h Sara’s photos. Her pictures on instagram and in her portfolio were so filled with so much color and life and that’s what initially attracted me to Sara’s photography. Then we emailed back and forth and spoke on the phone and I just knew that she was the photographer for me. Sara is such an incredible human who made me feel comfortable instantly and made the process super simple and easy for me. She was very responsive to emails which was a big thing for me. When we had our engagement session, her an Makenzie made my husband and I so comfortable in front of the camera as that was the first time we took photos professionally and Sara and Mak made us look like models and like we knew what we were doing for pictures 😂 when the wedding came around, Sara was so organized and knew exactly what to do, where to go, what was happening and I felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our wedding photos came out SO beautiful and exactly what I had always pictured them to be. If I could go back, I would choose Sara

Sara is a professional through and through and has many tricks up her sleeve for showing the natural love and happiness between a couple on film. When I first met Sara, her laid back and friendly attitude, but also strong sense of direction, had me sold. Sara took what style we wanted for our wedding and found a spot for our engagement photos that I would have never found on my own which created an amazing, magazine quality, outdoor background. During our engagement shoot Sara and her assistant had us laughing and feeling so comfortable in front of the camera, she literally began to feel like a friend we were hanging out with instead of a photographer. Sara goes above and beyond to find artist and creative shots; you could feel like you were standing by a simple tree stump, but later when you see the photo you will be amazed at the lighting and artistic detail she found. On our wedding day, Sara and her team were like a breath of fresh air. We were all stressed and running out of time, but Sara gave us and our wedding party direction and kept us on our tight timeline without bossing or yelling. Sara has this way about her that is calm, cool, collected and in control. You can trust that every bit of direction and advice Sara gives is worth listening too. And the most important piece of all, the photos and moments Sara captured are brilliant, amazing, beautiful, and make every stressful moment of wedding planning worth it. I believe I told Sara I loved her at least 4 times during our wedding.

I put my time in researching photographers, spent hours and hours on the internet pouring over sites, reviews, photos and photographers. Then I landed on SO Photography. Sara had shot at our venue before so I was lucky enough to see some of the great shots she had done at a previous wedding. Simply amazing. Her style is so fun and so unique and so perfect! One more click and I found underwater photos that she had done with a bride and groom. SOLD! I thought what a great way to trash the dress the next day after the wedding. We were in the Florida Keys which is known for crystal clear water so it seemed perfect. The wedding shoot was great, my husband did not complain once about having his photo taken, which is rare. We also had a bunch of groomsmen along with the groom that does not like to have their photo taken. I thought this is going to be brutal. How are these girls gonna get these guys to do the things that make for epic wedding photos. Let me just tell you this, Sara and Tara had these guys holding the bridesmaid's bouquets and laughing like a bunch of five year olds by the time they were done. They are skilled professionals in their field and it shows. The next day I got to put my dress on again (which I loved), hop on a friend's boat, head out to the sandbar and play in the water while they captured it all! From the second I met Sara and Tara it wasn't hard to love them. They both just had a great vibe to them, fun, friendly, funny, just two people that you would be honored to call friends! Take my advice and save yourself hours of searching and just book So Photography!!

had a way of getting to know us as a couple even though we had not met before, and came up with a theme and story for our pictures that was perfect for us. Our engagement photos and our wedding photos captured not only the beautiful moments of being newly engaged and getting married, it also captured and told the story of our love and relationship we have that is unique to us. Our pictures tell the unique story of "us", and our relationship. She was very fun to work with because she cared about making our moments personal and unique for us, and not just taking pictures because it was what you are "suppose" to do when you get engaged and married. Although I booked my wedding in the prime "spring wedding" time she never made us feel like we were just one of her clients. Anytime I reached out to her or tried to touch base with her about something, I heard from her right away. We almost felt like we were her only couple getting married that year (but that was not the case at all). Another thing we love was that we had our wedding photos and engagement photos in the palms of our hands, literally. All of our engagement photos and our wedding photos were accessible via our iPhones! We were able to share with our family and friends at any time. There are so many times throughout the months of planning a wedding that you will never want to remember (LOL), however, all in all I can say that she was one of the persons involved in our wedding year that made it so very special for us and so fun for us. We will never forget the personalized and unique pictures she made for us and the great time we had with her during our wedding planning, engagement shoot, and on our wedding day. She worked with the budget we had set and quickly got us a cd with thousands of edited pictures to choose from! We had so much fun reliving that night as we spent hours looking through the pictures.
