The crazy events that occurred that day gave me all the real-life experience I could ever need when it comes to working with brides and helping them manage wedding day hiccups. I consider myself an expert in working around your other vendors to create a stress-free schedule that will have you wedding ready with time to spare. For anyone who wants to feel beautiful, confident, and natural on their wedding day, work with Something You Beauty. Melissa and Gina did my bridal hair and makeup and I've truly never felt more beautiful. My bridesmaids commented that when they've been in other weddings, they sometimes felt self-conscious working with hair and makeup artists, but they felt gorgeous working with Something You. My goal was to look like an elevated version of myself, and I achieved just that. Not to mention, the Something You team was incredibly sensitive and kind to me knowing that I lost my father a month before my wedding. I cannot recommend them enough and will be forever grateful for them for making me feel perfect on my wedding day.

Absolutely loved my experience with Something You for wedding hair and makeup for me, the mothers of the bride and groom, and my bridesmaids. The team was so communicative and professional at every step of the planning process, and were very willing to accomodate any and all changes during my trial and on the day of the wedding. Their high-quality products, facility and service made me feel like a celebrity. Heather, who was filling in for another artist, was the sweetest and made everyone with differing levels of comfort with makeup feel so at ease. I cannot recommend Something You enough!

I cannot recommend Something You enough for wedding hair and makeup! From start to finish, their team was professional, organized, and incredibly talented. We had a large group: 15 hairstyles (including 2 adorable flower girls) and 10 makeup application and they handled it flawlessly. They even added an additional artist to ensure everything stayed perfectly on schedule, which was a huge relief on such a busy day.
The makeup was exactly what I envisioned: natural, fresh, and enhancing everyone’s features without feeling heavy or overdone. Every member of the bridal party looked stunning and still felt like themselves. The hairstyles were equally beautiful, from elegant updos to soft curls, and they lasted all day and night, even through unexpected rain showers!
What impressed me most was how smoothly the timeline ran. Weddings can be stressful, but the team kept everything on track without rushing anyone, creating a calm and enjoyable atmosphere.

Melissa and Jen did a great job with my hair and makeup, starting with my trial. I also got a spray tan there and Leah did a great job. Highly recommend this salon for your hair/makeup needs!

From our initial consult call, I knew Something You Beauty was the perfect choice for my wedding day hair. The information they provided throughout the wedding planning process was extremely helpful and useful. Hayley was a phenomenal artist. She was professional, kind, and talented. At my trial, she did several styles of a bun to help me narrow down my preferences. She also made me feel comfortable and listened to when I had a few things I wanted to change on my wedding day. She did all 8 services herself and absolutely nailed it! I loved my hair and the rest of my bridal party was so happy with how their styles turned out. My bridal look would not have been complete without Something You. I highly recommend you make them part of your big day!!!

I would definitely use something you beauty again if I did the whole wedding over. Scheduling with them was easy, they asked throurough questions about what I wanted. I did a hair and makeup trial which was worth it because I thought I knew what I wanted hut once I saw the style on me I was not a fan. The day of the wedding I changed the hair and absolutely loved it. The hair and makeup stayed all day, running mascara. Hayley and her ream did a great job. There were 8 people total in my party getting hair and makeup done. They stayed on schedule and were very professional with and color options or changes my girls asked for.

Overall, I was really happy with my experience with Something You. On our wedding day, I absolutely loved how my hair and makeup turned out — it held up beautifully and looked exactly how I hoped it would in photos and in person. Our stylist also handled some last-minute timeline shifts like a pro, staying calm even when a few members of our party arrived late. I truly appreciated her professionalism and flexibility in those moments. That said, the trial was a bit disappointing, as my hair completely fell out and became extremely frizzy before even leaving the studio (though it was an extremely hot day). It ended up feeling like a bit of a waste given how different the results were from the wedding day itself. Still, the day-of experience more than made up for it, and I’d recommend Something You for how well our stylist delivered when it mattered most.

I can’t thank the Something You Beauty team enough for helping me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Allison kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what to expect and always being available to answer my questions.
Hayley was incredible — she took such great care of me and my bridal party. From our first meeting at the trial, she made me feel completely at ease and guided me through everything. I ended up requesting a few changes between the trial and the big day, and Hayley absolutely nailed the look I was going for.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hayley and the salon to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and supportive beauty team!

