Solomon Images is a wedding photography business based in Seattle, WA. I started carrying a camera while traveling 45 years ago, back in the Kodachrome days. I was driven to capture beautiful landscapes and the stories of humanity. I've been a professional photographer since 2006 but I like to think of myself as a magician. My mission is to turn ordinary moments into timeless, magical images that you'll cherish for years. Creating great images is more important to me than how much I make or how long it takes. I'll probably last longer than you, asking "just one more shot?" As a storyteller through the lens, I find fist-pumping exhilaration in capturing goosebump-inducing pictures. Every invitation to document your life's moments is an honor, and yes, I still get teary-eyed at weddings, engagements, and newborn shoots making it difficult to focus. I guess magic happens when you least expect it! My photography style combines posed formal shots with candid, photojournalistic moments to capture the energy and excitement of the day. Technical details matter so I blend natural light with studio strobes, ensuring soft lighting and natural-looking images. I'm a firm believer that only large light sources make you look good, so I'll bring large umbrellas with diffusers on location. With a meticulous eye for detail, I ensure every eyelash is in focus. Image retouching is included in my fee. Basic edits cover composition, color balance, and exposure, while close-ups receive subtle retouching for a polished finish. For each hour of shooting, you'll receive a gallery of 75 to 150 full-resolution images, plus lower-resolution versions for easy sharing on social media. Prints can be ordered directly from my website, or you're free to download the files and print them elsewhere. If you desire, I can also handle all aspects of creating a photo album. From my beginnings chasing the perfect shot at sunrise, my passion for photography has only deepened. Each image tells a story, and I apply that same passion to create stunning memories for you.
