Everyone is so kind and complimentary. I loved the style and vibe of the salon and looked forward to every appointment. My seamstress Irena worked to make my already beautiful dress even more tailored to me and my body. Her expertise and eye for detail is immaculate. Something Bleu Bridal was AMAZING! I had gone to a different shop and the salesperson was trying to pressure me into buying a dress I wasn't in love with. NOT at Something Bleu! The salesperson was so helpful, and made me feel so comfortable. She didn't pressure me at all and even told me it's ok to sleep on it. I ended up with an original silk dress that I ADORE! My dress was such a hit, and I got so many compliments. I also purchased my veil from them. But the service didn't stop at the point of sale. They go above and beyond! They connected me with a seamstress who did my alterations right at Something Bleu, which was so convenient. And after the alterations were done the shop pressed and cleaned my dress and veil and set up a time just before my wedding for me to come pick it up--so it didn't end up all wrinkled shoved in a closet at my house. They also connected me with a cleaning service after the wedding and gave me a discount on cleaning. I can't say enough what a wonderful shop this is! Amazing team with great energy. And even the building is gorgeous and sunny. A dream!

Growing up in Saratoga, the main wedding dress shops were always Something Bleu or Lily. They are both wonderful and have plenty of choices; however, the atmosphere is different between the two. Something bleu is a calming space where you have time to take a step back, really observe the dresses, and feel confident in your choice. They are quick to respond to you or help with anything you may need. I still love my dress and am so thankful for this salon for bringing it to me!

Had a lovely experience with Something Bleu - ESPECIALLY with their go-to seamstress, Irena, who is a delight and did amazing work for both me and my mom. My dress was perfect, a Christina Wu strapless mermaid Victorian gown that I fell in love with unexpectedly (I came in thinking I wanted a v-neck A-line). Irena helped ensure that I would feel comfortable and supported by creating little spaghetti straps I could hide during the ceremony and wear during the reception. As far as the shopping experience - the boutique has a warm and luxurious atmosphere which made the try-on process feel very comfortable and special. I only wish they allowed us to enjoy Champagne on such a celebratory day! The Zoom screen for my friends during Covid was helpful so everyone could be included in the process. I appreciated the text communication following my dress purchase and the flexibility/organization with appointment making to ensure that I had ample time for alterations and fittings. I was never stressed about my dress at any time, which is such a nice weight off a bride's shoulders! My only critique is that the staff felt slightly impersonal, like I was "just another bride" on the assembly line. But all in all, I was very satisfied with my experience at Something Bleu!

I went to a few other wedding dress shops before going to Something Bleu, and I have nothing against the other shops but my experience with this shop was amazing! From the moment I stepped in the door until picking up my dress I felt like they catered to my every need! They knew exactly what I wanted even when I gave very little direction or ideas! I met with many people in this shop and each were fantastic!

I had a great experience with Something Bleu!! There were attentive and really listened to the kind of style I wanted. I loved having the room to myself with my mom and maid of honor. It was a really nice experience to not have to share the space with anyone else. I surprised myself by picking a dress the first day I was there. They sent me up with someone for alterations and even had my dress steamed a few days before the wedding. I would highly recommend Something Bleu for an intimate and enjoyable experience!!

From my first interaction with the staff at Something Bleu I knew we had found something special. This was the first out of the 4 dress shops I went that someone actually helped me get into the gowns. That in itself stuck out to me and led to me falling in love and finding my wedding gown. From ordering to fittings everything went smoothly and my gown looked amazing upon pick up 2 days before my wedding. We didn’t have to worry about taking it months before and keeping it away from pets. They steamed and pressed it for me and were very accommodating to myself and family! All around an amazing place, beautiful dresses, and very friendly staff!! 100% recommend

I had a great experience with my dress shopping. They made it so easy to find my dress! I was able to pick my dress up from the shop 2 days before my wedding with the dress and veil nicely steamed and ready to go for my wedding!

As a plus size bride, I was worried about how I would be treated and what would be available as I looked for my special dress. My shopping experience here was amazing. The floor itself was beautiful and the wide selection of sizes and styles really made it so easy to find the perfect dress. I found some dress shops in the area only carry up to a certain size but Something Bleu had a big selection of dresses I was able to try in my size. We worked with Amanda and she was phenomenal. She made everything so easy and enjoyable and had great ideas of different ways to add to a dress and the whole look. 10/10 would recommend her as well as this shop to anyone.

