When I came to the realization that we had to re-plan our wedding and re-imagine everything about how our day would look, I was incredibly sad and stressed. Kelly turned that stress into excitement when she got in touch with all of the right people and turned what felt like a nightmare of a situation into an absolutely dream. Kelly was amazing from the moment we hired her, up until the second she left our event. Not only was the entire SociaLife team professional and well experienced, they were an absolute joy to work with. They helped us with everything from recommending terrific vendors (band, caterers, tent company) to writing in calligraphy all of our guest’s seating arrangement on slight slabs of driftwood (and everything in between). With the wedding being located in central NJ, Kelly’s ability to connect us with local vendors ultimately saved us a lot in the process and really helped capture what makes the area so special. My wife and I gave Kelly an idea of how we wanted the wedding to feel, but pretty much gave her free reign on aesthetic. We worked together on budget, letting her know things we were okay spending on, and where we wanted to hold back. How she was able to find the most affordable florist with the most amazing flowers is still shocking to me We were lucky to have them helping us throughout the planning, but where their experience was most impactful was during the actual wedding weekend. Neither my wife nor I could pin point an anxious moment or problem that came up during our big day, and that’s absolutely because of the tremendous job SociaLife did. Everyone that was involved in our wedding was blown away by their ability to bring together so many moving parts, yet make it look effortless in the process. Since the wedding, almost every guest has genuinely told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to - which, can be kind of awkward as most of our friends are married - but, is completely true.

Not only did she have the best personality to be around but she was the most organized and creative person I’ve ever met. She matched my husband and I’s “type A” personalities perfectly. We booked her during the first 5 minutes of our meeting for literally everything. She assisted in recommending and booking our vendors, preparing our guest list and seating arrangements, keeping our budget organized, transportation, DECOR (my favorite part), preparing hotel bags, and so much more! On the day of her and her team were on site with us the entire time making sure everything was in place and running smoothly. I always heard how stressful wedding planning was and almost “ran away” to get married because of it but having Kelly by our side made it the most fun & exciting year of our life! She made our dreams a reality and we’re forever grateful!

She'd guide me on what tasks I should be completing, what vendors they recommended based on her expertise (we ended up choosing nearly all of our vendors through SociaLife). I had NO idea what I was doing as I was the first in my family to get married and I sincerely couldn't have done it without her. Day of, she was invaluable. My dad continues to say she was "worth her weight in gold". elly is incredibly detail oriented and helped recommend vendors within our budget. With our venue, we had to bring in everything - catering, tent, florals, rentals, etc. She coordinated delivery, pick up, drop off, etc and kept them all on schedule. Kelly created several options for the tent layout as our guest list continued to grow and helped streamline our day. She created a timeline down to the minute to ensure we would get our sunset pictures and get as much time on the dance floor as possible. While we had our wedding at the shore, we wanted the aesthetic to be personal and classic - not overly beachy. She helped recommend creative options that fit within our vision and set everything up to perfection. On the day of the wedding, we took first-look pictures outside and the hot June sun/nerves/dehydration caused my feet to swell and hardly fit in my shoes. In between first look and ceremony Kelly sat me down and wrapped cold paper towels around my feet! She is sweet and devoted to ensuring her brides and grooms are comfortable and happy. As my daughter and I are both very detail oriented and also thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the wedding planning process, we felt we did not need to hire a wedding planner to book vendors, etc. However, my daughter thought we should have someone for the weekend so we could both enjoy the festivities and not have to worry about any last minute problems and to assist with the weekend activities (and our venue ended up requiring a weekend planner too!). Alison did a lot of research, and thought SocialLife Event Planning would be a great fit. From the minute Kelly convinced me (in 60 seconds) why her services would add value, I can honestly say SocialLife was my favorite vendor! Not only were Kelly and her assistant, Taylor, on site all weekend to help keep everything on track, but she was available to us all year by e-mail or phone to answer questions, and provide advice and guidance. Kelly also has a great website to help coordinate the guest list and keep track of responses, which was awesome. In addition, SocialLife took care of all of the vendor details, and followed up to make sure everything was confirmed,. Kelly or Taylor were also on site all weekend to meet all of the vendors, keep the schedule on track, deliver welcome boxes, and take care of all of the little details involved in a wedding. Kelly knew what needed to be done, and cheerfully took care of even the smallest detail. Overall, I cannot recommend Kelly and the SocialLife team enough! Kelly was a pleasure to work with, and her attention to detail, expertise, and helpful event coordination tools helped to make Alison's wedding a fabulous success.

Taylor spent the entire day putting together a beautiful setting and stayed throughout the whole event to make sure things went smoothly..and they sure did! e the best decision that I made. We were having an outdoor wedding in the summer for my daughter. After sitting down with Kelly and going over the details, she came up with vendors that would save us money and time. We tented the affair, so everything had to be rented. From the tent, the tables, chairs, table linens, flowers and even the bars. Actually, everything from the ceremony, the cocktail hour, to the reception had to be brought in. Kelly make this process easy and stress free. She was always available and accessible to us and worked around our schedule. She and her team will literally do anything for you. The day before the wedding as she and her team were setting up it was the hottest day of the summer. When the wedding was over and they had to break down the event it was pouring rain. Kelly and her team handled both with speed and efficiently. That is a dedicated staff to work with. She pays extra attention to every detail and had wonderfully beautiful ideas that people are still talking about today. We are even going to be featured in a bridal magazine for the Spring addition and I credit Kelly and her team at Social Life for that.

The owner, Kelly, helped us as we selected items from their Prop Shop, providing us with signs and other items. She also gave us great advice for how to elevate the DIY items desired by the bride.
