During the wedding, she was very on top of the event flow, making sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the day as well as adjusting when we transitioned between all the activities. As the night wrapped up, Sierra and her team had already had most things packed up and ready to go which made our clean up extremely easy as well. We honestly can't think of anything we'd change about the day, and Sierra and her team were a huge part of that.

Then on the day of she went above and beyond to problem solve any last minute stuff that came up and made sure we felt calm. We always knew we were in good hands. She worked so hard to make sure we were on time and everything fell into place. She was so professional with all the other vendors. She's so easy to work with and we could not have done it with her!

n’t let anyone tell you otherwise! Sierra was my right hand woman from the day that I hired her. I prepared myself for things to go wrong on my wedding day, but because of Sierra everything turned out perfect. (If anything did go wrong, she got it handled and we never even knew! Lol) I cannot put into words how grateful I am for her. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we owe it all to her, it would not have been the same without her. She worked behind the scenes during our event to make sure everything was flawless. She was my wedding fairy. Every time I needed something, she was there. I had visions for where I needed things set up, and then moved throughout the night, and I look up and it was like things got put into place magically. We had a hiccup 1 week before the wedding when new Covid restrictions were put into place. That meant we had to change everything, moved the wedding reception outside, changed the layout, the tables, every little thing to comply with regulations. Sierra jumped on the phone with me and my venue coordinator minutes after the notice went out. And we were able to get it all reset perfectly. It was because of Sierra that my wedding was executed so flawlessly. She had checklists and templates for us to use, zoom calls to check in weekly, (or anytime I just felt overwhelmed) she was the help I needed when I didn’t even know I needed it—she thinks of everything! You’ll be forever thankful you hired SBWE. I know I am!

have a DOC and if you’re in Southern California, you have to have Liz! I have so many wonderful things to say that I don’t know where to start… Leading up to the wedding Liz checked-in with us at least once a month to make sure we were on schedule with planning. One day, my then fiance told me we needed to pick out wedding bands and when I asked why he said “because it was in the email from our coordinator.” So Liz earned points with me right off the bat because she actually got my fiance, who wasn’t interested in planning anything, to think about plans! She also meticulously worked on our wedding timeline and wedding packet so our day ran smoothly - every time I logged into my Google Drive, I had a notification that Liz had edited the packet recently. Prior to the wedding, Liz started checking in with all of the vendors and discovered that our limo company didn’t have one of our contracts on file - if it wasn’t for Liz’s planning and help, we might have been short a car on the wedding day! On the actual day, Liz was like a fairy godmother. She took care of all of the details and might sure we were on schedule. I didn’t have to think about a single thing - I got to just enjoy my wedding day and I couldn’t be more grateful for that. Liz and her team set up the reception space perfectly and at the end of the night took everything down and had it packed up before I could even make my way to the car. Aside from being the best coordinator, Liz is also such a friendly, genuine person. You spend a lot of time with your coordinator on your wedding day and I couldn’t have been happier to have Liz around. It didn’t feel like she was a vendor I had hired, but rather another friend hanging out with me and my bridal party. I’m so grateful for Liz and her team and all of their help. weddings work. This past weekend I was photographing a wedding and working with Liz as the planner - I can confidently say she is a couple's and vendor's dream! Liz and her team were not only incredibly organized and responsive before the wedding, but they were INVOLVED on the day of. They had eyes, ears, and hands everywhere. They ensured every aspect of the wedding was flawless - the setup, vendor coordination, timeline, and happiness of our couple. She was continuously checking in on everyone, and prepared to fluff a dress, grab a glass of water, provide a safety pin, all while being on top of the entire event. In addition to providing the most amazing service to the couple, she was able to support the vendors! She was there helping photo and video with anything we needed which is not common, and definitely not easy to do with all that needs to be done during a wedding!
