The staff at Soli-Tree Farms are happy to set up included essentials, such as provided tables and chairs, and allow you to decorate with your additional pieces at your leisure. My family originally bought this farm in 2014 with the intention of only using it for personal use. However after many friends and family kept asking us if they could host their wedding at the farm, we finally decided to build a wedding venue so we could share its beauty with others!

They helped guide my caterers, my dj, and my decorators to create the perfect day for us. 10/10, would get married here again.

l, but the inside space is just absolutely stunning! The open windows throughout give you such a romantic vibes and just UGH! Obsessed! I worked very closely with the staff! Desiree was always on top of answering my texts, she always made sure whatever I needed/wanted was what happened. From planning how my tables would be set up, to helping coordinate my ceremony they were truly on top of it. All of the chairs for the ceremony were set up for us prior to our event. Our reception was set up flawlessly! I had certain seats at certain tables & literally every detail was perfect! The staff stayed and helped with any and everything we needed! At the end of the night I genuinely don’t think we could’ve had a better team there!
This venue really is a catch all venue! It has the view! It has the inside space that is honestly gorgeous as is! They provide tables, linens, & all toiletry items. They have multiple things to help make your day run smoothly! The team here wants your day to be as perfect as you envision it! There’s also a groomsmen cabin that our guys spent the day at! It was so cool for them to be close but also have their own little world! ☺️

We cannot wait to get our photos. The staff is awesome. The team at Soli-Tree made our wedding there stress-free and allowed us to enjoy our day. Our coordinator Autumn was professional and incredibly helpful! She helped us with the table and ceremony layout and was able to answer all the questions we had leading up to our wedding. She was there throughout the night making sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests raved about the venue and the views. It was the perfect place for us to get married.

cabin make great places to get ready and also serve as unique photo opportunities. I loved having the freedom to bring in outside vendors and that I was able to decorate however I wanted to. They even let me bring in my own day of coordinator. The chairs were already set up when I arrived to the venue that morning and they were quickly removed and swapped out with patio furniture after the ceremony so that everything was ready for the reception before guests were done eating dinner. From helping people park to cleaning up after the reception, the staff was very helpful and made sure that everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this venue!!

ed them to do, our ceremony chairs weren’t set up until guests started arriving, and the patio furniture was stacked high one the patio until we specifically asked for them to move it. I feel like they also advertise it as being bigger than it is, we were VERY cramped with 180 guests, and they advertise 250.

art off by saying that this venue is absolutely beautiful and our wedding could not have been more perfect however, that does not excuse the shortcomings we encountered.
Should you choose this venue I highly advise accounting for ALL belongings before leaving the property. After arriving home we realized we had a yeti cooler missing. When we asked Soli Tree Farm if it had been left there by accident we were told no, no one had seen it. Only to find 2 months later an employee was selling our cooler on Facebook marketplace. While Soli Tree did get the item back for us this highly unacceptable and unprofessional. To my knowledge no reprimand was enforced and I was told it was a misunderstanding as things can be taken if left in the “lost and found.” When picking up the cooler no one came out to greet us or apologize.
Aside from this, the night of our rehearsal the coordinator was attending to another wedding party that was on site. When finished with them she left us on the property alone and asked us to “lock up” for her when we left.
Lastly, the night of our wedding many employees were eating our wedding cake before myself and guest.
Overall, this venue is not cheap and there’s an expectation that cost includes quality service. For us Soli Tree Farm really missed the mark.

en fee policy. While some other venues may have "lower" rental fees they fail to mention all the other services of theirs you are required to use, such as food and alcohol, that drive the prices way up. They also often won't include tables and chairs which is something we do.
That being said I really appreciate your feedback and changed our $ to $$ to hopefully better reflect our cost. We also have our pricing listed in our brochure linked in the pricing tab so we are upfront about costs without you having to reach out first.
