We recently hired Sol Coffee Cart for my daughter-in-law's baby shower and they were nothing short of phenomenal! They added the perfect touch to the event and all of my guests commented on what a great feature they were. They customized a coffee drink for my daughter-in-law and were the total hit of the shower. You NEED SOL Coffee Cart at your next event!!! I booked Sol for my baby shower that was café themed, and it was the highlight of the entire event. Not only is Carissa an absolute pleasure to coordinate with, but she ensured everything was perfect for my special day. Her and her staff were so kind and lovely to my guests- everyone loved them and the energy they brought to the event. The coffee was absolutely AMAZING and it’s all my guests could talk about!!! I was truly blown away, and can’t thank the Sol team enough for the flawless execution. They even had accommodations for guest who don’t drink coffee, and had a delicious solution for all. I can’t recommend Sol enough!!!

We highly recommend Sol Coffee Cart for your event, big or small! Carissa was such a joy to work with. She is an enthusiastic business owner who loves what she does. This is apparent in her positive energy, creativity, and handcrafted offerings. Carissa created a personalized coffee menu for our wedding celebration, this was so much fun to work on with her and such a cool touch. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Sol Coffee's cart at a Fourth of July party that I attended, and I have to say, it was such a cool vibe and added so much to the event! No one does it like Carissa - I would hire her in a heartbeat! I recently attended an event that Sol was at and the coffee they served was unlike any other! The menu was diverse and perfected. Not only was the coffee amazing but the service was even better. Carissa and her team were attentive, quick, and so much fun! Whether you’re hosting an event at the Newport Mansions, a business location in the financial district, or your backyard, Sol is a necessity!

I went to an event and Sol Coffee was there. Great service, everything is high quality and done with excellence. They are so friendly too. I had a great experience getting coffee from them and their presence added to the atmosphere of the event in such a positive way. 10/10 recommend.

Sol Coffee was at an event I attended recently. The cart itself is super aesthetic and clean, the staff was sooo much fun, and I didn’t have to wait a long time for my coffee! They had classic drink options and specialty drinks for the event, as well as options for milk substitutions. I went for an iced latte, which was SO delicious, plus everyone that ordered was talking about how good their coffee’s were. You can tell they really know that they’re doing (and I’m picky with my coffee)! Would definitely recommend booking them, it was the perfect treat ☀️

Sol Coffee was a dream come true at our wedding. We were married on October 27th and I envisioned our guests grabbing lattes & apple cider before sitting down for the ceremony and they did just that. We also had the coffee cart open during cocktail hour since most of our guests don’t drink alcohol - it was the perfect addition to our day. Carissa was quick to respond, answered all of our questions and even let us customize our coffee sleeves. She also recommended we make a couple of “custom” drinks that added another special touch to our day. The day of, our guests not only raved about the coffee but also about the gals who were making and serving the drinks. They were kind, professional and came dressed for the part too. We appreciate Carissa and her team so much and are so glad we hired them for our wedding day. Thank you!! 🙏🏻

We had the Sol Coffee team at our wedding in Newport RI over Labor Day weekend and I 11/10 recommend booking them!
Not only did they have amazing coffee and espresso options, they made a cute specialty drink just for our wedding.
The girls running the cart were not only fun and pleasant but they matched the vibe and were having as much fun as we were.
I recommend booking with Sol coffee not only to keep you going but to keep your guests going with you all night long.
