I had such a great experience at Something White Bridal Boutique this past weekend! This was my first time looking at wedding dresses and it was such a good experience. My stylist was Sophia who was so sweet and great to work with. I would highly reccomend this shop to any bride looking to find her dress!

I had the best day ever at Something White! Sarah made the experience more than I could have asked for. I went in not thinking I would find my dress in the slightest because I had never been anywhere to try on and had never put a wedding dress on before. BUT BOOM Sarah worked her magic and helped me find the most gorgeous dress and the vibes were immaculate. We had so much fun together and she heard everything I said about every other dress until we got THE one. Something white is a 10/10 recommend and Sarah is a million/10!

I had the absolute best experience at Something White Bridal Boutique. I had an appointment on a Sunday, which they are normally closed on Sunday’s, so I really appreciate Sophia, my stylist, coming in on her day off. I also appreciated how accommodating they were with my big group of family & friends. Right away, Sophia made my group and I feel super comfortable. It was so nice to have the whole boutique to ourselves as well. After trying on a few dresses, Sophia picked out a dress that I didn’t see on the racks and it ended up being the one! The whole experience was so smooth and it was just the best day ever. I would recommend Something White over and over again! Especially Sophia-total girls girl and really knew her stuff!

I found my dress at my first appointment here! My stylist bailey rocked! I came in not knowing at all what I wanted and she really helped me talk through what I liked and didn’t like about every option I tried to get to the perfect one! Such a fun day! Highly recommend!

I am writing this review from the viewpoint of the mother of the bride, and I cannot compliment this shop or Sophia enough. We had a large group present with the bride this past weekend and everyone could see how patient, knowledgeable and attentive Sophia was throughout the appointment. The selection of gowns was amazing, offering a variety of styles, fits and fabrics. Coming in with no specific style in mind, Sophia listened attentively and worked to assist my daughter in first figuring out what she wanted and then finding her a very versatile dress that has everything and more. I drove 6.5 hours to share this moment with my daughter (and her group), and the experience at this shop made it well worth it.

I loved my experience at Something White Bridal Boutique! They had so many dresses that matched what I was looking for and all the dresses were in great shape to be floor models! They were super accomodating to my schedule and fit me in at the end of a Saturday to retry on one of my favorite dresses- which I immediately knew it was mine when I got it back on! Bailey was my original bridal consultant and she was so sweet!!! When I came back later Carly helped me get back into my dress! I also loved that I got to look around the dresses by myself and flag ones I liked and wanted to try on! I liked being able to see them up close and not have the associate right there with me asking me what I like and dont like about it on the hanger! Great open communication! I was able to text message back and forth with them!

This was my first stop of 4 scheduled appointments for the day. I found my dress 5 dresses in. I was so impressed with their space, it is beautiful, and oh my goodness Carly was AMAZING to work with and THE. DRESS. The dress was totally not what I thought I WANTED but oh my goodness it is everything I NEEDED! I haven’t stopped replaying the morning over in my head and looking at pictures since I left. I can’t wait to go back and put it on again and finally get married in it. I truly felt like I was on top of the world. I wish I could relive the moment over and over and over. I had the best experience at Something White Bridal finding my gown! Kelsey was so kind, helpful, and professional through the entire appointment. Even though dress shopping was the part of wedding planning I was the most excited for it, seeing so many beautiful dress options felt very overwhelming. Kelsey started the appointment by discussing with me what the vibe of my wedding would be, what traits I would and would not like in a dress, and looking at dress inspiration pictures before she let me pick a few to pull, and she pulled a few that came to mind while we talked. It felt extra special when I found my dress at Something White because both of my sisters found their dresses here too. In my opinion that speaks to the variety of dresses available because the three of us have very different styles, and we all managed to find a dress that perfectly suited each of us. I also have to mention how helpful their Instagram page was when I was looking for dress inspiration prior to my appointment because it helped showcase the dresses in store and advertised designer trunk shows!

