Everyone from my wedding could not stop talking about how DELICIOUS the food was! Absolutely just amazing food and presentation. When they say they can customize and cater to your event they truly mean it! We had a mix of Venezuelan/Cuban guests, and they were able to cater to everyone’s taste! They made the buffet have so many different protein options and our pasta station with the cheese wheel was such a hit! They kept everything within our budget and did not ask for more when we changed a couple of details last minute, they just made sure we were absolutely happy with the menu and accommodate to everything. Wouldn’t think twice about booking and trusting them for your event!

This catering is delicious!! Everything tasted out of this world! Would choose them again and again!! All the staff was so nice! Rosely and Lazy are an amazing team and we’re so helpful every step of the way! Totally worth every penny!!! Thanks for making our wedding the best wedding ever!

Only reason we are giving 1 less star is because the day of the ceremony they were behind on giving the plated dinner to two tables and per our contract we were supposed to have the bar opened til 11:30 pm and they closed up at 11pm. Other than that, they were amazing! The food was excellent! The waiters and bartenders made our guests laugh and smile. The waiters even made sure we took a snack break during our photo session. I will always recommend them because Rosely and her team are fantastic and the food was super delicious!

After extensively researching companies to use for our wedding catering, we decided to hire Sogno D'Elite Events. First of all, at the tasting, our families were blown away at how delicious and fresh everything was. Not to mention, the amazing attention by the owner Rosely and her staff. We felt like we were at home! We booked them over a year in advance, and throughout the year we stayed in touch and they quickly responded to any questions we had. Most importantly, the execution on our wedding day was perfect! Everyone commented on how delicious our wedding food was, how amazing the bartenders and servers were, and how beautiful everything was set up. Hiring Sogno D’Elite as our catering company was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! At our tasting appointment we fell in love with Rosely. She is such a sweetheart and makes it a pleasure to work with her. The food was AMAZING. From that day we couldn’t wait till our big day to be able to eat all the delicious food we had tried again. We also got the opportunity to meet Layz and she was great with communicating and responding to my million questions! On the wedding day they delivered on each and every detail as promised! All the guests raved about the food too! I highly recommend this incredible team!

We prayed together for the sun to rise on my wedding day when Nicole threatened our dream of "having a beach wedding." and she was carrying me from the hands with patience and a positive and contagious energy that filled me with Faith and enthusiasm for the days to come. I can only say that our wedding was a dream come true thanks to this team because they understood perfectly the concept of what we wanted to present and they worked together with the other vendors as one. (1 part) When it comes to such an expected and full of emotions day as your wedding day, it is hard to delegate on someone else what you have been planning so carefully for a whole year. Well today I can write this review with all the tranquility and honesty of my soul. I feel extremely satisfied, grateful and happy with the service of Sogno D elite events, I could not wait or ask for anything better for my long-awaited day. A tremendous team of professionals, concerned about every simple detail, so incredibly accommodating and organized that it is hard to imagine how they do it. From the Master chef (Jose) and his kitchen team who accommodate everyone at a party with all kinds of allergies (even to onion and garlic) and still make a dish loaded with such an outstanding flavor worthy of praise by all those who had the pleasure of delighting us. Homni, one of my blessings during this process, the manager who went beyond his responsibilities and after seeing me desperate trying unsuccessfully to communicate with my dad in Cuba and about to start walking down the aisle on my uncle's arm, insisted on that call and surprised me on my way back with my father on the phone having witnessed the whole ceremony thanks to Homni keeping him connected for me. In addition, he was accommodating, charismatic, full of ideas that helped shape each moment with a unique touch and full of energy, taking absolute control of situations and reassurance at all times with a smile and absolute calm that everything would be fine. You should know that he was also responsable (as if that were not enough) for our photo booth and by the end of the night he put in our hands a compilation ready in a personalized album with a copy of all the photos of the night. A beautiful work full of funny moments to enjoy. I never imagined being able to relax the way they allowed me, because they were one step ahead of every situation. The bartenders Mykel and Horacio undoubtedly love, concerned about keeping the party up but taking care to hydrate my guests so that they had a quality time during the celebration. Thanks to them also that they were very enthusiastic. I had a very original toast with a show included.

