re the wedding they tell me not only are my choices $700 extra but unavailable anyways and nothing similar. They send me a link to make a new choice. I had really considered that background a great detail at my wedding and was sad but I chose and then on the day of the ducking weddings they email me to tell me my new choice is unavailable and I can only choose between 3 out of at least 12 of those backgrounds, and they end up picking for me. Additionally, I had said I wanted to SUPPLEMENT props, add some of my own, and they ONLY used those. They were themed and I had wanted it more subtle but it became the only choice. ANNNND I paid for gif images to be taken at the wedding- AND THERE WERE NONE. If it was a possibility they didn’t offer it to the wedding couple or the guests. And on top of it all they left earlier than contracted. Honestly I’d like a refund for some of the services. So disappointing.

them too. They brought alot of great props and if there were 5 people in the photo each person got a photo strip plus they put an extra copy in an album for me. They stayed an extra hour with no charge because they loved my guest so much. But above all I think my favorite thing was the personalization to the photo strip, they were able to add my monogram and date to the photo strip as a memento for each of my guests. I would highly recommend them, you won't regret it.

They also have great add-ons; we chose to do a GIF booth add on as well which our guest really enjoyed. To top it all off we got a great little guestbook with a copy of all the photos AND digital access to all the photos. Working with Snapshot Moments was a GREAT experience and we are so happy to have all of the memories from the photo booth. I highly recommend Snapshot Moments for your photo booth!

The guests loved taking the photos home with them as mementos and we loved getting all the same photos in a book specially made for us that had the guests' hand-written notes next to their photos.
