Something Bloomed

We feel we Didn’t get what was promised and especially not the flower colors, quality or quantity that were promised. We felt the Flowers looked cheap, droopy and sad. Lacked color The first 5 pics are of our contract colors and the last pics are what we actually received. They actually brought yellow flowers which really upset our daughter and as a mom I was heart broken. I had to hand pick them out if the bridesmaid bouquets. Thank god I purchased extra flowers myself to sit on the round barrels and took flowers out of them to replace the 1 stem of yellow in the bridesmaid bouquets. She didn’t get her dream wedding flowers and we cannot have a redo. The florist put out the plastic dollar store grade 1” candles directly on the table without any votive ! Tacky and the promised 40 lush flowers for each 8 ft table runners ended up being aprox 15-18 flowers per table. The outside arbor had few pink and for some reason about 3 purplish flowers and the arrangement didn’t look “”lush”” it looked sad. A lot of the flowers had brown edges, were droopy on the table runners and he showed up with buckets of white roses. The pink on the wagon wheel was non existent. The pink in her bouquet consisted of I pink flower underneath all the white. It wasn’t the beautiful shades of pink they promised her. The couples table didn’t look lush either and we had to find floating candle vases to put on it from other tables because the florist didn’t. The white plastic votive candles are hidden mostly under any greenery and the couples table was just sad and not what we envisioned for our daughters wedding. I provided photos. I also specifically told them we wanted tons of pink shades of flowers and an overwhelming amount of “”lush flowers”” which is in our quote “lush”. A lot had brown edges and looked sad!!! It was the most difficult day and this is the one company this thought I could trust. I put two stars for the things received. I feel that’s generous. The two girls that sold us the promises were non existent on her wedding day which was on Saturday. They hired a florist. They do not actually come or do the wedding themselves. And we never saw any arrangements prior. We just were told to provide a photo so we did. Apparently even a photo isn’t clear enough. I didn’t realize neither of the girls would be there. So the two people who sold the dream don’t actually do her wedding or make sure everything is the way it should be. The last 5 photos are of what we were suppose to get and the other photos are of what were received. We just could not see the lush and quality flowers or colors that were promised. We actually placed the floating candle holders in the bride and groom table because they didn’t. Very disappointing!

The florals that we received for our wedding day were absolutely beautiful! I actually started crying when my dad brought them into our venue. Because we had a tighter budget, I wasn't sure if we'd be able to afford a florist for our wedding day. But the a la carte options made it affordable for us with the package we chose. I'm so grateful for something bloomed!

While the first quote wasn’t what I quite wanted, the team was eager to help get what I had envisioned and within my budget. The flowers turned out beautiful and lasted for over a week!

I got a pretty small order from something bloomed for my wedding - some arch flowers, a few bouquets, a boutineer and petals. It wasn’t something that I was splurging on, so I was expecting pretty standard flowers because it was such a small order. My expectations were blown out of the water! I mentioned that I wanted blush & white flowers with dried accents like pampas grass, and my flowers were so beautiful!!! We picked them up, kept them in the fridge / watered, and they were absolutely stunning on the day!! 10/10 would recommend, especially if you’re on a budget!

This is by far the most amazing floral company ever! 10 out of 10! my bouquet for my wedding and every one of my bridesmaids bouquets were just astonishing. All of our floral arrangements day exceeded our expectations! What a way to really show up and show out! Simply stunning! Thank you so very very much for all of your hard work to make my special day even more beautiful!!

Overall, the day of the wedding flowers turned out beautiful. HOWEVER, the process was a bit of a hassle. Unfortunately, my mom lives out of state so every time she came into town to do wedding planning Something Bloomed would charge extra for in-person or even virtual meetings. It was hard enough planning a wedding long distance and this vendor did not make easier. Included in my wedding party, I had a 'head flower girl', the eldest of 3, and I wanted her to have her own bouquet but smaller than the bridesmaids. It was so small that I ended up giving her the toss bouquet and using her flowers as the toss bouquet. The baskets they wanted to provide (and the price for those) OUTRAGEOUS and they should embarrassed. I ended up ordering baskets off Etsy. Honestly, walmart flower girl baskets are more impressive. It just seemed like every step they were upset that I wanted to make any changes or upset that I even wanted to discuss things with them. Don't get me wrong, the flowers were gorgeous, just probably wouldn't use them again.