Truly the best, quality is unmatched. The service from the kitchen to front of hour for events makes it amazing to work with them. As a day of coordinator, working with a great catering staff is very important.

The service was beyond amazing! Tiffany, Luisa and Homni plus the entire staff had everything running smoothly. Can’t recommend the venue enough.

Rosalie was extraordinary. We sent over a few pictures for design ideas and she immediately understood. My wife and I are not designers so we just threw out a few ideas and Rosalie was able to completely capture what we both wanted and then some. The food was great, this was one of the compliments we heard most from our guests. If we did it again we would absolutely go with Sogno D'Elite Events for our catering.

I don’t think there are words to express how AMAZING the entire SOGNO team was, specially Rosely! They made our wedding day the most PERFECT day in every way possible. I hired Sogno as my catering company and month of planning services. I think any bride/couple has high expectations for their catering and any other service/vendor they book. So, to no surprise, my expectations were high and at times there was a lot of back and forth (from my part) but Rosely was so good and patient throughout the entire process and very accommodating to our requests. Let me start with the food - personally most weddings I've been to, the food is not always the best, or at least, it's not consistent....but this was not the case for our wedding. We had a choice of Salmon or Filet Mignons with truffle risotto and asparagus -- HOLY COW!!!! the food was 10/10 and it all came out hot and on time! honestly, there are zero complains. All of our guests were so happy and spoke highly of the quality of the steak and the salmon and risotto were cooked to perfection. Now, don't get me wrong, the Hors d'oevres were also 10/10 and the food did not stop coming all throughout cocktail hour & the bartenders provided a wonderful service all throughout the party... In particularly, Bartender Rafa.. I think he was everyone's favorite, not only because of his bartending skills, but also because he was having fun with all the guests! there's nothing better than getting greeted and serviced by someone with a smile on their! Now, I was one of those brides that said "I can handle it", "I'll plan the wedding" -- After getting married, my level of respect ad appreciation for wedding planners is at another level! The level of stress they manage, specially the days leading up to the wedding is no joke! But, those planners that are able to carry everything with so much grace and commitment is the ones that I admire the most... and my planner ROSELY took it out of the park. WOW, she is GOOD!!!! I am so grateful for all of her dedication and support! she truly added personal touches that made a big difference for me... she made my dream wedding come true! Rosely, thank you for allowing us to enjoy our wedding day and taking care of all the big and little details. We appreciate you so much!!!!! Lets start off by saying that we contacted Sogna d"Elites a little over 30 days before our wedding date. We happened to get in contact with Rosely, and she took charge and made everything happen exactly the way we wanted it done and then some! At first we were skeptical that this wedding would get done the way we wanted it in such little time but our doubts were put to rest the closer we got to the date. Rosely made our vision come to life better than expected. Everything came out perfect! From the hors d'oeuvres, to the main course the food was amazing! From what we've heard many couples do not get to enjoy cocktail hour but with Rosely and her team, they made it a priority to attend us while taking photos making sure we had a drink in hand and enjoy the hors d'oeuvres. We couldn't have asked for a better team to oversee our wedding.

Rosely and her team are AMAZING!!! Hands down would recommend to every person I know getting married or for any event! She made everything so easy having it all in one package with plenty of options to choose from in food, tables, chairs, chargers, napkins... you name it. I saw they even have a food truck option now which is unbelievably cute! The staff was also great! A lot of people don’t expect wedding food to be that memorable, but every 👏🏼 single 👏🏼 person 👏🏼 was raving about the food. To top things off, our venue got shut down 48 hours before our wedding - not even covid related. Talk about stress. Rosely immediately jumped in to help, proposed the new venue and showed up within the hour to get an updated floor plan/timesheet setup so the rest of the vendors could be notified all in that same day. No one would’ve known the chaos with how the wedding turned out.. it looked beautiful and everything came out perfect! We’re so thankful for everything Rosely and her team did for us. Her energy, organization and personality overall are what set her apart from the rest, with the best service and price out there!

