With 2 decades of experience mixing drinks, serving weddings, and running bars and restaurants, we give you a full beverage experience and service, from cocktails to mocktails to basic beverages for your guests.
SoFlo Pours uses fresh, local ingredients whenever available to create artfully crafted cocktails for your event that not only taste delicious but look amazing. I purée fresh fruit for each event, and avoid using anything artificial, instead opting for agave and organic cane sugar for sweeteners. We cut fresh fruit for each event for garnishes, as well as dehydrate our own citrus. Drink menus are customized to your event, each unique with its own flair to impress your guests.
We’re often told by our couples that the drinks were a lot of people’s favorite part of their wedding, except for you the couple of course!!! I believe that when you hire a bartender, the drinks should be an experience just like the rest of the event, and I put details into making each drink special for your guests.
We genuinely care that you have the best experience possible for your event, because I know that wedding planning is a lot of work!! At SoFlo Pours, we take as much of that work away from you as possible so that you can focus on your other details.
Hiring SoFlo Pours for your private bar service will also save you a ton of money. I will provide you with a shopping list for alcohol, and we will take care of the rest. We provide the mixers, garnishes, a fully customized bar setup, mocktails, a water station, coffee, metal bins for wine and drinks, framed drink menu, themed drink picks, and napkins; all the extras are included.
Serving Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties, we are certified, experienced, and insured. We handle all of the bar setup, service, and breakdown. We provide friendly and fast clean service, so you can mingle and enjoy your wedding. Owner/Operator
Hi! I’m Julie Rolfes and I will be your bartender and bar service coordinator. My service career began in 2007 with a small catering company in Pensacola, Florida. We served weddings, corporate events, private parties, anything a person can think of to celebrate!
In downtown Orlando and local bars, I honed my bartending skills and became a fast, clean, efficient bartender with an endless list of cocktails in my head.
We relocated to Cape Coral, Florida in 2019, and between the move and Covid I was inspired to begin my own bar service. As a regular at our farmer’s markets, I love looking for fresh fruits and herbs to use in my specially crafted cocktails. I look forward to serving you!