Could not ask for more in a bridal salon. A stunning selection of dresses and the staff was so helpful in helping me customize my gown. I ended up buying all of my jewelry here as well. Overall just a wonderful experience!

Something Bleu was amazing to work with! They have such a unique selection of dresses. I went in knowing I wanted to look timeless, but also feel like I was in Pride & Prejudice. The girls at Something Bleu immediately took me out on the floor and showed me 5 dresses that fit that exact description. I ended up purchasing the Harper gown from Madi Lane Designs through them at my very first appointment. They were amazing to work with through COVID, and all my fittings. I even called a few times with questions regarding undergarments, etc. and they were always happy to help walk me through my dress and what was needed for that. On my wedding day, I received SO MANY compliments, and I was so happy that my gown was something that would stand out in everyone's memories.

Beautiful dresses! However, when I first tried on the dresses since I am 5'2" and 110 lbs the dresses were too big, and they clipped them to cinch them in and hold them up. When my actual dress arrived, I learned that having long sleeves means you can't lift your arms above 45 degrees and having low back and low-ish front means that the shoulders slide off. Since this was my first time buying a wedding dress, it would have been nice for someone to clue me in on this. Also, I had eaten lunch right before she got my measurements for the dress, and she had measured me and said I was a size 2 except for 1" too large in the belly, so she recommends I get a size 4. I said okay, since she is the expert. However, when I hadn't just eaten, the dress was loose in the belly and loose everywhere else, and the alterations cost $500. If I had known that having the larger size meant the alterations would cost so much more, I would have gone with the size 2 and just lost 1 pound.

I got my dress at Something Bleu and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! I came in thinking I wanted a ball gown but didn't like the way that any looked on. When I was getting discouraged Marissa gave me a different gown that was a totally different style and it was perfect. She found one that I wouldn't have picked out on my own, but was what I had come in saying that I wanted (see: Meghan Markle's wedding dress). After it was ordered I decided that I wanted sleeves and wanted to change the dress up in other ways. The staff was so accommodating and supported me throughout the whole process. Irena, one of their seamstresses helped to completely transform my dress into what I had been looking for. As if that wasn't enough, all of the girls completely hyped me up during my fittings and made the process so special, even during covid.

Something Bleu is the type of place you always dream of going dress shopping. The boutique is beautiful, inviting, and calming which makes the wedding dress shopping experience that much more fun. Their team is responsive and friendly. I went in the day of my appointment and found my dress that same day without hesitation. When I became nervous later on with a detail about my dress, the owner immediately met with me to resolve it and give advice and suggestions which put me at ease. The amount of compliments I received on it and how unique it was just reassured me that I made the right choice with the right boutique. Their recommended seamstresses are amazing as well and I can't thank them all enough for helping me find my true dream dress!

I cannot even begin to describe how AMAZING Something Bleu Bridal is. I had to start my dress shopping during COVID with my wedding being less than a year away! I called Marissa about their "Try on at home" service in June 2020 and she was able to feel out my vibe and what I was looking for virtually. She is amazing!!! She grabbed a Madi Lane gown I was eyeing as well as 4 other gorgeous gowns that were just as perfect. From then, communication with Something Bleu was easy, professional, and always receptive. The prices were great (compared to where I live in NYC) and the selection was unlike all the big retail shops. I loved how intimate the vibe was and always feeling like a VIP with them. It was so easy to call and ask to try on my dress when I needed to check the shoes or accessories. With their trunk shows, I was able to buy my Madi Lane Harper gown and a gorgeous hair piece to match. Just when I thought it couldn't get better, Marissa started with the jean jackets and I was able to customize my own bridal jacket with them! Thank you to the Something Bleu team for helping me feel like a Bride, even when I was stressed and thought COVID would cancel my wedding! Thank you!!!

