My mother, fiancee and I met with Kim and talked about all the many things she could do with her floral design for our wedding. We were so excited!!! She sounded great!! She sent us the consultation form, I filled it out and sent it back. Unfortunately I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN!!! I continued to write e-mails, left messages on her phone. NO RESPONSE!! I was so hurt and disappointed that she didn't follow through. I don't understand what happened however, in my opinion a simple phone call or e-mail would have been nice if she did not want to do the flowers for our wedding.

Our florist went above and beyond for us. She gave us personal, one-on-one attention, came up with great suggestions and ideas, and created truly beautiful floral arrangements that were beyond our expectations. This was one of the most important aspects of our wedding because we really wanted nice flowers for our garden-themed wedding, and we got that and more. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Something Spectacular. They even voluntarily jumped right in to help us clean up the ceremony & reception site when the facility's janitorial crew had not done it's job and we arrived to a filthy mess, and they didn't charge us anything extra for the service.