We immediately felt an amazing connection with Rosely and her father. This father and daughter duo was extremely professional, creative and committed to turning the wedding of our dreams into reality. Rosely was absolutely amazing!!!!! she was beyond helpful with everything. Honestly she went way above her wedding planning duties from helping me fix my hair to recording cute videos for me. Super profesional making sure everything went according to plan but not in a pushy way. Highly recommend her for all your wedding planning needs.

I can truly say that I hired the best team I could have ever had. Rosely is the absolute best. She’s super organized and sweet. She will give you exactly what you want and makes it so easy on you. She keeps your best interest at heart. She gets just as excited and happy as you on your wedding day. The chef , her father is the best cook. My mother in law is very picky with her food and I was nervous but on our tasting she fell in love with his cooking. This lead to me having the best wedding I could have had. I can honestly say I had the wedding of my dreams and Sogno D’ Elite was part of it. I was a bride on a budget so I did an extensive vendor search looking for a company that offered me great service, quality, delicious food and affordable prices. Sogno D’Elite offered me that and more. From the moment I talked to Rosely over the phone I knew I was going to hire her because she was transparent and explained me everything I asked and she remained like that until the wedding day. We did the food tasting at home and we loved their food. It was so delicious. We liked the fact that it is a family business ( her father is the chef) and they worked really hard and with their whole hearts. Our guests were really happy with the food. They really enjoyed it, but what they loved the most was the service. They said Sogno D’Elite was great. I can definitely recommend Rosely and her team. Rosely and her father (the chef) made it feel like a homemade meal every time. The combination of organization from Rosely & the passion for cooking from her dad was evident from the beginning. It felt like they were cooking for their own family. It tasted like it was made with love. My husband and I are grateful that we had the opportunity of feeding our family members and friends such a wonderful fusion of bursting flavor at our wedding. We had guests that specifically asked for Chicken say “ Why did I ask for this... look at that Steak”. I was at a wedding in Whimsical Key West this weekend and my family and myself are still in awe with the beautifully arranged event. Everything from our arrival during the cocktail and all the way to the end, everything was coordinated beautifully. The appetizers were arranged in such an original and beautiful way like we have never seen in any other event, not to mention the mouth watering taste. Dinner was delivered in a timely manner and warm. I have been to many restaurants in my life, but none match the superb quality and taste of Sogno D’Elite’s Chef! My God Who is that Chef?! Rosely was the day of coordinator for my wedding in March! She was super responsive, easy to work with and made my wedding day go so smoothly. She even came with helpers to set up and everyone was so sweet and helpful!! Book her for your day, you won't regret it!

I never leave reviews but they truly deserve it! I think out of all the planning I did for my wedding, catering was the toughest. All my worries ended once I found Sogno. I was recommended by my day of coordinator and it was the best decision ever! From the food to the staff everything was spectacular. Price was the most reasonable out of all the previous quotes I had received. Roselyn, the owner, is the sweetest ever. We built a friendship and I can honestly say you are in the best hands possible! I recommend them with my eyes closed and I promise you will be mind blown with their delicious appetizers and meals!

I am so grateful to Rosely and the whole team at SEE Events for the amazing job they did at our wedding. Rosely helped us plan, execute, and cater our backyard wedding for 130 guests. She kept us organized, gave us ideas and referrals, and helped us execute a rager that lasted until 4 AM. With SEE Events help, our wedding was authentic to us. The food was great (especially the hors d'ouerves), the bartenders were so fun and stayed with us till the wee hours of the morning, and the set up was absolutely beautiful. Their prices are fair and I was so happy to have someone literally take care of everything on the day of our wedding. I did not have to take one phone call or answer one question. Rosely and her team were incredible throughout our wedding. Initially, I was only going to hire Rosely to cater but we vibed so well with her when we first met. She was extremely organized and very patient every step of the way. We wanted a wedding very different from what she was used to planning and she was excited for the challenge. She came with me to most of my vendor meetings and always came prepared with all the information. She’s bilingual, which came in handy when communicating with my parents and some of our wedding guests. The day of our wedding she was on her A-game making sure everything ran smoothly. Rosely is the angel sent from above every Bride needs for her wedding. I personally had done much of the planning for my wedding by the time I hired her for 'Month of' but I know she provides the full service. I don't know what I would have done without Rosely the month leading up to my wedding and the day of. She is so hard working and went above and beyond to make sure I had no stress the day of my wedding and everything ran smoothly. From making sure every vendor was on time and ready to go to carrying around my lipstick to randomly touch me up. I highly recommend Rosely!

