I got a small cutting cake, cupcakes, cake pops, cookie sandwiches, and macarons. Something Sweet also did delivery and set up for us for a very reasonable price. For our cake, I had a very specific vision of what I wanted. I sent photos and discussed with Cory - our florist left flowers to decorate the cake with and I couldn’t believe when I saw it - it was perfect and exactly what I wanted! I also had a cupcake design in mind and they did it perfectly in our exact wedding colors. The macarons were also beautiful- they were set up in a tree in an ombré of our colors. My husband and I tried everything at taste testing, but on wedding day only had a few bites of our cake. However, our guests enjoyed every other dessert and we had none left over, which I know is very uncommon at weddings. This is definitely not because we didn’t have enough (I definitely over ordered) - it was just that good!

she's the one who came earlier than expected. We got a variety of desserts. Cookies, Brownies, cake pops, chocolate covered strawberries, and a small 2 tiered cake. Everything was delicious and we got many compliments. I would order from them again.

Initial consultation and tasting was great. We gave them a down payment and went home with a little homework for designs and colors. After reaching out with design info and further questions a couple times we never heard back. Had to email/call a couple more times in order to get responses on multiple occasions. At first we said we would pick up our order the day before the wedding, but later changed our mind (and confirmed with Something Sweet) that we wanted the order to be delivered to the venue in the afternoon on the day of. As we were getting ready to sit down for dinner, our order had not yet arrived. Our coordinator and my wife's mother called many times and left multiple messages, but were never answered. Eventually our coordinator gave up and ran to the grocery store to buy us a bunch of cupcakes. Shortly after she got back and set up all the grocery store items, our order showed up. Everything was as expected, but 0 communication. We were told to call back the next week for a refund. I called...no answer. Left a voicemail...haven't heard back, and it's been a month now. I'm not too fussed about it because we did get our order, and everything was very good, but anyone thinking of going with Something Sweet for a large event should be wary.

We chose alternating layers of subtle lavender & almond and rich chocolate & coffee flavors for each tier to reflect each of our favorite combinations. Though the blue color on the icing turned out just a bit different than I had imagined (I blame my lack of clarity in the last-minute scrambles for this), the cake really did look wonderfully impressive. Those who know me know that having a spectacular wedding cake was one of the most important elements of the reception to me. More than one guest told me it was the best wedding cake they'd ever tried, and several ate multiple pieces! It's now one year later, and my husband and I are about to eat the tiny top layer that we saved to celebrate our first anniversary.

Unfortunately we only got one bite of cake before we were pulled away for sunset photos but let me tell you this was the best cake I have ever tasted. We saved the top for our one year anniversary and we think about it almost weekly. I wish we told someone to guard it while we were gone! You will not be disappointed!!!

The vanilla almond amaretto cake with raspberry buttercream filling was absolutely delightful, and we can’t wait for one year anniversary to enjoy again! We enjoyed our initial tasting, although a little unfortunate we had to pay for each cupcake flavor we wanted to taste, when some bakeries offer a tasting for free. However, they were willing to make a custom flavor for us and made sure they got it right! They did deliver to our venue about an hour or so away; however, they were 40 minutes late which added some stress and confusion and that’s why I gave 4 stars. Thank you for such a gorgeous and delicious wedding cake of our dreams!

We were 1 of many deliveries that day, however, you could tell how much care and thought went in to setting up our dessert table! The entire process was fun and easy, communication with this vendor was a breeze! Price was very reasonable, as was the cake stand rental! So patient & willing to do everything necessary to make it a perfect experience. The cake & macarons were gorgeous & absolutely delicious! Our guests raved about the cake & it was gone in the blink of an eye... literally! Everyone was also obsessed with the macarons even the kids (we caught our niece with a handful & she ate every one!). The macarons were vibrant colors matching the color pallet we submitted perfectly. People still haven't stopped complementing our desserts & it's been nearly a month! And everything was very reasonably priced. Delivery went off without a hitch! We'd recommend this bakery to everyone & we have been! Here's one of our guests photos! Unreal!

ly pleasant, professional and helpful in planning everything. As our wedding neared and our guest count dropped some they were accommodating to our change in numbers. The cheesecake cupcakes were a hit our wedding, everyone loved them! I also had them make a small two tiered cake for our bridal party and family. I had saved a picture of a cake online that I had fallen in love with; they were able to create it exactly as it looked in the picture, if not better. I even asked them to make a small iron man figurine peeking out the back of the cake as a surprise for my now husband, it turned out great and he absolutely loved it! Thank you so much!

test-tasted this vendor, we knew we had a winner. Our cake was decorated to our specifications, and they were kind enough to drive several miles to deliver when I started to stress out about keeping it in one piece. We appreciated that so much. Terri is wonderful to deal with and was great with suggestions and ideas. Their prices with delivery were reasonable, and less than a lot of other vendors. We looked! We had so many of our guests ask us where we got the cake and we also had quite a few who told us they snuck a second piece! That's a good cake! They also did our grooms cake which was a huge hit. My husband loved the creative golf-themed cake we got him that evening. On top of that, it was delicious! Thank you to all who helped make our day great.
