Originally I was getting my wedding band from a wholesaler that quoted me a really good price but they backed out of the deal three weeks before my Wedding. I called Ellen in the Atlanta store and she told me it takes at least three weeks to get a ring made but she said she will make some calls and see if I could have it rushed. She was able to not only get it rushed but I had my ring in hand a day earlier than what we were originally told. I also paid less than what the wholesaler was charging me. Solomon Brothers Fine Jewelry is blessed to have a gem like Ellen working for them. She represents them very well. I am now a customer for life!

I got my engagement ring re-set at Solomon Brothers and they did the most amazing job. Our sales associate was incredibly knowledgeable about the selection, understood exactly what I wanted, and made sure we had a great experience. My ring turned out beautifully, and they had it back to me within five days!! I really cannot say enough good things about Solomon Brothers and all the associates working there.

Recently, my fiance and I picked out our wedding bands at Solomon Brothers. Jonathan helped us find the right rings for us, and I couldn't have been happier with our experience. He helped us stay within our price point and find styles that both of us loved. I really appreciated his no-nonsense approach. While we were discussing wedding bands, we also started chatting about my engagement ring. My finace had it custom made, but it had been resized by a different jeweler in town in January. Their work (the other jeweler) was very disappointing. Jonathan recommended I have David - one of the jewelers at Solomon Brothers - take a look at it. I am SO happy with David's work - the rough job that the other place did has been erased! The ring finally fits perfectly and the spot that was adjusted looks great! I am so happy that we found Solomon Brothers!

At last minute I decided to get my wife a diamond ring I called and Ellen Williams answered the phone, she gave me directions how to get here. The quality and the selection of diamonds was unmatched in the Atlanta area. We spent about an hour and a half picking the ring and the Diamond, a GSI certified diamond. Ellen was wonderful and gracious ,the price was good,and Ellen as a salesperson was fantastic. I recommend Solomon Brothers Fine Jewelry to anyone that needs a diamond or would just like to own one. my experience was A+. I'm sure that I will be back here again.

The customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Rami Hachamoff answered each question and assisted me in an exceptional and timely manner. I was nervous about ordering a ring from an out of state jeweler, but the professional service put those worries to rest. The ring arrived promptly, and we could not be happier with the end result!

She made my ring search absolutely perfect! from the minute we walked in Lisa made sure to take her time and listen to both me and my fiancés needs! I had a wonderful experience with Galina at Solomon Brothers and I highly recommend working with her. My husband bought my Tacori engagement ring in Philadelphia before we moved to Atlanta. Our previous jeweler recommended Solomon Brothers to us to shop for wedding bands. I ended up deciding to change my entire setting and wedding band during the process and Galina went above and beyond to make me happy. She made several calls to Tacori on my behalf and would even get back to me on her days off. Now, I have a new setting and wedding band and I couldn't be happier. Call and ask for Galina!

We bought our Tacori wedding bands here and worked with Susan. She was patient, consultative, helpful, and kept us well informed--all of the things you'd hope for when you are making such an important purchase. Their selection is almost overwhelming and the prices are great. Susan was wonderful to work with!

My Fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Ron at Solomon Brothers Fine Jewelry and he was great! We went back for both of our wedding bands and I could not be happier from the selection, service, and prices this place is the best! We looked at several chain stores and they don’t compare they are pushy and just want you to finance a highly marked-up piece of jewelry. You will never feel pressured at Solomon Brothers. When looking for any type of jewelry we will only go to Solomon brothers. I highly recommend!!!

My husband bought my engagement ring from Solomon Brothers and the ring is absolutely beautiful! I had one of the smaller stones fall out of the band soon after receiving the ring and they were very kind and efficient with replacing the diamond quickly with no charge. I ordered a matching band and the set is stunning. Would highly recommend this jeweler. They are very professional and work with any budget.

My husband and I were lucky enough to find Lisa Mattingly at Solomon Brothers. After making our rounds with Shane Company, D Geller & Sons, etc. we tried Solomon Brothers. Although the jewelers make commission, they are all willing to help you out. For example, I needed the appraisal for my engagment ring put in my name to have it insured. Lisa was off that day, but another employee gladly helped me out in a timely fashion. Lisa is very seasoned, having over 20 years experience in the business. She is honest, helpful and definitely not pushy. She was very willing to work within our budget and find a way to get us what we wanted. Her approach to helping customers is honorable. Rather than pushing a purchase you cannot afford or trying to “up-sell” to make more commision, she focuses on building the foundation of a relationship with her clients so that when future jewelry purchases arise, you think of her and Solomon Brothers. The best part about working with Lisa is her genuine enjoyment for what she does and that the relationship doesn’t end after the sale.

My ring is so beautiful, I could not ask for anything better! Ellen is who we worked with and she did a very professional and wonderful job! She really worked with my fiance to get everything just perfect and we have since been back to get more jewelry there! Very affordable prices and very nice service.

Solomon Brothers were very helpful. The sales lady was not pushy and let us try on all different styles of wedding bands. Each time we went in, they would clean my engagement ring and also cleaned it for me the day before my wedding.

My husband bought my engagement ring almost two years before we started having to look for bands, and, while it was perfect of course, nothing matched (and was in our budget). We went to every jeweler in Atlanta and nothing suited our needs. Finally, we went to Solomon Bros, and they not only they had a ring that looked decent, but also were able to BEAT (yes, beet, not just meet) our budget. We all know that jewelery is priced up anyway, but making it even less than our budget and having it be exactly what we wanted---- who could ask for more? Also, the service was always very friendly. We ended up buying my husband's band there too with a similarly pleasant experience.

My husband originally bought my engagement ring from Solomon Brothers, so we decided to return to them for the wedding bands. To be honest, were there other venues that sold Tacori here in Atlanta, we might have gone to scope them out, but there weren't, so to SB we went! Their selection is impressive and we liked that they had a lot of options in a variety of prices, but they do work on commission and sometimes it "feels" like they do. The pressure wasn't too bad and I love my rings and my husband found one that he liked too, so we do appreciate their assistance with that!

Some of what we found that we liked we felt was a bit more expensive than what we would've expected, but we ultimately found what we were looking for. They made the process much less stressful for him than it could've been and were very willing to take as much time as he needed to make a decision. My husband had my engagment ring and wedding band made at Solomon Brothers. Due to my ring size and the unusual desgin I wanted, it worked out better for him to have them both made and they worked with him through the entire process. Due to their excellent service, I now have a custom ring that I love. We also found his wedding band at Solomon Brothers. It's not like the typical wedding band (which is what he wanted). Its very original and something we both love.

My husband and I bought our wedding rings here. They have a great selection. I feel like we got great rings but just felt like a number to the staff. It really feels like they are only compensated on commission and no base salary by the way they make you feel. I don’t think customer service is too important to them.

After that, we went back for our wedding bands. Ron was wonderful to work with us to find the rings that best suited our personalities, lifestyle, and (most importantly) budget!
