Something Blue Productions

h it! She picked out the most amazing linen/plates/serve ware that complimented the day perfectly. She also worked her magic at getting us a tattoo artist for our wedding (that was HARD) but of course she pulled it off. She is amazing at communicating with us/ all our vendors and that just really took all the stress off us leading up to our big day. When it decided to hail storm right before our ceremony, she remained calm, directed all the vendors and helped pivot the plan! Love her and her team soooo much!

We had a shorter period than normal to plan, and Anne-Marie made sure we kept on pace to line up all the vendors we needed without making anything feel rushed. She had a large network of recommended vendors which also made planning easier. The day ended up being a dream and going very smoothly! We also loved being called “Sunshines” in our calls and emails :) !

while planning over the course of a year and was always positive and quick to respond! On the actual wedding day, Lauren was our go-to and really brought my vision to life in the best ways. She ensured everything ran smoothly and made me feel so at ease to not worry about anything. It was a perfect day thanks to this team!

us to find joy and fun in what may have otherwise been an overwhelming process. AnneMarie struck a balance of letting us guide the design and planning process, while also giving us realistic feedback when it was needed, saving us trouble, stress and worry. I came into the planning process nervous that my vision was one you really needed to experience to fully digest (for context, my band performed for 45 minutes during our reception, which included extra vendor coordination, mid-reception load-out, etc.), but there is no vision too complex for AnneMarie. I’ll never forget the feeling of walking into our venue and seeing that AnneMarie had worked with our sound engineer to fit the band gear perfectly into our rather tight floor plan, and that everything was in place and ready for the evening. When my cape (strongly recommend a wedding cape, brides!) got dirty during our first look, Lauren (another SBP rockstar!) whisked it away and through some wedding magic had it refreshed and ready to go for our ceremony. When we need something or someone – the team was on it. When we did our reception room reveal (thank you AnneMarie for suggesting this!), I immediately started tearing. AnneMarie and her team had added leaf springs to all 180 place settings - a detail I had included in many of my “vision boards” but we had never explicitly discussed. It was so beautiful, understated and just absolute perfection. Months later, I still find myself day-dreaming about our fabulous wedding. AnneMarie’s expertise, professionalism and relationships with vendors made us feel like we had a friend and ally in navigating the twists and turns along the way, and we are so grateful to have hired her for our April 2023 wedding at The Pearl!

only for a month of coordination/day of coordinator. When we spoke to AnneMarie, less than half way through the call, we knew we had found the one. AnneMarie was clear with her communication, honest and real. We had signed on to work with AnneMarie but didn’t expect to communicate too often until much closer to the wedding day and she provided us with a spreadsheet to keep ourselves on track. In the interim, we had emailed AnneMarie with a few questions here and there and received an incredibly prompt response. A few months before the wedding, sooner than we had expected, AnneMarie swooped in like a wedding fairy godmother and took over communication with our vendors (just as we were starting to get annoyed with them). AnneMarie had the answer to every question, and her email response rate was so fast that it sometimes felt like a text exchange back and forth. At the rehearsal we met Lauren--she was totally in the loop about all things related to our wedding and was ready to lead our wedding party. Lauren had communicated with us throughout the weekend as needed (and of course we could email with AnneMarie too). On the day of, Ari was equally great! We cannot thank Something Blue Productions more for helping to make our fairytale dream wedding a reality.

stressful and with so many other things happening like family coming from out of town, trying to keep up with work, etc. and it was such a relief to have AnneMarie on our team. AnneMarie is increidbly responsive and knows weddings which made it very easy to trust and lean on her for a lot of decisions to make the day easier and go very smooth. 10/10 for working with Something Blue Productions.

ication, documents, and planning. Obviously the execution was perfect! They killed it! Everything ran according to plan and schedule. They took care of everything! AnneMarie and her team are the sweetest people ever! It was such a treat to work with them. AnneMarie even did an extra meeting with us when the day was getting closer and I was feeling stressed. Truly the best and most professional. Can't recommend enough!

rth in planning a wedding. The amount of coordination required feels scary, but AnnMarie was so organized in the way she worked that it gave us a much needed sense of ease. She did a tremendous job working with our vendors and with the venue, never making us feel burdened any time info was needed or a decision needed to be made. In addition to the planning efforts, another member of her team, Lauren, was present with us on rehearsal & wedding Day. Lauren was one of the sweetest people to work with and did an incredible job keeping everything in-line ! I would highly recommend working with AnnMarie if you are looking for a Wedding Planner and want everything to go perfect on your special day :)

ted to walk the line between having a Jewish wedding with all the traditions, and also having a slightly nontraditional wedding that really felt like it reflected us and our personalities. AnneMarie listened, understood the assignment, and absolutely delivered. She was super responsive, punctual, supportive, and gave great advice when it was needed. She and her team thought of everything and handled everything so we could focus on getting married. Hire SBP, you won't be disappointed.

