I started looking at florists, I was a little unsure about how to start and how much I wanted to/should spend to get what I envisioned. I really appreciated the initial consultation with Silvia as it helped me have a better idea of what to expect. She truly helped transform my initial ideas and bring a bigger vision to life. The flowers for our wedding and reception were absolutely beautiful. Honestly, they were even better than I imagined. I also really loved all the additional items used (candles, etc.) and was so thankful that Silvia and her staff were able to assist with the room turnover between the ceremony and reception. I'll be the first to admit, I don't know a dang thing about flowers, but I do know what I find visually stimulating. She took the time to meet in-person twice, our final conversation was a (not rushed) phone call, plus we chatted frequently through the project management tool, Honeybook. I also found Snapdragon Studio to be a flexible florist when it came to my budget. Most florists I looked at in the STL area required a very hefty base price for arrangements. Snapdragon Studio had a much more attainable point, and she took my needs into consideration when she gave me a quote. Everyone absolutely loved our flowers on the day of the wedding. I had several compliments from our guests and bridal party, as well as our photographers, venue manager, and servers! I would 100% work with Snapdragon Studio again.