I got married at the beginning of August and am so glad I went with Something You Beauty for our hair and makeup! I was looking for a place that could channel the natural, soft glam look I was hoping for, and they provided exactly that. Since we had a church ceremony and a bit of time before we could access our reception site, we booked the suite at the salon to get ready- I had 8 bridesmaids, myself, and parents, and it was the perfect backdrop for our morning. Quiet, clean, and a pretty backdrop for getting ready photos. We also did the first looks in the courtyard, which provided beautiful scenery.
My makeup and hair lasted all day & night, and looked absolutely seamless. Hayley worked with me to get exactly what I was picturing, and was so open to adjustments. But really, there weren’t many needed because she nailed it! I felt glowy and beautiful the entire day, start to finish.
They were organized and easy to work with from a planning perspective. The timeline they provided for all of our girls ensured that the morning flowed seamlessly. We never felt rushed or behind schedule. They were professional, kind, and attentive.

Having Something You Beauty onsite for my wedding day for hair/makeup was amazing! We had 8 of us getting ready (bride, bridesmaids and both moms) and 3 stylists (Jess doing hair, Emma doing makeup and Dianna doing hair and makeup).
I was a little worried going into this part of the wedding planning process but Something You made it super easy. They helped me nail down exactly how many stylists and provided regular check-in’s leading up to the day which really added to the excitement for the big day. The trial was super easy and I was able to take notes and provide updates afterwards to make improvements for the day of. Emma and I even chatted a bit before the big day to share recommendations on lip colors I should look into for the wedding. Something You made a really detailed schedule and provided clear instructions to follow for the day of - and if I had questions they were very quick to reply.
I had some tweaks after my trial and Jess and Emma were great at adjusting and I absolutely loved my final bridal look. My bridal party also had a great experience while getting ready on the day of. Would definitely recommend hiring Something You Beauty for your wedding day!

Something You is a great option for beauty services on your wedding day!! They were very organized and reliable. My makeup artist/hair stylist was very sweet and had great technique. She was very comfortable doing whatever my bridal party wanted. The company is great at communication and knew how to make me feel confident on my wedding day. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because of the makeup/hair trial prices, but all beauty service companies have similar pricing! Overall, Something You was perfect for my wedding day!

I am so glad I chose Something You for beauty services for my wedding. I am usually weary of other people doing my makeup, but Hayley listened to my concerns and never pushed me to wear anything I wasn’t comfortable with. We had an amazing experience with Kristen from Something You as our makeup artist for the wedding day! She did makeup for a total of eight people, including me (the bride), both mothers, bridesmaids, and family members—and everyone looked absolutely stunning.
Kristen was on time, organized, and so easy to work with. She followed our timeline perfectly, was super flexible with any last-minute changes, and kept the morning running smoothly. Her calm, friendly energy made the getting-ready process feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Amazing experience!!!! I and my bridesmaids felt so gorgeous and comfortable on my wedding day. We had Christina for makeup and Katherine for hair and both ladies were absolutely fantastic. They were professional and fun! At my trial, they took the time to listen and try different things with me. The next day, I emailed with feedback and they were both receptive. The day of the wedding, they went over my feedback again and checked in with me regularly. My hair and makeup turned out beautifully, I was so happy with it! All my bridesmaids who got their hair and makeup done were happy as well. And our hair and makeup stayed put from 9am to 3am! Such a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I cannot thank this team enough for making me, my bridesmaids, our officiant, MOB, MOG, and my grandmother feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! From the moment I had my bridal trial, I felt completely at ease. The artists listened to all our ideas, provided expert suggestions, and created looks that were perfect for each of us.
On the big day, they traveled to our home, which was a huge convenience, and worked tirelessly to make sure we were all ready on time. I had a really hard time finding a vendor to do my hair and makeup for our surprise wedding, since I was the only one who was receiving services. However, I am so glad that I found Something You and Hayley. Hayley was amazing, not only to work with but in talent--everyone kept raving at how good my hair and makeup looked. Most importantly, I felt like myself—just elevated. My hair doesn’t hold a curl well and Hayley knew exactly what to do…and my makeup didn’t budge! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience here. It started with a disappointing hair and makeup trial, which was especially frustrating given how expensive trials alone can be. I left the studio feeling unhappy with the results and honestly felt ugly. I provided detailed feedback to the artists during the trial, through follow-up texts, and again on my wedding day. On my wedding day, I initially liked how the look turned out, but within an hour, my hair began to fall apart—the curls completely dropped, and bobby pins started slipping out. My bridesmaids had to help redo my hair multiple times throughout the day. My makeup also held up for only about three hours before becoming uneven, oily, and visibly sliding off, which was disheartening given that we hadn’t even finished taking our wedding photos. I had noted this exact issue after my trial, hoping to avoid it on the big day.
After the wedding, my bridesmaids mentioned they were also disappointed with their hair and makeup, which was disheartening to hear.
If you’re looking for a very light, natural makeup look, this might be a good fit. However, if you want flawless, long-lasting hair and makeup for a full day of wedding festivities, I would recommend exploring other options.
I’ve had my hair and makeup done around 15 times for different events, and unfortunately, this was one of my most disappointing experiences.

