Everyone in my party kept commenting on what a thorough job Connie was doing in helping me pick out a dress. I ended up with my dream dress and I can't wait for it to come in. For LGBTQ+ couples, I also highlight recommend coming to shop here. My partner and I shopped at the same time and the Something BLUE team did a wonderful job of keeping us at opposite sides of the store and ensuring that we didn't ruin the surprise for each other. Our consultants were also helpful in encouraging (without spoiling) certain dress types that would compliment each other. It was our biggest concern that we would choose dresses that clashed. In the end, my partner and I were blindfolded while wearing our dresses and we got to take a picture together that we look forward to seeing after our wedding next year! Truly, a wonderful experience for me, my partner and all of our guests. Thank you, Something BLUE team!

d a dress. Before I went I was so nervous, but as soon as I stepped in the shop my nerves were eased. All of the girls felt like they could be your best friend - they were so sweet. Alyssa was my consultant and she was beyond amazing. I told her I was all over the place and had no idea what I wanted. Alyssa listened to exactly what I thought I wanted and then pulled some she thought would look good on me. To my surprise I had picked. Instead, Alyssa blew me away with one of her choices. Alyssa never pressured me to make a decision. She told me to go home and if I dreamt about the dress I knew it was the one. Well that night I dreamed about my dress. On top of this, the day before my wedding I realized I didnt pick up my dress. Alyssa stayed late, so we could rush to Angleton and get my dress. You cant get this type of customer service anywhere else. I am so happy to be a Something Blue Bride! People are still talking about how beautiful my dress was and people I dont know have messaged me about it. Thank you Alyssa and Something Blue for the amazing customer experience.

Rebekah has worked with my hectic schedule, she has helped me try on dozens upon dozens of wedding dresses and she has gone as far as to save the day when I needed a new wedding venue. For those of you who are newly engaged and you have not had a chance to visit Something Blue, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment to try on a few dresses! They have hundreds of options on site, but if you still can’t find the dress of your dreams on your first visit then do not fret because they will make sure you find “the one”. If you’re looking for a ball gown, a-line, mermaid, trumpet, etc. you can definitely find whatever style you’re looking for here. Another important detail is Something Blue carries a plethora of bridesmaids dresses. Since I have 8 bridesmaids and they all have different style preferences, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a dress that met everyone’s needs/wants/desires. She worked with us to try on various styles until we found a dress that made everyone happy. I’m not sure if you understand how difficult of a task this can be, but they made it seem effortless. Lastly, they offer mimosas as soon as you walk through the beautiful entrance! What more could you ask for from a bridal boutique? Rebekah and her team have truly become such a vital part of my wedding planning process and I cannot recommend them enough!

I’m completely in love with my jewelry and dress. Something Blue is truly an amazing place and experience. Every time in is like it’s your first time. Your a valued customer. Also she doesn’t charge for extras (shipping, steaming) which a lot of the big time salons in Houston do. Rebecca prices are excellent. I love Something Blue and will recommend them every time in the future.

If you are getting married near them, they do deliver your dress to you within a reasonable distance and BELIEVE me, this was a life savior! We used their recommended alteration lady, Michelle, who was fabulous. The boutique delivered the dress to Michelle & picked it up when the alterations were complete. They steamed the dress and held it until the wedding. Then after the wedding we dropped it back off with them so they could have it preserved. This is a one-stop shop. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going here again with my other daughter.

Coordination after buying the dress was so easy too! They sent the dress straight to the alterations for me, made it very easy. Great experience and highly recommend.

ed as if I was the only one in the boutique. My consultant Sandie is a dream!! She is sweet, knowledgeable, pretty much everything one can hope for in a consultant. She helped me find the dress of my dreams not once but TWICE, as my wedding was postponed because of a little blessing! (my daughter). The process was wonderful every step of the way. They employ a wonderful seamstress and my dress fit PERFECT! (also alterations are affordable) My baby sister also got her beautiful senior prom dress here. She had a great experience as well. Lots of dresses to choose from. I recommend anyone shopping for any type dress visit this boutique before going anywhere else. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

what she's doing. After trying on a variety of dresses, she figured out what I liked (probably before I even knew what I liked) and was able to pick dresses out for me that I loved. When THE dress came along, she tied it altogether with the perfect veil and belt - just amazing. I also went with SB's seamstress and that was the icing on the cake! Michelle Avitia is a saint - she took a dress that ended up being way too big for me and turned it into the best fit for the look I was looking for. Just perfection! Michelle is so sweet, she is beautiful inside and out, and amazing at what she does! Brides everywhere - forget the big name stores, SB has so many options within friendly budgets, and a team of ladies who want to help you find your dream dress. But seriously - you have to get on Team Rebekah!

