Something New:) Films

Sandi & Jimmy did an outstanding job with our wedding highlight video and are featured film! What made it so special was we didn't realize it would be like an actual movie that you rent on a BlUe-Ray and we were so impressed by the beautiful wedding picture they chose as the Blu-ray cover. The awesome duo also hand delivered our detailed movie night box that came with candy and two movie tickets featuring our special day!!! The packaging and the presentation of it all was so beautiful. The day of the wedding they were Swift and catching every moment that we wanted to be remembered for many years to come, they were in and out and not in way whatsoever of us or the guests. You could tell this amazing couple was in love themselves, and they portrayed Our love story just the way we wanted it to be told! Michael and I highly recommend something new films, and we would love to use them for any future events that we have, first class all the way!!!!!

We were referred to Something New films by a very close friend of ours. Our friend raved about how wonderful they were, so we were excited to use them, plus we had seen her wedding video that was done by them and were blown away by the quality of it. On our first meeting, they were very easy to get along with and not stuffy like other videographers we had met with. On the day of our wedding, I cannot believe how much fun they were. We were blown away by the quality of their work, but working with them was easy and so much fun. They had the perfect balance of professionalism as well as the feeling they were close friends of ours. For me it was important to feel comfortable with my vendors and get along with them, and Jimi and Sandi exceeded that expectation. As for their work, it speaks for itself. Anyone who checks out their videos will see the quality and the work they put into them, and our video was no exception. To this day, one year later, my husband and I are in awe of our wedding video and what they did with it. We couldn't be happier that we went with Something New films. Anyone who's blown away by their videos will be even more surprised by how wonderful Jimi and Sandi are. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is getting married.

My husband and I went back and forth on having a videographer at our wedding given the costs. Almost all of my friends told us it was the best investment (if they had one) or worst decision they made (if they didn't have one). Finally, after my photographer said that video may be more important than photography I knew I had to have one! I began my search based upon his recommendation and contacted Something New. From the first email Sandi was SUPER responsive, friendly, and felt like a long lost friend. Oh, did I mention she was 9 months pregnant and on best rest and STILL this involved? I did a lot of research and went back and forth considering cheaper options, but once I saw Something New's films there was NO comparison and I just couldn't get them out of my mind. I knew I wanted those beautiful memories for our wedding day! Jimi was amazing! He was also SO nice, cool, relaxed and worked his butt off with his amazing assistant. They captured details I didn't even notice. Watching my films back (which I do...over and over again) makes me cry, smile, and laugh every. single. time. I know now why they're name includes a :), you will be smiling from ear to ear (along with teary eyes; I dare you to watch one of their films without tearing up!) when you receive your special video. Our family and friends are all blown away by the amazing quality and storytelling of our video. So much so that our video has our loved ones talking and asking me to see it and share it all of the time. I couldn't recommend Sandi & Jimi and Something New :) Films any more highly. From our very first interaction they were amazing to work with and I truly feel like they are friends. My advice: don't think twice and choose Something New :) films. It was worth every penny and more. Amazing people and incredible films!

Sandi and Jimi are artists! They truly take the time to get to know us so that they could capture us on our wedding video. They do not just give you a pretty video, it is more than that. When we finally saw the wedding video it was like living our wedding and the love we were surrounded by all over again. When we first started planning our wedding, video was the most important thing we wanted and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