These ladies are the best. Trying on dresses was a wonderful experience- so relaxed and no pressure. They have a beautiful selection of dresses. The moment I put my dress on I knew it was the one. I always felt taken care of during my whole selection process (I went back in to try it on again to make sure it was the one-and it was!) I purchased a veil as well and I love it. They were extremely accommodating with all the changes due to being a covid bride. I worked with Irena as my seamstress and she was incredible..I loved her attention to detail and her honesty. My dress fit like a glove and I couldn’t be happier. Overall, wonderful experience and I highly suggest something bleu to anyone looking for their dream dress!!

The Something Bleu staff was so wonderful during my whole dress/accessories/shoes process! They were professional and caring, and also made me feel so comfortable during a process that can be very stressful. I didn't feel rushed at all during the appointments, and I found a dress in just two visits, the process so was easy.

From start to finish, Something Bleu went above and beyond any expectations I had. I found my dress on my first appointment with them! They were extremely patient and did not push me when trying gowns on. They stayed within my price range and didn’t try and make me go above what I wanted to spend. The alterations I had done to my dress was BEYOND anything I could have expected. I made quite a few changes to my dress and everything was perfect. Irena was amazing. Something Bleu was my first stop dress shopping- and it was the only stop I needed! First off- walking into the boutique is an experience itself, because it's such a gorgeous space. I loved having my own suite to try on dresses with my mom and maids of honor- it made the experience that much better. Marissa and Kathryn are so friendly and fun, but what I loved most was their honesty. They aren't trying to just sell you any dress-- they are so helpful when it comes to choosing what style is best, and they genuinely want you to feel like your absolute best, which is an experience you don't find often enough. The dresses they have are unbelievably unique and gorgeous. They have some classics, ones that are totally out of the box, and some in the middle. I wanted something classically romantic with sparkle, but something unlike what I've ever seen before, and I found it within 10 minutes of being there. Their veils and accessories are also gorgeous. I could live in the the accessories/alterations room because it was so beautiful. I'm honestly sad my wedding is over, because I loved going back and forth to the boutique for fittings and to pick up my stuff. thank you so much to Marissa, Kathryn and the team at Something Bleu for making my dress experience so perfect!

Something Bleu made my dress shopping experience an absolute dream in every single way. I've been putting off writing this review because I wanted to find the perfect words to do it justice. I visited Something Bleu with my mom and aunt after calling in the middle of a traffic jam to see if we could possibly sneak in last minute at the end of a full day of dress-shopping. When we arrived, we were greeted with SUCH kindness and calmness by Marissa, who went on to become my very favorite person in the whole wedding planning process. We removed our shoes and sat down for a few questions about style and budget, and then we both picked out a few dresses for me to try on. The dressing room was more like a romantic dream closet full of beautiful accessories and feminine details. Marissa helped me step into and out of each dress and made me feel instantly at ease; I had no time to feel nervous or anxious about the sizes or looking a certain way because I was having so much fun. The logistics once I found The Dress were so easy - my alterations were done in the same building by a wonderful woman Marissa recommended, and they hold the dress until you need it right before your wedding. They also make it really wasy to come try it on again if you want to. I can't stress enough how lovely this whole process was - it felt like entering a spa but for wedding dress shopping, where these ultra cool women's whole focus is for you to be at ease and to have fun trying on beautiful gowns. Hi highly recommend Something Bleu. Everyone I have worked with has been amazing! So helpful, warm and friendly. I loved how I had my own private room with my guest to model dresses. It made the experience so much more intimate and special for me. Their seamstress did an amazing job on my alterations! I went back multiple times for fittings and accessory appointments. I wish I could keep going back after my wedding!

Something Bleu Bridal was absolutely amazing. I felt really shy and nervous going in to the whole wedding dress process, but once I arrived there, they made me feel so comfortable. They were also so helpful throughout the entire process - my dress arrived exactly when expected and they took it back a few days before the wedding to have it steamed. I flew my dress in from las vegas and they were so sweet and efficient. They pressed my dress and veil and everything looked gorgeous. I dropped it off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. Easy and stress free! Friendly staff!! ❤

I had such a fantastic experience with Something Bleu! I found my dream Waters dress online and discovered it wasn’t sold in any stores in Rochester and reached out to Something Bleu to see if they could get it in the store for me to try on. The fabulous ladies got the dress shipped in for me and as expected it was perfect. The experience was absolutely wonderful for the gaggle of family members I brought with me and the team made it so memorable. Picking up my dress was seamless and easy. I didn’t step foot in another bridal shop and could not imagine a reason to after my time at Something Bleu!

