As you can imagine, managing multiple wedding vendors, deliveries, the staff, and guests at an offsite location where everything must be brought in and coordinated can be a beast, but Stephanie and her team shielded the bride and wedding party from any natural hiccups that occurred on the wedding day - even the inevitable drunk guest. This wedding was at a unique "Palm springs historic acreage" and in a half of a day, Stephanie turned a "grass backyard" acreage from a "blank slate" into a "wedding sanctuary" with "heavy oak Farmhouse style tables" and even used decor to make it unique in addition to arranging some comfy and instagram worthy padded leg chairs for 25 + of the VIP Guests including bride/groom, immediate family and "Grandma" of the groom! :)

vent Planning & Photography ♥️ My now husband and I began our planning process at the beginning of Covid (planning a wedding during a NORMAL world is difficult and stressful as is...but throw in a global pandemic...well now your really in for a ride🤣) and were unsure where to even begin. In doing research, I found that nearly every bride who hired a wedding planner wouldn't have had it any other way. So that was it, we opted to write it into our budget because we knew that at the end of the day, our 'piece of mind' was worth the cost. Fast forward: I found Stephanie's company on a platform called The Knot (also highly recommend you install this app). I sent her a message and was responded to super quick. We scheduled an initial consult, I Googled "What questions do I ask a wedding planner" 🤣, and awaited our big conversation. That first call was incredible. Stephanie was so friendly and informative, flexible, and professional. You can tell, even over the phone, that she is a take-charge type of woman, though not in a manner in which you feel like your not involved every step of the way. My husband and I knew right away that she was our gal, and I'm so happy and lucky that she was available for my big day. She was absolutely perfect throughout the entire process - always available for a quick call to answer one of my many silly questions, had an amazing eye for design and laid out my ENTIRE venue, and coordinated everything so seamlessly that my big day felt like something out of a storybook. She helped me through anxiety, made me laugh my ass off, connected with my husband over football (GO RAIDERS), and embraced our non-traditional vision with us. All in all, I didn't just wind up finding the BEST wedding coordinator in all of SoCal, I also found a new friend. Thank you, Stephanie - Ryan and I couldn't have done this without you.