ur wedding! AnneMarie is one of the most lovely humans and was there every step of the way. Not only was she able to provide recommendations of vendors tailored to what we were looking for, i.e. a photographer that is best with candid shots, she was able to work within our budget as well. From answering my million emails/texts to tracking the weather minute by minute day of to putting my veil in my hair before walking down the aisle, both her and Lauren (also a gem!) were truly the best to work with!

ye with me. Lauren and her team handled a few day-of snafus (I.e. wind blew over my guest list mirror and it shattered and they escorted guests to their assigned seats instead) with grace and only notified me of issues when they absolutely had to. Everything went smoothly and we had so much fun! I highly recommend Something Blue for all of your planning needs.

heir team was so prepared to handle it. AnneMarie is so organized and was continually checking on me during the planning process to see how everything was going and if there was any way she could help. Lauren was there to support on our rehearsal day and took care of all the details for the ceremony so there were no hiccups! I would highly recommend them for all your planning and coordinating needs! We love Something Blue so much!!

felt stressed knowing we had her on our side. Everything the day of our wedding went super smoothly thanks to her planning & initiative. She was able to put our vision to life and we will always be grateful for her!

with detailed templates for organizing our timeline, seating chart, and floor plan, but also with thoughtful recommendations and suggestions anytime we had a question or wanted to brainstorm ideas about specific parts of our day. AnneMarie was always on top of any communications with our vendors, and truly acted as our agent in making sure everyone was on the same page with minimal oversight or intervention from our end. On our wedding day, Lauren did an incredible job keeping us on schedule while keeping the vibe fun, positive, and upbeat. We got multiple compliments from guests who were so impressed by how well planned and well executed the whole wedding was, and we couldn't have pulled it off without the help of Something Blue Productions. We couldn't recommend working with them enough!

e detail missed or overlooked with AnneMarie and her team. The day of the wedding was an absolute dream and ran SO smoothly and that's because of AnneMarie and her dream team. Having a team of people, on your side, that you can trust made a world of difference on the wedding day. AnneMarie did an incredible job with the timeline and vendor coordination which made us feel relaxed, not rushed, and like we truly had time for everything and just got to enjoy the day without worrying about anything going wrong. I can not recommend Something Blue Productions for your wedding.

ive. She was available to answer all of our questions--from big picture things all the way to small details like tipping etiquette (and trust me, there were ALOT of questions). Lauren was our coordinator on-site the day of our wedding and OUR GUESTS were commenting at how smoothly the day was flowing!! A serious testament to their work. Lauren even put out a family fire or two (without us even knowing these moments occurred). We could not have been better taken care of with any other wedding planners and I would 100% hire them again in a heartbeat!

er and the day of I knew she was capable and took off a lot of stress. I would recommend her and her team for your next event - you won't regret it!

ything about wedding planning or the logistics behind putting on an event, but the moment we met AnneMarie we knew she'd help us plan the most beautiful wedding (and she did!!) AnneMarie is an industry expert. She has thought of every wedding detail and puts them neatly into an online checklist that everyone can work off of leading up to the wedding. It was perfect for a busy couple that has a lot going on and knows absolutely nothing about weddings! The best part of having AnneMarie as our wedding planner was that it felt like we hired a friend from the beginning. She was calm, attentive, and responsive the entire time. AnneMarie attended virtual meetings, planned a perfect timeline with vendors, and attended a final walkthrough. Our wedding was with a newer venue in the middle of a mountain which came with its own set of difficulties, but AnneMarie had the day run smoothly and everything was perfect! The bride and groom didn't have to lift a finger the day of the wedding. It was truly amazing. If I were to do it all over again, AnneMarie would be the first vendor I hire for our wedding. We highly recommend going with AnneMarie, she will make your day absolutely perfect!

of the questions we had and always had a great attitude. We felt taken care of and guided, it was truly a gift. For our walkthrough, rehearsal, and actual wedding, Lauren SHOWED UP. Words can't describe how grateful we are for this team. They helped us build the dream wedding we envisioned and made us feel like the stars of the show. We both agree this was the best money we spent throughout the whole wedding. Highly highly highly recommend.

rything was. She is truly our hero! We were so lost from the start of the process, and she was there to guide us, answer all our questions, and help us accommodate the touches we wanted to add. And we can't even put in words the amazing job on the wedding day. She gave us the information we and the wedding party needed, when we needed it. AnneMarie and Lauren managed all the vendors and the things that came up, allowing us to truly enjoy our special day. We feel very fortunate we found AnneMarie and we absolutely recommend her!