She is very knowledgeable about styles, designers, and other boutique locations all around the world! This shop truly makes you feel like a princess! They also have beautiful jewelry, veils and other extras to make your look complete. Standing in front of body length mirrors, with my Mom sitting behind me in a royalty-type chair, I couldn’t believe this was really happening - and I owe it all to Something Blue! Highly recommended!!

an David's Bridal. She listened to what I liked and didn't like in dresses & had awesome suggestions to fit my body type. There was a lot of space to walk out for my mom and sister to really see me in my dress. It was a great experience & obviously I'm excited to find my dress & sign the dress!

the 5th dress. All the people who work there were so sweet, the store is beautiful with comfortable couches and chairs for your entourage to sit on while you are trying on the dresses. The ladies followed up with me several times before the wedding to make sure I had everything I needed and I loved that. I highly recommend to EVERYONE!

They also gave recommended the most wonderful alteration specialist for me for my dress. I couldn't find her on The Knot so I wanted to review her here also since she is on Something Blue's recommendation list. Her name is Rhonda Pitts, her pricing was fair and she was a gem to work with and did a wonderful job!

two separate dress shopping days and was very sweet and helpful. I always felt respected and well taken care of. She was honest and gave helpful feedback while I was trying on dresses! I would DEFINITELY recommend this shop to anyone in the greater Houston area- the shop is over an hour away from my house and it was WELL worth every single trip!

d my dress consultant, Justine, was so knowledgeable and helpful. She knew just what type of dress would be perfect for my body type. There wasn't a veil at the boutique that matched the lace on my dress, and I told her what I was looking for she called the distributor and had extra lace brought in that matched to be added to a plain veil! I got a spot on my dress during my bridal portraits, they told me not to worry and got it out and it was perfect for my big day. They helped me reign in my husband's groom's party and were so accommodating to my father and grandfather's requests. I can't say enough about the staff and owner's of this boutique! So warm and friendly, and helpful to this detail oriented (crazy) bride! Thank you again to Justine and all of the other ladies at Something Blue!

ed with Rebekah. She was extraordinarily helpful in listening to my feelings about the dresses and finding me the right dress and I didn't feel any pressure or impatience. We left their store with great satisfaction and a handful of information about dresses/venues/planners, thanks to Rebekah's warmheartedness and kindness. Then we went to another chain store, the quality and service there was just non-comparable to Something Blue. So we decided to go back to Something Blue end of that day without any appointment. They close at 4pm and we made there at 3pm, so we were really grateful that they welcomed us in, chatted with us, and Rebekah ran to us immediately after her last appointment with the other bride without any hesitate and impatience. This touched us a lot since we were not supposed to show up without any appointment. I asked her if I could try the style that I haven't tried on before they close, so I can make a final decision. She assured me no problem at all and went to grab the one, however, an accident happened when she rushed to get the dress. She ran into the wood corner of the dress cart, and her foot started to bleed. I was so sorry about it and felt guilty of causing all these troubles, and was about to just leave and stop bothering them. However, Rebekah still kept a smile on her face and comforted me saying it was not my fault. She quickly put on a bandage on her foot and came back to us and helped me put on the dress. The moment I stepped on the stage, I couldn't hold my tears, and I knew this was the One. Even though it's well beyond our budget, but with all the great experience here, I would definitely say it's worth it!! We were glad to know that they will move to a larger place right across the street later this year, and I really look forward to come back to their new amazing place and meet these cute people again!

Most other bridal stores had pushy sales people and wouldn't actually listen to what I was looking for. Something Blue made finding THE ONE very easy! In fact, I only tried on one! Sandy really listened to my wants and found me the perfect wedding gown!
