About this vendor
Based in Carrollton, TX, So Fabulous Cakes is a wedding bakery that makes custom creations for clients celebrating their big day. Owner Carol Kerwin has always had a passion for baking. What started as a winter holiday tradition turned into a delicious business idea.
After finding her muse, Carol set out to break into the baking world. She was lucky enough to come upon a small bakery for sale in Dallas and subsequently ended up buying it. Now, So Fabulous Cakes stands proudly as an independent and creative outlet for confectionary delights.
Together with head decorators, Carol and So Fabulous Cakes serve up scrumptious desserts that are just as pleasing in taste as they are aesthetics. Cakes can be made to include up to four tiers, and they may be either squared or rounded. If couples want to make a statement, they can ask for the tall cake, which has an extended height. The available services may be combined or added to, ultimately creating a treat that is representative of the betrothed couple. Construction can be started with a simple consultation, all couples need to do is reach out or schedule a tasting.

est, kind, and prompt as I coordinated with her via email about my cake design ideas. If we went back in time to do my wedding over again, I would change some things about some other non-cake-related details, but I would most definitely pick So Fabulous Cakes as our wedding cake vendor! 12/10 would recommend!!
p.s. Suggestion to couples -- if you want your guests to appreciate the flavors more, I would recommend setting up little cake signs with the flavors written, otherwise guests will think pink champagne is strawberry, amaretto almond toast is vanilla, and kahlua mocha is chocolate... lol