While I didn’t end up purchasing my dress from Something Bleu, they provided such a wonderful experience that I would recommend all brides start here when looking for their dress. My bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law joined me in the fitting room during this process. I tried on a variety of gorgeous gowns, but ultimately fell in love with my mother-in-law’s wedding dress. Something Bleu had the dress professionally cleaned for me and helped me continue the charade to hide the secret from my husband.

Let me start by saying I don't often write reviews, but my experience at Something Bleu Bridal was so amazing I absolutely have to share. Something Bleu is an absolute must if you are looking for a wedding dress! When i made it to Something Bleu in my search for a wedding dress I had previously been very discouraged with my search. From the I walked in the door I felt completely at ease. The salon itself it absolutely wonderful, quaint and beautiful, but it is so much more than the place that makes this the perfect atmosphere for shopping for a wedding dress. Their selection is unbelievably gorgeous and they have a variety of price ranges and styles. The people that work here are beyond words amazing. From the moment i walked in the door they were above and beyond wonderful! They are the reason it is so easy and enjoyable to find the perfect dress for your wedding. All of the women were amazing but I had the pleasure of having Emily as my consultant for the day and I cannot sing her praise enough. Emily went over what I was looking for, helped me pick out what I liked, made great suggestions and helped me to stay away from dresses that were over my budget. She made me feel so comfortable and she absolutely NEVER tried to just sell me a dress! This was huge for me and something I didn't find anywhere else. She was so good as helping me to take a minute when if I was getting overwhelmed and asked me all the right questions to help me make only the decisions that were right for me and my day. I can't possibly say or thank Something Bleu Bridal enough for the best wedding dress shopping experience I could have ever imagined. I love my dress from Something Bleu and I know it is the perfect dress for me for my day!

Romance is always in the air at Something Bleu. It's the most warm and enchanting bridal salon with a gorgeous selection of gowns. From my first appointment where I found my dream dress to picking out accessories, Denise, Tess, Teri and Emily went above and beyond to be so welcoming, helpful, patient and lovely at every turn. I couldn't have asked for a more special wedding dress shopping experience and can't recommend Something Bleu highly enough.

I really enjoyed my experience at Something Bleu. The team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so special during my search for "The Dress". I really felt like my style and budget were taken into consideration before I was shoved into a million dresses. We only tried on a small handful, and they were all really close to what I had envisioned. After we found "The Dress", it was so cute to see all the other employees ask to see me in it and compliment me, making me more sure on my choice than ever. When I came back for my fitting, Yana was the absolute sweetest, and so professional! Overall an incredibly positive experience from try on, to fittings, to pick up and beyond.

First of all I have to say that buying a wedding dress is very stressful. That being said the wonderful ladies at Something Bleu made the experience calming. My very first appointment I went with just my mom, I wanted to keep it simple. Terri took the time with me to get to know what I liked and what my budget was. She also asked questions about my venue and found dresses that would fit me and my venue. I found an amazing dress but wasn't ready to pull the trigger until I have my MOH, step mom, and future mother in law. They did not pressure me at all! She said I have time and they hope to see me back. My mom loved the place because they made you take off your shoes when you walked in; she said it reminded her of going dress shopping with her mom when she was little. The second fitting was amazing and I found THE DRESS. Terri asked me if I wanted to look at some other dresses and new ones that had come in since my last fitting. She told me that she could put any dress on me and I would make it look good. As a bride that was amazing to hear. The dress she picked out for me looked like a bag on the hanger, but when I put it on it took my breath away. If it wasn't for Terri's expertise I would not have found my dream dress. I cannot express how amazing Somethine Bleu was in my dress buying experience. I highly recommend checking them out. I wish there was an infinite amount of stars I could give them.

I was really pleased with the selection and the staff did a great job helping me find the right dress. They gave opinions without pressuring me to pick one on the spot. I got many compliments on my unique but classic dress!

