h no response on how to return. It has a 7 day return policy and they must supply the label to return however...they aren't responding. These shoes are $475. Quality should be new and undamaged yet they sent these and will not respond on how to return. Poorest customer service and product.

To say the least, the shoes are beautiful, and such high quality, made in Italy. They were a little on the expensive side for me at over $300, but I am so happy I splurged!
