Carly is amazing, both as a person and as a photographer. We met up with Carly weeks before the wedding to get to know her and it was like we had been friends forever. Not only did she emphasize that our day was about what we wanted, but she listened intently to all of our wishes, concerns, quirks, and was confident and reassuring. When the big day came, she caught moments that I will cherish forever. She arrived early and immediately sat on the floor next to me, chatting excitedly and offering to help with the last minute decorations I was finishing. Pre-ceremony photography time was spent laughing while Carly somehow brought out the best of everyone. She captured all of the emotion, love, and joy that happened that day, and her photos reflect it. The photos she took are amazing, as is Carly. Someplace Images was, by far, the best investment we made when it came to our wedding.

I only wish we could give her more than 5 stars. I was immediately drawn to Carly's pictures because she was clearly able to really capture each couple and their personality. From the first email Carly was so much fun to work with. She spent time really getting to know my husband and I, and making sure she knew what we wanted for the big day. When the day finally came she was so much more than we ever could have hoped for. I arrived late and frazzled, but Carly immediately calmed me down and had me relaxed and ready to enjoy our day. It felt as though she had known us for years, she was so much fun to shoot with. At times we were all laughing, and others she had us in happy tears and she was able to capture it all. The emotions you see in her pictures are so incredibly genuine. So many of my guests and bridal commented on how amazing she was. We feel so incredibly lucky to have been able to work with Carly. If you want an incredible photographer (and person) and amazing pictures, Someplace Images is the way to go.
