- Millie ClarkSocial Butterfly & OwnerSocial Butterfly ATX was co-founded by Millie and is a showcase of her diverse skill set learned in Austin's Hospitality Industry. With over 10 years of experience in everything from event management and community engagement to bartending and managing bars, Millie possesses the skills needed to ensure a successful event. In addition to running Social Butterfly ATX, Millie also works as a brand ambassador for several brands: G4, Olmeca Altos, Del Maguey, and Amaras, to name a few! She is an active member of The United States Bartenders Guild where she participates in monthly continuing education. Millie is passionate about agave spirits and is currently working on her Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Agave Masters Certification so she can best guide her clients in choosing quality spirits in any budget range!
