My fiance was referred to Dennis from a friend. I was with my fiance when we met Dennis for the first time, it was very relaxed but informative and ZERO pressure to buy which was amazing. A few months later i was surprised with the most gorgeous engagement ring! I receive compliments on my ring on almost a daily basis. We showed him a picture of a setting we fell in love with and he said no problem he could make it exactly, including the hand engraving. We then starting looking at diamonds and even though he did not have one in stock that we were looking for he picked up the phone and made sure to find the perfect diamond for us by the end of the day. The ring came out better than I imagined and Dennis stayed in touch throughout the entire process to make sure it was perfect. Right off the bat he was extremely helpful and could tell that he was not a pushy salesperson. I gave him my price range and he did not try and show me anything that was outside of it.
