Hello Everyone :) Gianella and Andrew here! We're the owners of SnowChi Peruvian Cuisine. Two food-loving gamers came together as one in 2014, and now we own a business serving Peruvian food from our cozy trailer for you to enjoy! What is SnowChi, you may ask? Well, the name came to us after our late pets passed away four days apart from each other back in June of 2021. We had a bunny named Snowball and a sugar glider named Chi. So there you have it! Together and with the strength of God, we managed to pull through the challenges that life has thrown at us. We had our business to look forward to, our goals and dreams, knowing that great things await us on the other side. And we were right because it led us to all of you, our Amazing and very supportive customers! Cuisine SnowChi is a Peruvian food trailer in Ocean County, NJ. Two food-loving gamers, doing their best to bring Peruvian cuisine to everyone to enjoy. Here at SnowChi, we plan on keeping the traditional Peruvian flavors while still adding our personal twist to certain dishes, desserts, and drinks. We pride ourselves on making tasty food that will keep you coming back for more. Every meal is carefully prepared with a lot of love & passion.