ally prior to that first call, it was like talking to a friend. She understood my ideas and helped to collaborate on new ideas, given her expertise! On our final check-in before the wedding, she helped me walk through what décor I had (because bridal brain is real). She understood and listened to my ramblings. In short, she was an absolute dream to work with for our big day. When it came time for the ceremony rehearsal day, she wrangled everyone’s excited spirits and got us into a cohesive and productive practice, so we were ready for the following day. Although incredibly welcoming and sweet, she can command the attention of a room (which is so necessary with the groomsmen after a day of golf, hah)! She even handled my [now] husband’s jokes and sarcasm so well that he lovingly referred to her as “Boss Lady” through the wedding, simply because of the leadership and guidance she provides to couples during the wedding. She and Lauren worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to ensure a beautiful day. She and her team are truly top-notch! They calmed nerves, repurposed our ceremony flowers beautifully, styled table décor flawlessly, made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, pivoted quickly (if necessary), ensured we ate, and the list goes on and on. I cannot begin to thank her and her team enough. She is truly a master at her craft.

year didn't stop her! Meeting her and Lauren was one of the best parts about our wedding. Even though I may have had a specific vision or idea about our wedding, they really helped make everything come together. Even when I would text/email so many questions, she was always there with answers, solutions, and knowledge. Our wedding was gorgeous, the vendors seemed all aligned thanks to AnneMarie's detailed planning and communication, and my bridal party had great directions thanks to her. Really, look no further! :-)

tracked of the planning process step by step, and reminded me of every detail in a timely manner. AnneMarie was someone I texted, emailed anytime I had a question, a doubt, she was always responsive and she was just there for me. I chose not to have a maid of honor, so I had to do lots of things by myself. But I was never alone. AnneMarie made sure my wedding turned out without any hiccups. On the wedding day, we were behind schedule, it was my fault. However, AnneMarie was calm the whole time, she kept me centered, and was flexible to include all parts of the wedding. She read my mind sometimes, which was just amazing. When I wanted something to be done, before I even said it, AnneMarie was there to assist. Trust me, I worked with many vendors and AnneMarie and her team was a clear top choice. If you are having any doubts, don't, hiring AnneMarie and her team was the best decision we made.

y have.

neMarie. She was on it every step of the way and the event turned out to be amazing. My wife told her the idea and AnneMarie made it happen. We could not have been happier with the end result. We would highly recommend Something Blue for your wedding needs or any event you have planned.

was easy to go over timelines and things beforehand. On the day of, she was a dream. She ran everything smoothly and if we needed anything, she was right there ready to help us. She even helped me bustle my dress! The biggest rave came from my mom, who was so grateful for her she said she was worth every penny!

othly and better than we could have imagined. AnneMarie and Luren truly made our day so special. Best decision ever choosing SBP as our month of coordinators!

went exactly as I had hoped for... I have already recommended her to future brides, and I suggest you book her too! She's affordable, detailed, and the best person to talk to if you have a bridezilla moment!!! I booked AnneMarie for day-of coordinating services back in 2020 during the pandemic when my wedding had to be postponed to this June 2021. She was already super supportive from the get-go when I decided to go with an elopement in 2020 and then have my wedding this year. I didn't even know her yet and she was already there for me!! About a month or so leading up to my wedding, she was super responsive (like extremely responsive every time I emailed or texted I was shocked lol) and that's how I knew I could trust her. I even appreciated how willing she was to meet up with my husband and I at our venue to do a walk through so she knew what my vision was (and she got there earlier than us too). She's super knowledgeable and her experience really showed through--she was helpful when I needed ideas about transportation to and from my venue, how we were going manage the furniture placement at the venue, and, because she had connections at Pleasanton Rentals, she knew exactly what items to order for my venue at the last minute. I also appreciated how realistic she was with me, but at the same time let me be a diva and plan for the most Type A things I wanted for my wedding. I appreciated that she connected with all of my vendors via email so I didn't have to deal with anyone during the last month, and she even zoomed with my DJ/MC before the wedding day to make sure they were on the same page with the timeline!! Oh, and all of my vendors loved working with her too. She was even super thoughtful during the event: grabbing my bouquet for the photographers during golden hour photos, taking my veil off, bustling my dress... Making sure all of my items I brought to the venue was packaged so it got back home safely (We did so much DIY for our wedding, I was impressed she didn't lose anything!)... I can cry just thinking about all of the amazing things she did to make the day just feel so special. ***TL;DR: If you want to truly just enjoy the day and live in the moment that is your wedding day, look no further and book Something Blue Productions. I'm so lucky to have gotten to work with AnneMarie... She went above and beyond my expectations :')

and I felt completely relaxed my whole wedding day knowing I was in good hands. My wedding at Murrieta's Well went perfectly, ran smoothly, and the venue looked stunning. If there were any issues, I still don't know about it becuase everything was taken care of! Thank you so much AnneMarie for making my wedding run just as I had hoped! Hire her and her team- you won't be dissapointed!