The owner and staff at Something Bleu Bridal are just outstanding! They go out of their way to make you feel so special as you prepare for the big day! The dress selection is exquisite, the salon is warm and inviting and the accessories are to die for! I can’t say enough about SBB and my fantastic experience! From the minute I walked in the door, we were lavished with a beautiful experience. Terry helped with with my selection & if you go to this salon, ask for Terry. She was patient, experienced, passionate for what she did, offered selections that would compliment your figure, just an all over professional in the industry. Denise (the owner) was an absolute gem! I called when they were closing & couldn’t get to the salon before they closed to order my gown. She opened the shop on a Sunday just get to my measurements, it was delightful to get to know her on a personal level. I would highly recommend this bridal shop if you want your gown shopping to be a memorable experience.

Knowing that my three older sisters all found their dream wedding dresses from Something Bleu, I knew this had to be the first stop as I began my search. Little did I know it would also be the last! The variety of beautiful gowns is endless. Denise and Teri were wonderful to work with! The entire staff made this experience one I will never forget. I am so lucky I found the most perfect wedding dress on my first trip to Something Bleu!

I was nervous about wedding dress shopping but the minute I met Teri that all went away! The dresses were beautiful, the staff friendly, and my family and I were treated very well. 5 stars is not high enough for Something Bleu!! I highly recommend every bride go!

My recent experience at Something Bleu Bridal Salon was no ordinary shopping adventure. Denise and her amazing team of wedding faeries , Terry and Tess, transported us to the magical place where dreams are made. We didn’t just find one perfect gown but two....which is a great problem to have! This salon is truly a cut above and exceeded all expectations. I had promised myself there would be no tears...until the bridal veil went over the face of my precious baby girl who is soon to be a married lady! I am a very grateful mother of the bride and can’t thank Denise and the staff of Something Bleu enough!

I had the best experience at this salon! This salon was the first place I went to and within minutes I knew it would be the only salon I would need to go to! They got me in with no appointment and treated me with such respect and kindness. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful with the most amazing dresses you could imagine! Emily helped me in and out of many dresses and ultimately found me the perfect dress! I would recommend this Emily and this salon to anyone!!

I couldn't have imagined a more magical experience regarding trying on wedding dresses. My experience at Something Bleu with Denise and Terry was everything I could have imagined and more. They made the whole experience so comfortable, easy, and special. The collection of dresses they have are the most beautiful I have seen and the entire store is set up perfectly. I truly loved every dress I tried on. It was just a matter of what was right for the day. Eventually I narrowed it down to two and I went back the next day to try them both on again. The ironic part is that I didn't even choose the two dresses I narrowed it down to. Terry and Denise have such a great understanding of brides, their style, and the inventory within the store and picked the most perfect dresses for me. Something Bleu was first on our list after friends & family recommended it. It wasn’t until we pulled up that I realized it was the same shop I bought my prom dress from a decade & a half prior! The shop had a different name back then, but I immediately got the feeling that this was the place. I picked out some dresses and, based on the style of those ones, Emily at Something Bleu chose a couple others. I ended up falling madly in love with the Olvi’s dress she picked out for me; we sealed the deal and didn’t look any further. Emily knew better than I even did what I was looking for! The appointments and alterations were seamless. The dress was perfect; everything I ever dreamed of. The bridal area upstairs is so magical. It made for a really special day for me and my Mom to share. They scheduled one of my fittings around a trunk show, so my aunt and my friend joined us to see me in my dress and drink champagne. Everyone at Something Bleu was wonderful from start to finish!!