Before walking into your boutique, I was convinced the dress I envisioned didn’t exist, no stylist would understand my needs, and that a bridal shop in Kansas City couldn’t provide the kind of experience I was hoping for. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Coming back today to pick up my gown, I felt so special, and I truly can’t thank you enough. Carly was my stylist during my first appointment, and she was absolutely fantastic. She understood my frustrations from visiting other shops (this was my 4th stop) and could tell I was overwhelmed. Carly respected that I had a clear idea of what I was looking for, and she made sure to involve my guests in the process, which I really appreciated. Carly did everything in her power to create a positive, upbeat atmosphere even though I wasn't quite feeling it at the beginning of the appt. Thank you so much, Carly, for being so gracious and understanding! Kelsey assisted me at my pick-up appointment. She allowed me to soak up every minute of it. When we were trying different hair pieces, she fixed my hair so that I could imagine my wedding day look. Because time flew by so fast, she offered an accessory appointment to come back and texted me later to schedule. She even had a great idea to come in after my trial hair & makeup appointments. Thanks for being so helpful, Kelsey! Here are a few things that truly set Something White apart from other bridal stores I visited: 1. Something White’s entire inventory is available to browse online. You won’t have to wonder if the dress you saw online will be available in the store because it definitely will be. 2. They write your name on a welcome board and the mirror of your dressing room, which creates such an intimate, welcoming atmosphere. The boutique has great natural lighting too, which adds to the experience. 3. Carly gave me the option to either have her choose dresses or browse the racks myself. I loved that the dresses were out on the floor, so I could point out options, while still benefiting from Carly’s expert advice. 4. I never felt rushed to move on to the next dress. They have customizable options, like sleeves and mesh bodice panels, which allowed me to truly personalize my dress. Thanks to Carly’s attentive listening, I ended up customizing a dress I absolutely adore. 5. I could invite six people (not including myself), which was so important for me to have my mom, stepmom, and mother-in-law with me. They even allowed me to bring my younger sisters to my pick-up appointment, even though they don’t typically allow kids. This meant the world to me! 6. Once I found my dress, they gave me time to celebrate, sip champagne, and take photos to remember the moment. 7. Something White genuinely cares about making your bridal experience everything you’ve dreamed of, and it shows in every detail. A heads-up for future brides, there’s a prompt to tip your stylist when you make your down payment and final payment. While I wasn’t expecting it, both Carly and Kelsey absolutely deserved a tip for their outstanding service. If you’re on a budget, I recommend bringing cash for a custom tip. I found the dress I wanted and knew I needed it shipped closer to home (compared to where I tried it on)! I spoke with Carly over the phone and via email. She was absolutely fabulous and made sure that I was taken care of. She answered all of my questions without batting an eye and truly was delightful to speak with. So excited to meet her and the other SWB team members when I pick my wedding dress up!

I discovered Something White Bridal Boutique when I saw an Instagram ad for the National Bridal Sale in July. Their appointment form was easy to fill out and I could mention what I wanted in a dress right there. Unfortunately, they didn't have gowns in my size (16) but I remained optimistic. Upon arrival, the stylists were very friendly. Bailey listened to all my ideas and pulled out beautiful dresses for me to try on. The dress I said YES to was the last dress I tried on because Bailey informed me it was not something that I initially wanted but before trying on the dress I could tell it was already gorgeous. My bridesmaid told me I walked out with such confidence in the dress I knew that was the one. While putting my downpayment on the dress, Paige, chatted with my bridesmaid who also got her dress at SWBB- Paige remembered her! The atmosphere was pleasant and my experience was surprisingly gratifying! The dress I picked was only slightly out of my price range but the sale was worth it- you only get to experience the right dress once! I can’t wait to be the future Mrs. and it’s all because I found my gown at Something White Bridal Boutique! SWBB estimated that my dress would arrive 6-7 months after the appointment since they would have to order my size but I was ecstatic when they called at 5 months and told me my dress arrived! They had reminded me via email if I needed to book an appointment for any accessories but that was not needed for me, and they also had recommended alterations. The giddiness of trying on my dress again has me counting down the days to pick it up AND until my wedding!