look for ways to help you. If you have limited budget, make sure you prioritize getting her! She's amaaaazinng

e as my day of coordinator helped my day go so much smoother! Both her and her assistant were on time, organized and professional and helped my vision come true. It was so hard being inside getting ready and worrying whether or not everything was going to get decorated and be perfect but she made sure it all went perfectly! Thank you both so much for all of your help!!

now again to 2021. AnneMarie helped us reschedule both times and did so quickly and calmly, while helping us look on the bright side. She quickly responds, checks in when needed, and asks questions we didn’t even know we needed to think of. Can’t wait for next year!

inate our wedding for next year. AnneMarie is super friendly, genuine, professional, knowledgeable and always punctual. From the beginning of the planning process, she’s always had our best interest in mind and we’ve always known we were in great hands. Even throughout this COVID pandemic and things being uncertain, AnneMarie has been very understanding and has continued to work with us. My fiancé and I are very busy people and we decided to hire a wedding planner to take some of the weight off of our shoulders, which she has definitely done. Also, with there being so many vendors to choose from online, choosing the right vendors can get pretty overwhelming and become daunting after awhile. But AnneMarie will provide you with everything you need for your wedding. From bridal shop to DJ recommendations, she has excellent connections and will get you in contact with reputable and reliable vendors. She is also very organized and will keep you on track with your wedding budget, which was a very important factor for us. I HIGHLY recommend Something Blue Productions for your wedding. My fiancé and I always mention how this was the best investment that we made for our wedding. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator that literally has it all, I would stop searching for coordinators today and contact Something Blue Productions right now! You will not be disappointed at all, I promise!

as the first coordinator to respond back to us. From the beginning, AnneMarie was very quick to respond to all our emails/messages. During our initial phone consultation we could tell she was very knowledgable and had plenty of experience with wedding coordination. She quickly put us at ease, even though we were stressed about having to find someone last minute. Right after we hired her, she got to work with contacting our vendors and helping us with our timeline and other final details for our wedding. Even though we hired her as a day-of coordinator, she acted more as a month-of coordinator and was always very helpful answering any of our questions leading up to our wedding day. AnneMarie and her assistant, Lauren, were present during our rehearsal and even took most of our decorations and items for our ceremony and reception so that we wouldn't have to worry about bringing them ourselves. They even helped us assemble our ceremony programs and folded our place cards for us. On the day of the wedding, AnneMarie and Lauren helped our ceremony run smoothly. For the reception, they set up all our items and decorations exactly how we had asked. Everything looked beautiful. Our reception activities ran smoothly and they kept us on track with our timeline. At the end of the night, AnneMarie and Lauren had all of our items packed and ready to be loaded into my family member's car. Our wedding day went so smoothly and perfectly that I, along with my family, had very little stress! I was really able to enjoy our wedding day, which is something I can attribute to AnneMarie and Lauren's hard work.

e of us could ever forget. I was part of the wedding party and AnneMarie made sure that everyone was in the right place, at the right time, ready to go, with all details firmly attended to and made absolutely perfect. She was responsive throughout the entire process: from her organized attention to detail that made sure nothing was left unaddressed, to her personable attitude that was engaging while also being direct to ensure the day’s success. During the day of the wedding, for example, there was a nearly endless agenda of details that needed to be flawlessly timed and executed. During one moment in particular, AnneMarie stepped in to quietly fix an important timing issue in the background without the bride and groom noticing at all - doing so in a way that didn’t disrupt their biggest day, but instead made sure everything went off without a single issue (and, to be clear, if she hadn’t intervened so seamlessly, it could have been a different story!). I was so impressed with her incredible professionalism - it was as though she could anticipate everything that was about to happen and connect all of the dots both ahead of time through planning and meeting the day’s challenges with grace, decisiveness, and charm. If you’re looking for the biggest day of your life to also be your best, AnneMarie and Something Blue Productions is your answer!

and hard working. They made sure everything went smoothly and listened to my ideas and plans before giving me their suggestions to make it even better. I 110% recommend their services to any bride/groom in need of some support during her/his big day. Seriously, made my day run like clockwork even when it shouldn't have and allowed me to enjoy my day and not panic or stress. Great team and would use again if I could!

f she had everything down to a T. When I arrived at the venue early to see if anything needed to be done and everything was already perfect! My daughter and her new husband were kept on time (thanks to her well-crafted timeline and direction on the day) and actually got to eat and drink their signature cocktails! AnneMarie is definitely the best – I would give her the highest recommendation! Thank you for all you did for us, AnneMarie!