It’s disappointing to hear about the issues you experienced with the longevity of your hair and makeup as this is not typical of our work. I had a really wonderful experience with Something You. I was very concerned about hair and makeup for my wedding, because I wanted to look like myself -- just an "elevated version" of myself. I had my hair and makeup done before by other artists and found that I didn't look like me, which was not how I wanted to feel on the wedding day! Lauren was amazing and definitely gave me and all of my girlfriends a natural, clean, beautiful look. She and the rest of the Something You team really focus on natural looking makeup, so that we all looked like ourselves, just a little more special!

Our day of beauty services were perfect, from the moment the planning began we were supported every step of the way. Our hair and makeup artist Hayley was so incredible from the moment we started our trial until all of our day of services were complete. She was so nice, so friendly and so fun, and immediately matched our energy while we were getting ready. All of my girls raved about her service and amazing personality while we got to know her a bit on the big day. We had the time of our lives getting ready and she was such a big part of the process. She made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease while getting hair and makeup done. Lauren from Something You did a fantastic job with my wedding hair and makeup! She was helpful during the trial appointment with making changes and made me feel comfortable enough to be honest and ask for changes. I was looking for a soft, natural look and she made that happen! My only main concern was that there booking site for trial appointments was not great; I didn't receive the link to book for a while and then it showed that there were hardly any appointments available. Otherwise, everything was great!

Thank you Hayley for making me feel like a princess on my wedding on June 22, 2024. Hayley was amazing she did my hair, my moms, 3 bridesmaids and a flower girl and did all our make-up and was done in record time! She is amazing at what she does and I highly recommend Hayley for weddings. She was so personable and made the morning run smoothly. My experience with Something You (Hayley and Gina) for my wedding was nothing short of exceptional. I don’t often wear makeup, so I was a little worried about not looking like myself on my wedding day or not feeling comfortable in makeup. Hayley did an incredible job in making me feel like an elevated version of myself, and the makeup and hair didn’t budge all throughout the night of dancing. Gina was also wonderful with my bridesmaids and my husband’s / my mom - like me, my mom doesn’t often wear makeup and Gina walked her through every step of the process so she even left with some great tips for the future. Additionally, the whole team was super responsive as we were trying to figure out timelines, whether an extra artist would be needed for all my girls, etc., which made the planning process seamless. An excellent hair and makeup studio for our wedding! Communication was clear and timely. The results for hair and makeup were stunning. And I especially appreciated their willingness to be flexible as I was planning a wedding across the country. Lauren was our day-of hair and makeup artist and she was amazing.

I would recommend Something You for any bride on their big day. The communication was top notch and I loved receiving monthly emails with reminders/tip&tricks that helped me keep every detail in order. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind and the artists that provided our services are so talented at their craft-- bridesmaids that have been in numerous weddings said it was one of the top hair & make-up services they received for a wedding and truly felt they looked like themselves. We utilized the bridal suite which was amazing to hang in and relax all day with ample space where you didn't feel on top of each other. Additionally we were so happy we had the space since we ran ahead of schedule and had some down time to relax before the big event! I can't say enough good things or put into words the experience that I had with this salon. They now are my regular salon for all my beauty needs! Would HIGHLY recommend

We were so happy with the hair and makeup Something You did for my wedding!! They do soft natural looking makeup as advertised but were flexible to do the specific looks and details that each person asked for. Hayley took so much time and attention to detail at my trial and made even further adjustments on the wedding day to give me the exact look I was going for! As a fellow perfectionist, I really appreciated her commitment to getting the look right. Hayley and her team were so sweet and a pleasure to work with. They all made us feel comfortable and relaxed which was so important on the wedding morning. Would absolutely recommend!

Something You did such an amazing job styling my hair and my bridesmaids! They also did an amazing job doing our makeup! All the stylists were kind, funny, and made us all feel comfortable. My bridal stylist was Hayley, and she was beyond amazing! We also had Gina and Katherine. Also wonderful stylists!