Something Bleu made the experience of finding the perfect wedding dress so incredibly special for me. The salon itself is gorgeous, and there are so many beautiful options and designers to choose from, within all price ranges. My attendant Emily supported me throughout the entire process and even picked out the gown I eventually chose. She pulled out the gown, which was a style I wasn't even thinking to look for, and said "Why not just try it on?" It ended up being my dress, and I am so grateful for her! Something Bleu also has a gorgeous accessories room, where you have further consultations and appointments after you've chosen your dress. The atmosphere of the room makes you feel like a princess. Something Bleu was my first (and last) bridal dress appointment. I went in with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Emily took great care of me and my mom, and helped me to find dresses within my budget. She encouraged me to try on dresses I would not have picked myself, and they looked great. I had my own room for dressing, with a larger show room with large mirror and pedestal. There really is no pressure from the associates to buy a dress. Emily seemed to genuinely want me to just enjoy my experience. I enjoyed the store so much, that when I found my dream dress in another store, I chose not to buy it there, but instead to call up Something Bleu to see if they had the same dress. I returned to Something Bleu because I knew they would take good care of me, and they did. I tried on the dress in their accessory room, which is flooded with natural light, and I had my “this is the one” moment. They ordered the dress in my size, set me up with an excellent seamstress (Irene), and emailed me when the dress was ready. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the store to anyone shopping for a wedding gown.

I am a plus size bride, and I was doing a destination wedding and had to shop by myself. This shop made me feel special and beautiful, spent the time finding the right dress–and then when it came time to pack up my dress to fly out, they even helped me pack it! I was recommended by another bride who got their dress there, and have already suggested Something Bleu to another bride who ended up purchasing her dress there as well. I didn’t have any specific expectation about what my dress shopping experience would be, but I was actually giddy by the end of my appointment. The consultants were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They set aside plenty of time for me to try on as many dresses as I would’ve wanted (I think I tried on about 8!). They had me look in the mirror and form my own opinions on a dress before showing anyone else - which I would recommend to anyone. Most important to me, they weren’t at all pushy and totally understood that I needed time to make my choice, which I did go back and buy from them anyway! Their prices were totally reasonable and they were very flexible with my schedule and time frame for my wedding. I would recommend this shop to absolutely anyone in New York State.

Any expectations I had about what a wedding dress shopping experience should be, Something Bleu Bridal exceeded them. Not only did my consultant Katie make me feel so comfortable, but so did all of the other ladies there. I had a hard time making up my mind and they were so patient and helpful. I was able to choose my dream dress with happy tears included! They truly made me feel beautiful, confident, and special. And their accessory room- swoon worthy! I highly recommend Something Bleu.

Something Bleu has a really great mix of styles and designers in their boutique. We had a great experience shopping with Terry. She was thoughtful and patient, and I'm so happy I found "my" dress there. Pick up was easy and it was also easy to arrange alterations. Everyone was always kind and attentive - they even gave me a call to check on me when my venue flooded! My only slight warning to shoppers would be that their sample sizes are mostly size 8. As a curvy size 8, I was lucky that most of the dresses just barely fit me or were only really tight around the chest. Not a deal breaker, but just something I think folks should be aware of.

Since I was sixteen, I planned on finding my wedding dress at Something Bleu Bridal. At the time, there was a prom dress section across from the salon. My mom and I said that when I was engaged we would come back to look for a dress. Ten years later, I found my dream dress! Denise and Emily were amazing to work with. They were flexible and made you feel like family from day one. They have a beautiful selection of unique and intricate gowns and accessories. I ended up purchasing a dress, belt and earrings. I had a great experience and highly recommend Something Bleu to anyone!

Buying my dress at Something Bleu was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Their selection is unparalleled by any of the other places I looked, and trust me when I say I looked in a lot of places. They also have dresses in every price range, and if you are upfront about your budget they will do everything they can to help you stay within it. From the moment I walked in everyone there made me feel like I was a member of the family. My associate Terri made me feel like a beautiful bride, and more than that she became my friend. Everyone there, from the owner to the seamstress, are amazing people who will make the process of getting your dress feel every bit as magical as your wedding day. You will not need to look any further if you are looking for a unique, affordable, beautiful dress selection with service that makes you feel welcome and special. They where kind and patient and really gave me the time I needed to connect with my possible dress selection. I discussed with my consultant that I had another appointment at a place down the st. She was very encouraging and supportive that I try dresses at multiple places that she just wanted me to be happy in what ever dress I would end up with me. I felt this was VERY professional and made me feel no pressure. I did what she said but did not receive the same welcome at the other shop as I received at something blue. I ended back at Blue and went not he day I had a second appointment and arrived 2.5 hours early with no expectations since WE where early. The owner, Denise welcomed us with open arms, set us up in the accessories room (which is breathtaking) let my 10 year old niece play with the jewelry whilst we tried the dress in question back on. In the end she made the dress fit my budget, chatted with us, let us hang out, laughed and even did a champagne toast with us at the end! I am so happy with my choice and can't wait to go back for fittings and accessory shopping. I can't even imagine that there is another place in the area that can make you feel like Denise and her staff did! Denise takes pride in her staff, gowns, and bridal store. She would NEVER put a bride down or make you feel unwelcome. Thank you Blue team! Save yourself time and be a Blue bride!

