Something You... Beauty

The Something You team helped me to look beautiful on my wedding day which is the most important thing. There path to get there did cause me a little heartburn tho. It often took 3-4 emails/texts to get a response on a question. This added another layer of stress to an already stressful process. When I did meet with Shannon in person, she explained that she was dealing with a bad assistant who had since been let go. Unfortunately I was stuck on the receiving end of this issue. Shannon was super professional. She was always calm and collected and even doles out words of advice. For example she taught my MOH how to remove my veil without disrupting my hair. Those little touches really helped the day to pass by smoothly. As far as value is concerned, her services are a bit pricy for me. A trail was $300. After my first trial didn't go too well, I couldn't afford a second trial and was left panicked that she would be able to pull it off on the day of (which she totally did!) Overall I am satisfied with Shannon's services as she did the most important thing that she was hired to do. Which was make me look beautiful on my wedding day.

Shannon is absolutely a genius. Her experience in the industry shows in all that she does, from scheduling an event, to responding to my needs and taking care of all details that I didn't even know I'd have. I got so many compliments on how amazing I looked, and the photos of my family looked like all of our group were from a modeling agency rather than just every day people. Thank you Shannon for all that you do...I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Loved working with Shannon and her team! They we so flexible when we had to change our location for getting ready as we were supposed to be starting! And we still finished one time. Shannon is so much fun and will make you feel at ease on a potentially stressful day! Her make up and hairstyles are beautiful. I still felt like myself, just polished!

I would give Shannon and her team a million stars if i could!! They are the best! Everyone's hair and makeup were absolutely beautiful, i couldn't be happier working with her. She will go above and beyond to make anything you want happen and she is hilarious and very personable on top of it all. Shannon is also very calming and knows how to help calm you down and relax a little bit if you need to. My mom was very overwhelmed the day of the wedding and while some of the girls were getting worked on she had my mom laying down, relaxing with a face mask on, it definitely helped a ton! I couldn't recommend Shannon and her team enough!
