xtremely hands on and present for every single design meeting up until the wedding day. Taylor brought our vision to life in ways that we did not even think were possible!!! There was no detail that Taylor and her team did not think of. Everything we could have ever wanted and more came to fruition on our wedding day. Our one request was that we wanted a large cross at our ceremony, and Taylor went the extra to build a cross for our ceremony. It was truly amazing! Through our planning conversations, Taylor would help our ideas become exponentially grander and more elegant! Taylor is so knowledgeable and she truly has such an amazing eye and vision on how to make your vision come to life, but bigger and better than you could ever think. We are so thankful for Taylor and her team for making our wedding a dream come true. Taylor and her team also did our rehearsal dinner! They delivered and set up all the flowers at the venue for the rehearsal dinner, which made everything so easy. I remember so vividly seeing the cross on our wedding day as I walked down the aisle to see my husband for the first time. I was so overcome with joy and gratitude, that I was reduced to tears. Walking into the reception with my parents and husband, we were truly blown away by the florals on the head table, bar area, dance floor, guest tables, and cake table. It was truly magnificent! Taylor and Something Pretty Floral exceeded what we thought we could create with our floral vision. We even rented vases, tea candles, and large candelabras from Taylor which only added to the elegance of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Taylor was such a joy to work with and truly was one of my most favorite vendors to visit and meet with. All of our guests at the wedding truly could not get over the elegance and magnificence of the flowers and just the attention to detail with every aspect of the wedding. I will cherish our wedding season and wedding day forever because of Something Pretty Floral. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel towards Taylor and her team!

our vision was beautifully brought to life in every detail. Through our planning conversations, Taylor would help our ideas become exponentially grander and more elegant! Specifically, that Taylor’s team could create a huge Hydrangea halo that hung over the dance floor, an all-blue Hydrangea table runner that draped down to the ground, and huge floral arches that covered both sides of the doors entering the dance floor. I remember walking into the venue with my husband and family to do our first look at the reception, and immediately tears started flowing. We had no idea that florals of this magnitude and scale would be possible, but Something Pretty Floral exceeded what we thought we could create. Taylor not only became my favorite vendor to work with, but also the topic of every conversation. All our guests were speechless over the attention to detail and had to know who we worked with to pull something off this grand and beautiful. I will cherish this day forever because of Something Pretty Floral and words cannot truly describe how grateful I am to have worked with Taylor. Their entire team absolutely nailed our vision of elegance, timeless, classy and grand.

were quite a few hiccups during the setup process that were upsetting to myself as the bride and my wedding planner, who had to step in and take control of the situation. We had asked for greenery on draping behind our stage, and the set up crew did not bring a tall enough ladder; therefore, they just threw one piece of greenery on the top corner of the drapes and moved on. It looked kind of silly in my opinion. In addition to this, the bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids were about 30 minutes late arriving to the church for pre-ceremony pictures. It was almost an issue of the groom arriving and seeing the bride early because we couldn't get bridesmaid/bride pictures done due to having no flowers. The corsages for the mothers and grandmothers were brown on the edges when they were given to everyone before the ceremony. Also, the boutonnieres for the groomsmen and fathers fell apart quickly after the ceremony, even though they had only been attached for about 30 minutes. All in all, Something Pretty did a great job decorating the reception space and making beautiful bouquets, but for the amount of money spent on florals for this wedding, the mistakes I saw and my planner saw should not have happened. I did receive a refund in the mail for the amount charged for the greenery, but the florist did not bother to email me or include an apology in with the check. They did not contact the bride or her family to apologize for the issues that happened on wedding day.

prom. Abby was very helpful and we looked at two different photos on their Instagram feed. I was very specific and said “no greenery like the bundle” in the photo. We talked about ribbon and how Something Pretty tied their bouquets. I was quoted $85 plus tax and felt that was a fair price. When I showed up to get the bouquet it looked nothing like what we had discussed or the photos from their social media that were used for reference. It was tiny and looked like something a flower girl would carry. I asked them to please make it bigger and they did but it still doesn’t look like the photos and what I thought I had ordered. Another employee told me that “bridesmaids bouquets” start at over $200. The problem was not the price but the product. I would have gladly paid the $200 to get what I wanted. I don’t know if they thought I couldn’t afford the flowers perhaps? I was running errands and did look a little rough. The flowers smell amazing and they would not let me pay the $20 up charge. I would have gladly paid another $75 to get the look I thought I had ordered. The whole exchange was awkward and uncomfortable. The storefront is cute and the flowers smell amazing so I am leaving 3 stars. My daughter said the bouquet is pretty but really small. What people don’t understand is that happy customers return for more events like weddings, engagement parties, graduation teas etc. I would have a very clear discussion about expectations and results.

Taylor and her team were all very responsive, organized, professional, honest and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. In the final weeks/days leading up to the wedding, there were some hiccups with the venue, and Taylor handled them like a pro. I trusted her to do whatever was best and was never worried about it all working out. Also, my MIL contacted Taylor directly to do florals for our rehearsal dinner. I walked in and my mouth dropped on the floor. It was absolutely stunning! She was even able to reuse those florals on our head tables and cocktail tables for the wedding reception, which really helped me stay within my budget. I really wish I had another reason to book them again in the near future! Love you, SPF!!