The day after we got engaged, we stumbled upon Something Bleu Bridal, and it was the beginning of one of the most amazing experiences of our wedding. Because my wife had lost her mother, I not only helped pick out her dress but also went to every dress fitting. Denise and her staff were exceptional in every way, every interaction. But what stole the show was her dress. We thought we knew what we wanted and after trying on a couple of dresses they made a suggestion to try a different style. I could hear my then fiancee tearing up from behind the curtain and proclaiming "this is the one." It was not only the most perfect dress for her, but the theme and style of the wedding then revolved around it. After our wedding we were at the hotel bar when the bridal party from a different wedding came in. One of the bridesmaids came over and told my wife that she was the most beautiful bride she had ever seen. We are forever grateful to Denise and her staff for helping give us a magical wedding.

First of all I have to say that buying a wedding dress is very stressful. That being said the wonderful ladies at Something Bleu made the experience calming. My very first appointment I went with just my mom, I wanted to keep it simple. Terri took the time with me to get to know what I liked and what my budget was. She also asked questions about my venue and found dresses that would fit me and my venue. I found an amazing dress but wasn't ready to pull the trigger until I have my MOH, step mom, and future mother in law. They did not pressure me at all! She said I have time and they hope to see me back. My mom loved the place because they made you take off your shoes when you walked in; she said it reminded her of going dress shopping with her mom when she was little. The second fitting was amazing and I found THE DRESS. Terri asked me if I wanted to look at some other dresses and new ones that had come in since my last fitting. She told me that she could put any dress on me and I would make it look good. As a bride that was amazing to hear. The dress she picked out for me looked like a bag on the hanger, but when I put it on it took my breath away. If it wasn't for Terri's expertise I would not have found my dream dress. I cannot express how amazing Somethine Bleu was in my dress buying experience. I highly recommend checking them out. I wish there was an infinite amount of stars I could give them.

We planned our wedding from 5 hours away and understand the power of reviews! Traveling to Lake George from NJ with my dress in the car, I needed a bridal salon I could trust to steam and prep my dress and veil for my wedding day. Emily was the sweetest and able to coordinate our drop off and pick up to ensure I'd have them ready in time. They handled both my dress and veil with care and if I had lived in the area, I might've even purchased a dress from them in the first place! The building is a dream and the shop is gorgeous. They did a great job!

Shopping for a wedding dress is a big deal. My first appointment was at Something Bleu Bridal. Even before I got there Emily and Denise were reaching out about styles I liked and my price range so that they could tailor the experience to me, and so that I would be comfortable. Upon arrival I was not sure what to expect. I started talking with Emily and I felt like she listened to my ideas, pulled dresses that I liked, and made me feel at ease. Denise came in to say hello and tell us about the store as well, we all felt well taken care of. I went to another store right after that first appointment. That is when I really saw just how special Something Bleu is. The things that most stuck out after our bad experience were 1) the spatial organization of Something Bleu, the try-on areas are well placed and the building is gorgeous and historic. 2) Emily was engaged with us, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and used that as a guide in suggesting dresses. 3) The selection of dresses is incredible, I liked all of the dresses that I tried! Something Bleu has it all; friendly and professional employees, a great location, and a great selection. I had a second appointment and found THE dress. Emily and Denise were such a help through the whole process and I’m really happy to be a Something Bleu Bride. If you’re shopping for a dress, you HAVE to go!