We were recommended them since we did our wedding at Heitman House, and oh my did they provide! The most beautiful florals, I could not have been happier!! And since they work with Heitman House we got a small discount. So happy with the final results!

Pure magic! Our florals were everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. Something bloomed made our wedding vision come to life. They were incredible and so great to work with. From bouquets to ceiling arrangements we were so impressed!!

They made my experience seamless and beautiful! From the corsages to grand entry display every petal was in place. We had a 6ft piece hung on a pergola and it went up ahead of schedule and perfectly positioned. Our flowers arrived and were picked up with a single word to me. I hired Something Bloomed to do our florals for our wedding and they were stunning! The ladies were responsive and professional and the florals were stunning! They brought my vision to life and had me in tears when I saw the florals, from the bouquets, to the ceremony and reception. Thank you for everything!

First off.. WOW! We loved our flowers, and the Something Bloomed team did a great job having our vision come to life. Ed was our main point of contact, and everything was clearly communicated to us throughout our entire planning process. A few days before the wedding, we found out one of our preferred flowers came in low quality from the wholesaler (not Something Bloomed's fault). The team immediately communicated this to us, and helped recommend other beautiful alternatives! We were so happy with how everything turned out!

Our event design specialist was Emalee and our wedding florals were absolutely beautiful! After our initial consultation, she matched my vision exact with her inspiration pictures and continued to do so throughout the process . On wedding day, everything was delivered to our venue and set up in perfect time so the Florida heat didn’t wilt the flowers. It’s been days since our wedding and my bridal bouquet is still in perfect condition.

My flowers were gorgeous! Worth every penny. They understood exactly what I wanted with giving them minimal direction and pictures. I was nervous going into it with the cost, not knowing what I was going to get, but they pieced together my colors for tropical floral and it turned out AMAZING! I wish I could keep them forever.

I am so glad I went with Something Bloomed as the florist for my wedding. Though I am not a HUGE flower person, they were able to perfectly execute my vision for my tropical beach wedding. Ed was so easy to work with and brought my vision to life! I loved how the team offers a visual lay out of what flowers they’re using in each arrangement. Our meet ups were very helpful as well, and they listened to all of my ideas and were so kind in the process. We postponed from 5/9/2020 to 4/30/2021 and they were very accommodating in doing so. Everyone spoke highly of our florals, cannot recommend them more!

Ed Russo and the team at Something Bloomed delivered beautiful floral arrangements for our wedding on North Captiva Island. Throughout the process of designing our flowers for the wedding, Ed and his team were incredibly communicative and collaborative. Having conversations with him really helped us settle on our vision. Ed and his team came over to North Captiva Island via ferry and set up a beautiful, custom-made chuppah on the beach with orchids and crystals. He also designed a tropical flower crown for my wife and all of the flowers at the wedding reception turned out beautifully. We'd highly recommend Something Bloomed for all of your floral and wedding arch/chuppah needs for your wedding!

Casey with something bloomed was amazing to work with!!! I was so stressed as it was close to our wedding when we hired her. We had previously hired another florist who closed up shop and took our deposit without a word. I was beyond stressed and Casey stepped in and immediately brought my vision to life. Our arrangements were absolutely stunning. We got married on the water on a dock at Tarpon Lodge and her arrangements were truly breathtaking. My bouquet was so unique and truly a show stopper, I got so many questions and compliments about it after our ceremony! I would absolutely recommend working with her!

Something Bloomed was first off amazing to work with. Casey was very easy to work with and get ahold of for questions and ideas to make my day just the way i had imagined. I went in with my Pinterest board to show her of ideas and she knew right away what i wanted and delivered it to the tea.I wanted to use my Don Julio bottles as a different twist for a center pieces and she worked with it and made greenery to go around them so elegant. I would highly recommend working with her for your upcoming wedding. Casey and her team once again are great to work with and if i ever have another big event she will be my first call.
