Soft Touch Flowers and Gifts

We used Diana for the flowers for our wedding and she did an amazing job! I met with her and showed her multiple pictures of flower ideas. She took those and created the perfect bouquet for my wedding! The centerpieces were also perfect for our wedding!

Diana made all our flower wedding dreams come true! Every vision I had came to life, and it was so beautiful to see it all come together. You can clearly see Diana creates every piece with love, and our day was extra special because of her. Thank you for everything!!!

Diana was amazing to work with, very professional and sweet.Her assistant was very quiet and gave the wrong people flowers. She originally gave me(the groom) a groomsman boutiner and gave the bridesman the groom boutiner, which was corrected. She gave a kid who was not in the wedding a ring bearers flower. This was corrected as well. One of the grand mothers did not receive her flowers at all.. We gave documentation with names on who gets what, it did not appear to be used. Diana did come and fix everything once she found out.

Diana is AMAZINGGGG. I had my wedding on 9.3.21 and every bit of the floral arrangements that she made was beautiful. Her professionalism exceeded all expectations that I had. I never saw my bouquets nor my bridal party bouquets prior to the wedding because I wanted her creativity to shine. Well.. it most certainly did. She wowed everyone with them and the table arrangements as well as the way she repurposed just about everything from the ceremony for the reception. She is THE best I've come across and I highly recommend her to the fullest. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly so don't hesitate to reserve her for your floral needs.

Very disappointed. Very disorganized, no pricing/ catalogs etc. Just pictures on the computer of previous weddings. As a very organized planner, this very much bothered me. My florals were mediocre but certainly not anything spectacular. Using this vendor was my only regret for my wedding.

We were blown away by our flower arrangements for our wedding created by Soft Touch Flowers and Gifts! Diana does such an amazing job of figuring out what your floral preferences are and turning that into a beautiful arrangement. She is a very kind woman who loves her work. She is great about repurposing flowers from the wedding ceremony to the reception to try to keep the floral costs down. We received many compliments after the wedding about how gorgeous our bouquets, centerpieces, and floral arrangements were. We would highly recommend Diana for any event!

Diana did a wonderful job understanding what I wanted. My wedding ceremony took place at a church and my reception was done at a different venue. Diana did a wonderful job decorating both places. She really wants each event she does to be wonderful and she puts in the work. She even came with me to pick out my linens and table decorations to get an idea about how the flowers arrangements would look. She's very good at what she does, easy to work with, and very creative. I loved my bouquet and the bouquets she made for my bridesmaids. All my guests loved how beautifully the venue was decorated!

Diana and her team did a fantastic job with all of our floral designs for the wedding. From the arch to the table arrangements, everything was absolutely gorgeous. She is the sweetest person and has a heart of gold! She helps find cost saving ideas without the skimping on the overall look of the wedding! We are so glad we went with Diana and her team!

I met Diana through our wedding venue-she was one of their preferred vendors. As soon as I met her I knew she would do everything she could to make our day great. She works from her home and work studio in her garage, so you're not paying any pricey overhead from a storefront. She was always very responsive when I had questions, and she did such a great job on my flowers (especially my bouquet). Waiting to get some professional pictures back before adding them to my review, because iPhones just don't do her work justice! She worked with me up until the actual wedding day making weather changes and decorated an arch at the last minute when we decided to move our ceremony due to a wet lawn. If you are looking for someone that is willing to do anything for you on any budget, Diana is your lady!

I was unable to meet Diane in person but with only pictures and emails she created exactly what I wanted! She also worked within my budget and repurposing bouquets for centerpieces was a great idea!

We got married at Revolution Mills and Diana did an amazing job with our flowers! She really listened to what I envisioned and made it happen. The centerpieces and bouquets were beautiful!

We recently got married at Bella Collina Mansion in Stokesdale, NC. At this all inclusive venue, we were able to interview with two separate florists. The moment Diana walked in the door, we knew she was the one. She has this wonderful presence about her and she makes you feel at home. Diana is the type of florist to go above and beyond to make sure that the bride and everyone else at the wedding is happy. I am a pretty simple bride and did not want all the glitz and glam, Diana made sure to keep our flowers simple, BUT BEAUTIFUL! She was not trying to be over the top and everything was PERFECT! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diana and her staff. She was an absolute dream to work with and i would definitely recommend anyone who needs a florist to use Soft Touch Flowers and Gifts!

Diana is extremely sweet and does great work. We didn't have the budget allotted for a ton of flowers and she didn't pressure us to go above what we wanted. Her bouquet's were perfect and she reused them as table centerpieces for us along with other decorations she provided at no extra cost. She really made a small amount of decorations and flowers go a long way with a very personal feel and a lot of compliments.

Diane has the magic touch! I wasn't too particular or specific about what I was expecting and she managed to come up with something better than I could have imagined! She's very flexible and you can't beat the price for her work! I highly recommend her for any event!

Diana was a joy to work with. The flowers for our wedding were beautiful and just what I wanted. Even when she brought in something that I didn't like, she worked tirelessly to make sure it was perfect. All of our guests continue to comment on how beautiful our ceremony space and reception were and I couldn't agree more!
