When we sat down and did a tasting with him and his wife, they were very thorough about what they were serving us and gave us every single ingredient they used (down to every little spice) and even asked if their were any dietary restrictions for our guests before we departed so he could make a note of it and set certain plates to the side for them! I highly recommend hiring this lovely chef and his employees if you want people to talk ONLY good things about your food for months, after your wedding!!!

His prices were exactly what we budgeted for and our guest were served food that we’d only seen on TV and in magazines. His professionalism and his vision helped me to have one less thing to worry about on my special day. There was an abundance of food which made for more than enough for my guest to get seconds.
