of coordinator would be enough, but as the wedding approached things started to get overwhelming and it became clear that we needed more help if we wanted to actually enjoy our wedding day and not be stressed and managing the setup and details ourselves. It is actually scary to imagine what our wedding would have been like without Christine and John! They took over all of the stress and details and made sure our wedding happened seamlessly. From day 1 Christine was a calming and reassuring presence, offering creative solutions and really helpful advice, and always quick to respond to emails and calls. Moreover, she got things done- and fast! When our florist fell through, Christine found us a great new florist just weeks before our wedding who worked within our budget and gave us everything we wanted for half the price of our previous florist. Just with that, they saved us almost as much money as it cost us to hire them! Christine also found us great cake bakery options including an allergen-friendly bakery, dropped off cake tastings at our house, booked our hotel shuttle, and made sure all our vendors knew our timeline, where/when to set up and all the details they needed. I gave her and John a bunch of random decor for our welcome party and they made it look amazing, and they did the same with the wedding. They had no problem setting up a ton of decor for us including a neon sign, family photos, a DIY photobooth, and our welcome signs and seating chart which they had professionally printed on foam board for us. They also ran our rehearsal and planned our ceremony in a non-conventional garden venue, and Christine helped us scope out the best photo spots. They truly went above and beyond for us, and were a calming presence on our wedding day while also keeping us on schedule and making sure everything happened flawlessly behind the scenes while we just enjoyed the day. I cannot recommend them enough and we will always be so grateful!

The outcome was utterly amazing. Christine and John developed plans for siting multiple tents while minimally impacting our landscape, provided recommendations for, negotiated with, and handled all interactions with selected vendors, and designed a breathtaking cocktail and dining space. Every selected vendor was outstanding. All were consummate professionals and required absolutely no oversight from us. Their competence, attention to detail and hard work were an inspiration. Aside from their event planning expertise, Christine and John were always unflappable, responsive, punctual and, equally important, reassuring. They provided for every contingency and assured us we did not have to worry about anything. And we didn’t—not even the weather! I offer my highest recommendation for Christine, John and Soiree.
