Mark and his team are amazing. We communicated by email and he would respond promptly every time. He was willing to travel over 2 hours from Hanover, KS to Topeka to cater our wedding. There was a fee for travel, but it was very reasonable considering the distance! My husband and I did not do a tasting before hand - we went by the reviews left by previous customers and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious! Some guest favorites were the cheesy potatoes, Italian pasta salad, beef brisket, and pulled pork. Thank you so much Mark! I will recommend Snappers to everyone!

Mark and his crew were super easy to work with. The wedding was in Nebraska and they are from Kansas but that all worked out perfectly. He had a tasting all of us could attend which was super helpful. This helped the bride and groom pick what they really wanted served on their big day. Many options to choose from. Everything they served at the tasting was amazing.
We gave Mark guest list numbers and needed to change closer to the date and that was not a problem for them. We wanted different plates and he was fine serving on them. They came in the day of the wedding very quietly, served, cleaned up and were out the door just as quietly. Nobody actually saw them come in and set up nor leave. They were so quiet and efficient!! They had everything set up at the requested time.
Many, many people raved about the food and wanted to know who the caterer was. One actually told me she hates "creamy" foods but could not get enough of the mac and cheese. Another told me he hate potatoes but had three helpings of cheesy potatoes that night.
Great experience and would HIGHLY recommend Mark and his staff at Snapper Catering for all your catering needs.

ed many compliments as well with the mac and cheese being eaten entirely! The line moved fast and all was cleaned up quietly and quickly. It was all very well organized and seamless!
My only complaint is that they did not leave the leftovers. I will admit that this was not brought up during the planning process and I hadn't thought about it either. I guess I was thinking of giving some of the food to family members but when I went in the next day for clean up, the venue had said that they took everything with them.
Overall though, I highly recommend Snappers! Everything about working with Mark was great! Just don't forget to coordinate what to do with leftovers!

throughout the planning of our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding reception and dinner. They provided an excellent buffet style meal with no worry of running short on anything. (We had about 300 guests.). They were even able to provide bar service for our wedding celebration as well as cutting the extra sheet cakes stored in the kitchen.

, let alone the taste of the food. Everything we ordered was prepared by the owner (or his wife!) and you could tell they put heart and soul into it! Communication was great (I prefer e-mail); I was always up to date. They were so easy to work with. My son and his beautiful bride were so happy with how the dinner turned out and that's what was most important! I will use Snappers again - for personal and corporate events! I'd give 10 stars if I could!