The whole process with Something You Beauty Services was seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, their professionalism and talent exceeded my expectations. Lauren and Myra created a relaxed and positive atmosphere. My future-mother in-law was very apprehensive about getting her hair and make-up done. This was a new experience for her. They handled her with kid gloves and made her very comfortable. The outcome was amazing, and she was extremely happy. I went into the morning, not settled on a direction for my hair. Lauren crafted the most beautiful hairstyle that perfectly complemented my dress and the theme of the wedding. The style held up flawlessly throughout the day. All the make-up photographed beautifully.
The entire experience was not only professional but enjoyable. They were punctual, which initiated a stress-free morning.
I cannot thank Lauren and Myra enough and the entire Something You team for the outstanding work. Thank you again for making me feel like the most beautiful bride.

Something You was one of my favorite vendors to work with throughout the wedding planning process. They make it so easy for you to plan and send consistent emails with updates on the process to you. They recommend other services that you may like leading up to your wedding and I am still going to the team today for some of the services even after the wedding. This is a great team and made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself on the wedding day. I looked natural and like myself but fancy. Thank you team!

Lauren and Katherine from Something You did an incredible job with hair and makeup for my mom, my bridesmaids, and me! They even finished a little bit ahead of schedule! Everyone looked great and we had a lovely time getting ready - both stylists were friendly and kind. Communication with the Something You team in the lead-up to the wedding was smooth as well. I had a really great experience with Something You. The whole team is super personable and Heather, who did my HMU, was amazing. She was really receptive to my feedback after the trial (which I’m really glad I ended up doing!) and I was obsessed with my look on my wedding day. The team showed up right on time the morning of the wedding and worked ahead of schedule giving us plenty of time to get ready. They were so down to earth and fun to hang out with while we were getting ready, really helped set the mood for the day! Can’t recommend enough, my bridesmaids and the moms felt so beautiful!

When I found Something You Onsite Beauty for my wedding hair and makeup team, I was really excited because I was able to also work with the hair studio team for the months leading up to the wedding. I worked with Danielle for the year leading up to my wedding and she truly gives the best color and cut every time. She is so nice and really listens to what your hair concerns are.
Danielle also recommended Leah to me and I was able to get two amazing spray tans for my bachelorette and wedding. The color was perfect. I am quite pale, and was nervous that a tan would make me look "fake" or "odd", but the tan was perfect and light and just made me feel more confident throughout the whole day. I would recommend doing a test run for another bridal event just to make sure you are happy with the color and how you look in photos.
For wedding hair and makeup, Heather was my lead and she was awesome! She worked with new extensions and made sure to get my bridal bun just how I wanted it during the trial. For day of hair and makeup, Heather and two other beauty professionals were in our bridal suite and they truly all did an amazing job. The makeup was gorgeous but natural and everyone was happy with their hair.
Throughout the whole planning process, Something You sends email updates and is on top of all the details. They even send over a wedding hair and makeup timeline for your photographer and day of coordinator.
I highly recommend Something You for all your beauty needs. If you're a bride and want a great hair and makeup team - they are the best!

Choosing something you beauty for my hair/makeup for my wedding was the best decision I made. The team there is very prompt at answering questions and have many services to help you look your best for the wedding. I was fortunate enough to be paired with Hayley. She is an absolute angel and a masterful hair/makeup artist. She went above and beyond on my wedding day. I wasn't loving my hair and decided to make a change last minute. She stayed late and made sure I was 100% happy before she left. Hayley is very talented and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day because of her. My makeup and hair lasted all day on my hot July wedding.

Something You was the perfect choice for my wedding hair and makeup team! The trial was informative and made the getting ready process on the big day go incredibly smoothly. Jen and Melissa did an amazing job not only on me and my bridesmaids, but my mom as well! She was thrilled with her results after initially being slightly nervous because she normal wears almost no makeup. Jen did an amazing job giving each of us the perfect amount of gorgeous makeup that lasted all day and night. Melissa's beautiful hairstyles also lasted all day and night and hours of sweaty dancing! We were amazed. I would absolutely recommend this team to any future bride.

Something You has both bridal and regular salon services! I went to my hair and makeup trial alone and my stylist Haley made me feel so comfortable and confident. She recommended Leah at the salon to do brow waxing and shaping and I ended up getting that and derma planing done a few days before the wedding; I am SO happy I did, what a treat! The day of my bridesmaids and mom were amazed with how natural their makeup felt, which was why I had booked Something You. I felt beautiful and also like myself my wedding day!

I used Something You Onsite Beauty for my Sept 2023 wedding and can't recommend them enough! Hayley was amazing for my trial and walked me through everything to nail down my hair & makeup. The morning of, Hayley, Heather, & Gina were so fun to hang out with and truly felt like they were part of my bridal party. We were all over the moon with our hair & makeup and truly felt so beautiful.
I also regularly see Danielle & Leah and am always so happy leaving the salon!
I couldn't love the Something You team more!
