The guest book "registry" (i.e. frame with hearts to write on and drop into the frame!) was placed in clear sight and beautifully arranged to make it look like part of the decor. Not much was done to fix the issues that we had, and sometimes my guests and bridal party weren’t treated with respect. Overall, my wedding was beautiful and I had an amazing time. b! When we first started, Heidibeth told me that she would let me know when it was time to start making decisions on things and she would keep things on schedule. That is exactly what she did and it was very stress free! She had me create a Pinterest page with my visions and she delivered all of my visions exactly how I imagined. It was like she was able to see what was going on in my brain to a T. From the flowers, table décor, linens, color scheme, cake and more, it was absolutely perfect! close to two years planning my wedding by myself and as the date began to get closer, my anxiety got worse as I just kept thinking of the day of and how much work I would have to do with my family not knowing all the little details. When we finally decided to hire someone for the day of as well as handling some details that last month, I didn't have to look much further than HeidiBeth. She was the first and only coordinator I reached out and met with and right away I knew we were a good fit ad she would get the job done. We talked for about an hour in our first visit and her attention to detail and questions asked were spot on. Leading up to the wedding, she was able to recommend the last few vendors we needed and I could not be happier with her recommendations. About three weeks before we really started getting into the details of the wedding and she made it the easiest process for me. She handled reaching out to vendors, setting up timelines, answering my last minute questions, and so much more. We had hired a DJ company and were being assigned a random DJ, and HeidiBeth called and made sure we got one of the best DJs and we were not disappointed! We even had a mix up with the groom/mother song two days before the wedding and she was able to call the DJ and handle it without me having to worry. While everything before the wedding was great, I can not explain in words how amazing her and her assistant, Val, were the day of. From the moment she showed up she took control of the day, and the only decisions I had to make were with regards to the weather. She turned the venue and the wedding into my dream wedding and I was able to sit back the morning of and enjoy getting ready with my girls and really taking in the entire day. I tend to be a little bit of a control freak and my family was in shock at how calm I was the day of the wedding and I attribute that to HeidiBeth. I knew that she was handling everything and making sure everything was how I wanted it so I was able to give control to her and have fun! The entire day was calling for rain and me being my stubborn self, I would not commit to moving the ceremony inside, she let me take my time and when the time finally came that I had to make a decision, she helped me find a solution to still have it outside if the rain hadn't started, and we did!! She kept pictures and the timeline moving accordingly, which was what was needed because it could have started raining on us any minute; because she did that, I was able to get the perfect pictures and have my dream ceremony. During the reception, her and Val were amazing. She was on top of everything and all I needed to do was have a good time! My husband is still talking about how Val was always watching his drink and he never went without a drink the entire night. To top it all off, my bridesmaid had reached out to see if she could decorate our room for the night of the wedding and she was able to grab champagne, rose pedals, candles and decorate our room. If I can give any advice to the bride-to-be, it would be to hire HeidiBeth. I can not stress enough how the day of went exactly how I wanted and I was not worried about one thing. I truly do not know how I would have got it all done without HeidiBeth. Hire her and her amazing team!

She helped me throw an amazing "Day of the Dead " rehearsal dinner with themed tables, wonderful appetizers and dinner, themed desserts, Mariachis...the works. My son and daughter-in-love had the most unique, romantic , amazing wedding. HeidiBeth kept their vision while making suggestions and offering a seasoned opinion. Their vision for their dream wedding included deluxe invitations and day -of printing, over-the-top catering and bar service, a caricature artist, a cigar roller, floral that included a 7' tall freestanding floral wreath, wreaths for the bridesmaids to carry, tartan plaid and floral pocket squares for the groomsmen and floral incorporated into their vision of a" travel theme to fictional places" throughout their reception. She somehow pulled it ALL together, let us know when we were going wayyyy over budget (and tried to reign us in!), helped find vendors, negotiate contracts with vendors, hotels, buses ( and all with great prices!!), whatever was needed, she did it and did it excellently . The day of their best day ever she and her team took charge, and made all the magic my son and daugher-in-love had dreamed of come to life!! She truly surpassed all our high expectations and I would not hesitate to hire her to do ANY event . If you can dream it, she WILL make it happen. She is a one-of -a-kind person and she will make all your wedding dreams come true!