Walking into this gorgeous boutique is like walking into a magical fairyland world made of the stuff of girls' bridal dreams. I visited quite a few dress salons, and none came close to the loveliness of this experience. I had a very favorable impression of Denise (the owner) prior to coming here, as she was extremely personable and endearing in our phone call, and the store was perfection. I felt confident right away that I would probably find "my dress" there, as the designers and styles were exactly what I was drawn to. I had the opposite experience here than I had at other stores, in that I loved too many gowns and had a hard time narrowing it down! The girl attending to me was awesome -- so patient and sweet and engaging -- and made the experience that much more wonderful. I did end up finding my perfect dress here (and the designer was actually in town that day from Toronto, so she spent some time with me as well!), and couldn't possibly be any happier with the entire experience or my wedding dress. They made the whole process fun, enjoyable and very personal.

I just bought my wedding gown at Something Bleu Bridal Salon and it was an amazing experience! My dress consultant was very personable and made me feel beautiful in everything I tried on. I tried on various gowns with completely different straps, materials, and silhouettes and loved almost every one. It was a tough decision because I loved so many of the gowns! In the end, I chose the perfect dress for me and I couldn't be more pleased! The boutique beautiful and well maintained and the experience overall was a great one. I would definitely recommend Something Bleu to all of my friends and family!

When you are looking for a wedding dress you need to go here, no need to look anywhere else!! I had the best experience at Something Bleu Bridal, wish I could give more than 5 stars! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store has gorgeous dresses in every price range! They also have a great selection of one of a kind accessories! They made buying my wedding dress a special experience. When my dress came in I went to try it on, I was talking to the owner and told her I didn't have bridesmaid dresses yet (my wedding was in 4 months!) The owner went above and beyond to help me, she took time out of her busy day during the busiest time of year) to take me to the store downstairs and look for a bridesmaid dress, with her help I found my bridesmaid dress that day and had them ordered! I cannot thank Something Bleu enough!!!

Beautiful dresses at reasonable prices. I had the best time picking out my dress here! Although, I did feel a little bit abandoned after I purchased the dress. The staff were super attentive while I was in the store and helped me pick the perfect dress!!

These ladies give the ultimate bridal experience, just like you see in the movies. You have someone's full and complete attention the whole time you're there and they are completely down for whatever you are looking for in a dress while also offering suggestions you may have not thought you have worked for you. They are all incredibly sweet and helpful and make you feel genuinely beautiful.

I absolutely looooove my wedding dress that I got from Something Bleu. I knew the second that I put it on that it was my dress. It was also my favorite shop that we visited. They were so accommodating and it is such a beautiful environment. Our consultant was named Terry and she was so helpful and kind. I had an additional piece made by the seamstress Irena - a shrug using lace from my dress that I could wear in the church with my strapless dress, then take off during the reception. That piece received so many compliments! The whole team at Something Bleu was a pleasure to work with. They even helped send my dress to be cleaned and preserved so I can cherish it forever!

I can't gives this place enough stars!!! They really went above and beyond to make my bridal dress shopping experience that much more special! They really know how to treat you like a princess with their one on one shopping experience and beautiful mansion atmosphere. I'll never forget the grand mirror I looked into as I said yes to my special dress. This place is even better than the Kleinfeld dream!! I'll for sure to be visiting the area again to celebrate the special memories I had with my mom and friends as I came back each time to try on my beautiful gown.

They have unique designers that I hadn't seen at other boutiques (a lot of boutiques carried all the same designers, so I wasn't seeing a whole lot of variety). The owner is amazing, their seamstress is amazing, and the dress was perfect.

DON'T BOTHER LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR WEDDING DRESS!! I went to something bleu first and fell in love with my dress and the experience. All of the consultants made it very personal and you don't see any other brides! It's all about you! They don't pressure you to buy it right now, they give you time to look at each dress in different lights. When I went to other boutiques/ stores, you're put in what looks like a mall dressing room and all the other stalls are filled with other brides, so you're watching other people trying on their dresses. The rooms you get changed in are the size of a broom closet and have no mirrors and they tell you if you don't buy it now you're SOL. Well long story short we went back to Something Bleu that same day they allowed me to try on the dress I loved again and stay in it for as long as I liked, they put me in this gorgeous accessory room with just me and my family and it was such a magical experience and I am so happy to say I bought my wedding dress at something bleu. -great prices (like seriously you won't believe it) -amazing experience -knowledgeable staff
