On the day of our wedding we ended up having to move our ceremony inside because of rain and she was a godsend by facilitating this change, all without any stress to me (the bride) which I’m so incredibly thankful for! meant that she would help with three events. We had a dinner along with other events for all the 200 guests the night before the wedding. Next day wedding at the same venue. So there was a lot that was different on each day. She also helped us with a brunch at home the next morning for about 100 people. Once she came on the scene, I stopped having nightmares about the wedding. She started out by telling us about the next few things that we had to do and it just went on from there with regular reminders. We could make calendly zoom meetings with her anytime we wanted, there was no limit to the number of times we could talk to her , figuring out how to arrange things . We had a few in person meetings, but the zoom meetings were more than adequate most of the time. Although she had a long list of things that could be done at a wedding, we were able to pick and choose from those and she never pressured us to do anything different than the bride and her fiancé and we wanted We used some of her vendors and came up with some of our own and once we had decided on vendors and signed contracts with them, she took over and made sure that all arrangements were being followed as planned. Anytime we called to ask about something she would answer that it was already done By the day before the wedding, I felt that she and her assistant Aly, who was there had everything in control and things just moved easily without us having to do anything. All that remained was for us to enjoy ourselves, enjoy our guests and help our daughter and son-in-law feel loved . Emily worked well with the staff at the venues and we all made a good team She was very good at sweetly calming disagreements between the bride and her parents about how to do things, with her focus always being on the bride and what she wanted, which was truly appropriate and appreciated by all Emily and her team helped to make it a truly enjoyable event for everyone.

the stress and workload of planning a wedding, so I could focus on healing. This is where Emily and Soirée came in. Emily and her team were so happy to help us, and listened to our story and reasons for choosing their services. From the beginning they were committed to reducing the stress aspect, simplifying choices, making trusted recommendations, and accompanying us on site visits to make sure we asked the right questions. Regular emails with short "to do" lists kept me on track without overwhelming me. All emails and messages were responded to promptly, sometimes within minutes. Gracie was our coordinator on the day of our wedding, from 12-10pm, and she did a phenomenal job of keeping everything on schedule, organized, and the least chaotic possible. She was so kind and accommodating, regularly checking in to make sure we were having the best time possible and seeing what she could take care of. We were able to leave the venue on time because almost everything was ready packed up and loaded. I certainly could not do her job and am just in awe of her skills and fortitude. I do not plan on ever getting married again, but I certainly would use Soirée again if I did, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs help with planning their own wedding. They have all those awards for a reason...they ARE the best!

I felt her warmth and professionalism. We heavily relied on her preferred vendor list and were never disappointed. Emily and Gracie guided us through our many questions and ideas and were so organized and unbelievably gracious. I can’t imagine planning a wedding without their extensive knowledge and working relationships. Heading into the wedding day, I was calm and composed - what a gift! Gracie was with us for the rehearsal and for the wedding day. She was so on top of all of the details and took care of everything! She even checked in with us frequently to see if there was anything we needed! Wow!! If you are looking for a wedding planner that is going to walk every step of the way with you, make you feel valued, and knows this world of weddings from start to finish then look no more. I highly recommend Soirée.

They were so beyond helpful throughout the whole planning process time, always answering questions, having suggestions on what we should do and more. We’ve gotten so many wonderful comments about the wedding and it couldn’t have come together without them!

nect during the months of planning the event. Based on the Experience package that we purchased, I expected the planning of the event to be hands-off and stress-free. Unfortunately, I was constantly double-checking that things were booked and that details were in order. In a number of cases, important details slipped through the cracks causing more stress and anxiety on us. I was in contact with each vendor throughout the process and wish that Soiree would've stepped in to take the stress off of us with that coordination of vendors. I've talked to other people who had wedding planners and learned that it is uncommon for the bride to be contacting vendors themselves. There were multiple times when I didn't feel validated and that my vision of the event was being shut down. The day's design looked good, but the way it was communicated felt a lot like a "one size fits all" company. I loved that they handled the rsvps, and stationary coordination.

Then, the month and week of the team was so helpful in taking things off my mi nd + shoulders like confirming last minute details or picking items up from vendors. The day of I coudn't imagine not having Lexi by my side to be the point person and coordinator of everything. She was so on top of all the things the whole day (from hair+makeup to the late night snack). She was so amazing and didn't let any last minute fires stress me or my husband out. They allowed us to be carefree and stressless on our wedding day and spend precious time with our family and friends. There was no task or idea that was too big. process. Our entire experience with Emily (from the moment we had our consultation call to the end of our wedding day) was above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. Emily is extremely detail oriented and ensured my vision came to life. Emily and her team did an amazing job of communicating with myself, my travel agency, and the resort where we were getting married. There were several instances where Emily took initiative on things that I would’ve assumed the resort would have initiated, but did not. I felt so at peace and zero anxiety leading up to our special day, and the credit goes to Emily and the Soirée team. I decided to have Emily accompany us to Cancún for our wedding and am so happy she was able to be in person. Emily ensured that everything was executed perfectly and was a huge support to me on the wedding day. I was so grateful to have Emily’s expertise as we navigated throughout the wedding planning process! I know that, without her, I would not have been able to enjoy the big day as much as I did. The powerpoint was categorized extremely well and was a very helpful resource to keep everything organized and to really help visualize the day. She helped us to stick close to our budget and still have our dream wedding. It was very easy to get in contact with them at all times. I always received a very timely response to my questions and making appointments was a breeze. They’ve got this down to a T. Let’s talk about the day of…I will never understand how people get through their wedding day without at least having a day of coordinator. Maggy was absolutely amazing and on top of EVERYTHING. No one bothered me with any logistical questions or drama on the day of. She coordinated all day with my photographers, DJ, officiant, wedding party, venue, rental company, florists…everyone…to make sure the whole day went smooth. Everything was perfectly on time (even slightly ahead of schedule, which allowed for a bit of much needed down time for my husband and I.) It was absolutely perfect. Maggy even made sure all of our personal items (memory table photos, decor brought from home, cards, etc.) were locked away in my bridal suite before leaving for the night. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Hire a wedding planner. It may seem expensive but it is truly worth every penny. Ultimately, they will help you actually stick to your budget and have so many connections you wouldn’t have on your own. Hire Soiree.
