Stephanie was our wedding planner and her and her staff were amazing! She took all the stress off of me and my husband. Of course things change that are out of your control like weather, and she was very sensitive to what I wanted and came up with even better plans and ideas. Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Wedding Planner Stephanie I regret to write this review detailing my profoundly disappointing experience with Stephanie, the wedding planner I contracted over a year before my event. My celebration, marking five years of marriage and doubling as my birthday party, was supposed to be a memorable and joyous occasion. Unfortunately, Stephanie's performance left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my experience. From the outset, I communicated my vision clearly, emphasizing the need for a modest affair within a specific budget. Despite this, Stephanie failed to present appropriate venues that aligned with our discussed vision. I eventually took it upon myself to find a suitable venue within my price range, and Stephanie's contribution was limited to "helping me secure it." One of the most glaring lapses in Stephanie's professionalism became evident two months before the event. It was then that the venue, which Stephanie had supposedly secured, unexpectedly revealed restrictions on outside food. This was particularly frustrating as catering had been discussed at length both before and after booking. Stephanie admitted to her oversight, a failure in basic due diligence that one would expect from a seasoned wedding planner. Furthermore, Stephanie remained inactive in the planning process until the two-month mark when I reached out to discuss details. To my dismay, it was apparent that she had done nothing – no efforts to secure entertainment, no progress in finding suitable catering, and a sudden realization that the venue wouldn't even accommodate banquet tables, leaving us with patio furniture. In a shocking turn of events, Stephanie suggested that my guests and I go to a restaurant for dinner and return to the venue for cocktails – an unacceptable solution that reflected her complete neglect of every aspect of the event. It felt as though she did not care about the success of my celebration, leaving me deeply frustrated and disheartened. Compounding the issue, Stephanie's recommended photographer, for whom I had already paid $1,000, became non-refundable. It was only through my own initiative, just days before the cancellation deadline for the unusable venue, that I avoided being charged the full $5,000 amount. In summary, I paid Stephanie $2,600 for her services, which amounted to absolutely nothing. Coupled with the $1,000 for an unusable photographer and $2,500 for a venue that did not meet expectations, the total expenditure was exorbitant for an event that never took place because of a complete lack of service. I strongly advise against hiring Stephanie as a wedding planner, as my experience with her has been nothing short of disappointing and regrettable.

Stephanie and her team were fantastic at helping us plan our destination wedding. Stephanie was also able to help provide decor on the day; she brought our vision to life with just a few photos from us, and at an affordable price. On the day we felt completely taken care of and the team was brilliant in ensuring everything ran smoothly. We are so grateful, Thank you!!!