How can I even put into words how amazing Rosely and her team are! Prior to choosing SEE Events as our wedding planner and catering, I did extensive research on local wedding planning services. What made Rosely and her team stand out from the others was her passion. She is genuinely passionate about serving her clients and working with them to make their dreams come true. That is exactly what she did for my husband and me. She guided us through the entire process of planning for our big day and knew just the right amount of guidance to give us since I was a full time graduate student and my husband worked full time. She is a perfect fit for the bride that wants to be involved in the entire process or for the bride that would rather have the wedding planner do the majority of the work. Upon hiring her, she provided suggestions for other vendors that she commonly works with which we ended up hiring as well. She consistently provided creative ideas to make our wedding unique to us and our style. She physically met with us on a consistent basis to make sure we followed our timeline and prepped us for the next phases of planning. She also maintained an open communication via text or phone in case we had a question or concern. In addition, SEE event is a family run business which I think is incredible. Rosely's father is the chef and his plates are both delicious and beautiful. My favorite was the hors d'oeuvres ... the presentation was amazing to say the least. Our wedding day went smoothly which speaks to the hard work that Rosely put in to plan. There are too many examples to list how Rosely and her team went the extra mile. But I can say that Rosely and her team were a dream to work with. I cannot thank her enough for the blessing she was to my husband and me throughout the process of wedding planning and on our special day.

I would definitely recommend Rosely and her team for all your wedding planning needs. Rosely helped me make every decision throughout the planning process except for choosing the venue. I chose the venue prior to meeting with Rosely and was planning my wedding from afar. She helped make every decision and met with me whenever worked best for me over the phone and in person. The wedding turned out absolutely gorgeous and everyone gave me great compliments. The entire day I trusted that everything was in her hands and would be taken care of.

Rosely and her staff are amazing!! She kept my daughter and I on task throughout the whole planning process! She would send emails periodically to let us know what needed to be done or bought as the wedding approached. She was our "one stop shop". We rented everything from her from the beautiful farm tables, chairs, place settings, etc. We even had her do the lighting at the venue. I priced everything separately from various vendors and she was by far less expensive and saved us from the headache of dealing with so many different vendors. Her staff decorated the tables beautifully with everything we provided so we were able to enjoy the wedding day instead of trying to set things up. She also put us in touch with a DJ, photographer, etc. I'd use her again in a heartbeat!

I cannot recommend Rosely enough! She was absolutely splendid throughout the entire wedding planning process. I don't know what I would have done without her! I purchased the Month-of-Planning for my wedding (and eventually catering for my bridal shower, which I will discuss). I found Rosely to be uniquely qualified for wedding planning because she is incredibly organized, pays attention to all the details (even tiny ones which we brides always forget!), and most importantly is the most flexible wedding vendor I have ever come across in my own wedding planning as well as observing other weddings. She replies almost instantly to emails/texts, she gives tons of suggestions and ideas when asked, and she always has a smile. :D She took my description of my vision of my wedding and was able to put it on the table when decorating on the day-of (see photos attached). And when issues came up (which they always do, no matter how much you plan...) Rosely was there to save the day, and she always did. No fail. Whether it was picking up items last minute from the store, printing things herself, or borrowing party supplies that were missing, Rosely made it happen. When meeting with other vendors, she always had the right questions to ask them (because I definitely always forgot with all the things on our minds as brides!) and always wrote everything down in the binder. What made it extra special, is that I was planning my wedding from abroad in medical school and she made it a hundred times easier. On top of that, when my family was planning my bridal shower, Rosely offered her SEE events catering services for the bridal party (for an absolute steal of a price, btw...) and we purchased that as well and it was so worth it. Rosely's passion for wedding planning and her undying dedication to your special day really makes it special. The service SEE events provided for us was worth WAY more and I totally and wholeheartedly recommend SEE events for your wedding! Please, get Rosely!
