I cannot stress enough how vital Lourdes/Society Cleaners were for my wedding day! They are 100% worth every penny! Not only are Lourdes and her business partner Christine lovely women personality-wise and helped keep me calm, but they are very talented and helped with so many things from dressing my bridesmaids who forgot how to style their multi-way dresses to emergency alterations. Literally the day before my wedding, I realized I lost too much weight and my gown didn't fit me. Lourdes dropped everything to help me - she drove to me the day before the wedding and helped make the dress a perfect fit (which I didn't think it was possible). She also fixed my very complicated bustle and posed my train in every photo. They really are wonderful, caring people and I truly don't know what I would have done without them. The laughable part is I didn't even think I needed a bridal valet at my wedding - trust me, it is a total game changer!

Lourdes is a life saver! She helped me get in my dress and adjusted me during pictures - even got on the floor to cut tulle when I kept trying over myself. I don't know how people can do it without her.

I found Lourdes as I was looking for bride dress cleaning services and came across her shop Society Cleaners. Her service really began with fixing my wedding gown that I was sure was beyond repair from the person that had sold it to me. She eased my mind and told me that it absolutely could be fixed, worked her magic and a few more meetings later the dress was like new out of the store! No mold stains, steamed it to stretch the lace until it was the correct length, individually cut the piling that had occurred due to improper washing and more! The dress was so intricate with multiple pieces that I knew I would need help the day of as well. That’s when I decided to go with her bridal valet service. If you’re on the verge of booking the bridal valet service, DO IT! You will not regret it. Lourdes was honestly my fairy god mother throughout the whole getting ready process and wedding. She was there to help with absolutely anything wardrobe related during the getting ready process for myself and the bridal entourage as well as my source of information for any wedding related questions. She was my shadow (in all good ways) throughout the wedding, getting me into the dress, attaching all parts like the sleeves and the skirt, fixing and accommodating my dress and veil that were both very long and heavy even when I didn’t notice. She was always a step ahead picking it up for me to move around. It was worth every penny and she ended up being one of the most essential vendors at my wedding who felt more like family than anything throughout the whole process. I am now taking my dress to have it cleaned after the wedding and put into a memory box to hopefully one day open it and use is one pieces on my god daughter or maybe future daughters. Lourdes is as special of a person as her services are! 100% recommend to any bride who wants to be stress free on her special day and has a gown worth the special attention.

I did not realize how important having a bridal valet was until my planner referred me to Society Cleaners. My husband first contacted society cleaners and so appreciated how responsive and thorough they were. Working with Lourdes was like having your fun aunt helping you with your wedding. Since we offered to have our bridal party and family’s ensembles steamed, she offered to come the day before to get a head start. While there she even took care of my and my husband’s rehearsal dinner outfits. While she worked she was so energetic and nice to talk to. She becomes just as invested in making sure your wedding is perfect and she really went above and beyond for us. In addition to steaming she can perform so last minute repairs, helped me get into my dress, helped me with my shoes to avoid them from catching on the tulle, and even helped one of my bridesmaids with taping into her dress. She’s a pleasure to work with and a wonderful cheerleader to have on your special day.

I cannot say enough good things about Lourdes and everyone at Society Cleaners! After our wedding in October, I was not able to get around to taking my wedding dress to be preserved until about 5 months later. I had little hope about getting some of the stains from my spray tan out since I had waited so long. Society cleaners did an amazing job and was able to get the spray tan out and make my dress look brand new. I'm so happy that I listened to those that had recommended her and I will continue to pass along her name to any bride that asks.

I purchased a bargain dress that needed a lot of cleaning and alterations to be suitable. Lourdes and her team at Society worked a miracle on my dress. They hosted my father, my friends, and I for a personal fitting once the dress was ready. IT WAS AMAZING! Their service, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made my pre-wedding experience great. Most importantly, Society Cleaners were reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend A+++ Lourdes is a very sweet lady, she goes above and beyond for her customers. Prior to Lourdes I had used a different tailor that ruined my dress and made me feel like a burden to him. I explained this to Lourdes, she made me feel at ease and was able fix my dress to perfection. She even delivered my dress to the Hotel in Miami Beach. I will also be preserving my dress with Society Cleaners.

Lourdes and her crew at Society Cleaners are absolutely amazing! I brought my dress in to be cleaned TWO YEARS after my wedding! My dress is all lace and beading and was in bad shape, the stains had turned brown and were everywhere! After only three weeks Lourdes had my dress looking brand new again!! You would never know it has ever even been worn! She let me come in to see the finished gown before she preserved it in my keepsake box with a viewing window. Now I can look at my dress anytime I want to and be assured that it's as perfect as it was on my wedding day! I highly recommend Society Cleaners!!

She absolutely SAVED our wedding!!! She was a huge support, besides pressing all 7 bridesmaid dresses and mine, my mother lost weight and her dress did not fit her. We were freaking out and Lourdes from (Society Cleaners) magically stitched her into it in minutes to look absolutely fabulous!!! She knows all the secrets and had every tool in the book to handle any issues that could or did come up. From tricks to getting the right amount of cleavage in the dress, to creams to prevent your feet from hurting, and covering shoulders with a scarf for the ceremony seconds before walking down the aisle!!! I am amazed at how quickly she solved every issue in an extremely classy way!!! The way she bustled my wedding dress it looked the loveliest it ever did. We believe the price of our wedding planner was worth their cost alone for recommending Society Cleaners!!! Trust me she was truly a lifesaver and magical. We HIGHLY recommend them!!!

The service and quality provided were OUTSTANDING. Lourdes goes above and beyond and treats your gown with such care leading to a nicer cleaner gown. My gown has a lot of beatings and details that I was hesitant to leave it to a regular dry cleaning to do the work; I made the best decision by taking it to Society Cleaners; my gown looks impeccable and I cannot wait for July so I can wear it. The job was so amazing that all the beats and pearls of my dress are so shinny and sparkly. Thanks again Lourdes and I will definitely take my dress back again to Society Cleaners after my wedding.

My wonderful wedding has recently passed, June 1! I had a terrific experience with Lourdes and Society Cleaners. Who knew that your dress still needed to be pressed after it was delivered from the bridal shop? Thank goodness for Lourdes who not pressed my bridal gown, but my soon to be hubby's suit, my sister's dress and mostly importantly made sure my the train of my gown laid perfectly when I walked down the aisle. Lourdes then became my LIFESAVER as she was the only one who knew how to bustle my gown. Thank heavens! Actually, Lourdes and Society Cleaners are angels!

My backyard wedding left my dress looking like a muddy mess! It was so important to me to preserve it as I wanted my wedding dress to be handed down to my daughter. Lourdes and her staff were so friendly they treated me like family and handle my brides ills moments very well lol. Society Cleaners left my dress like new and preserved it in a beautiful box. The also dry cleansed the garments for my entire wedding party. If you need fast reliable and quality service you must go to Society Cleaners. I promise you they will become part of your family.

I won a free dry cleaning from Society Cleaners for my wedding dress, at a bridal show, and they are amazing! My wedding dress got stepped on, tugged and ripped, and the beading fell off, so it was in dire need of cleaning and repair. They were able to clean my dress back to its super white shade and she even sewed back on the loose beads at the bottom! She also is putting my dress in a keepsake box! They are amazing and they know what they are doing! And they're even cleaning the mother of the bride dress and maid of honor as well!

Very pleased with the last minute pressing service. highly friendly customer service. Would review prices though as I was told $30 for delivery charge and was charged $40. Overall excellent service for destination weddings in Florida
