Working with Marissa and her team was a fantastic experience. She executed perfectly on our vision from a lighting perspective - for welcome drinks, reception, and the after party,...
it truly blew us away when we saw the finished outcome. We'd HIGHLY recommend Social Decor, lighting makes a big difference in how things "look" and Social Decor did not disappoint!
Cannot recommend Social Decor enough for lighting and draping services. They turned our tented venue into a complete dream and nailed the aesthetic we were going for. From start to...
finish they were such a pleasure to work with and completely on top of everything in the lead-up to and day-of the wedding. We are so grateful to have had the chance to work with them.
Marissa and her team were outstanding. I did not have much of a "vision" for my wedding, but had a general idea of what I liked and didn't like. Marissa was able to create the most...
stunning ambiance, with bistro lights, and including draping along the perimeter to soften the poles of the tent.
From our first meeting, Marissa was always mindful of my desired aesthetic and budget.
When I walked into the reception tent, I truly was blown away. Everything came together perfectly - Marissa and her team did extraordinary work! With Marissa at the helm, you don't have to worry about any decor issues on your wedding day!
She is perfection!
Lighting wasn’t something that I thought about much but when we decided to use a old unrestored home as our venue, suddenly finding a lighting vendor became an important task. My p...
lanner suggested Marisa and Jay and they did a great job. Marisa was confident and capable and knew exactly what the space needed. They brought in all the necessary supplies and really made the ambience. The best part though is that they are team players- the night of the wedding, it was raining hard on our outside tent while we were eating inside. Marisa and jay stayed for the event even though they didn’t have to and pitched in to help dry the dance floor, move tables and generally make everyone’s life easier. They obviously accomplished the goal because I didn’t even know about these issues until days later. If you want caring and professional people to help you with lighting, consider social decor!
I cannot say enough great things about Marissa and Social Decor! First of all, Marissa was such a pleasure to work! Lighting was one of the things that I REALLY cared about for the...
wedding and had very specific ideas that I wanted executed. After speaking to a few lighting vendors who made me feel less than confident about their ability to execute - my venue recommended Marissa, and when i spoke to her, I immediately knew that she was more than capable to execute my ideas and then some! Every conversation i had with Marissa, she put me at ease that she had everything under control. When her and her team arrived to install, they were completely professional and lovely to chat with! They did a fantastic job for doing glove lighting for our welcome dinner - which created a beautiful dreamy and welcoming ambiance. And then for our tented reception they did a beautiful twinkle light canopy which was exactly what I had envisioned! Loved , LOVED, LOVED working with her and her team!
