I booked Something Blu for my wedding and they were so quick and helpful until I put my deposit down. I could not get them to respond to any of my emails regarding important details like timing to plan out my day (2 months before the big day!).... We had the trial scheduled, but I couldn't even get the location set 1 week before the trial. I gave 3 weeks to answer 3 emails, but as soon as I emailed them asking for a refund on my deposit, they were quick to call. They assured me I was still in the book and were very nice on the phone, but they blamed me for not trying to call them first after they did not answer my emails. They said they are a two person business and take turns each week answering emails so my emails must've gotten lost in the transition between weeks. Seems very unprofessional to me that I could not get important details locked down for my wedding. I did not get a refund on my deposit and struggled to find someone else last minute that I could trust. I know it must have been crazy trying to rebook weddings during covid, but I saw them respond to reviews on the knot during the time they could not respond to my emails. Ultimately, based on the unprofessional communications standards they have, I do not recommend them.
