My wedding was May 25th, I was planning it in 5 months, and up against a lot of tight timelines for planning.
If anyone deserves a shining review, it’s Sona Events. The absolute best decorator you will find, hands down! Wedding planning is NOT fun, I experienced this firsthand planning a wedding in such a short time, and anyone will tell you this, however, I can confidently say working with Mona and her family was such a joy for me, and the best vendor I had.
Mona and her family are genuinely kind people and incredibly passionate professionals. They are not the type to simply sign a contract and send you on your way, they run a good business with strong character and charisma, you feel invited and appreciated by their friendliness and secure by their diligence. They spent a lot of time to understand me and my vision of the perfect wedding day. They were thoughtful, always communicating and asking questions, to confirm everything was excellent. And it was, of course! They want to and will transform your dream into a reality, like they did for me.
On our wedding day, everyone complimented our decor, and I felt proud to say everything done by Sona Events was beautiful and balanced throughout. I had no mishaps from start to finish because of how attentive and clear they are. I am a super detailed person, and they made adjustments and additions, always without hesitation, even as specific as the shade of greenery used lol. They really are precise and determined to create your decor ideas how you want them while being easy to talk with and never making you feel like you’re a bridezilla for wanting something specific.
I wanted a simple but elegant spring vibe, and I mean it when I say the atmosphere felt magical. From entryway signs, to dessert tables, centerpieces, staircases, a grand stage, everything was gorgeous and immaculate. They set up quickly, and they had fun while doing it, which was the spark of joy I needed on a busy wedding morning.
I could not be happier about my decorator choice for one of the most important days of my life. Planning can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be if you work with Sona Events- they are sincerely phenomenal decorators and people.

Mona and Jeet were absolutely incredible to work with. Their level of dedication is unmatched. They were both so knowledgeable, intuitive and caring when it came to planning and coordinating our wedding event. We could not have done it without them. I highly recommend Sona Events. With all the craziness that took place on our big day, the one thing we can say with certainty is booking an event planner who completely erases the stress of decor and design was worth every penny. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Mona’s experience and dedication allowed our visions to become reality. We know how difficult it can be to find the right planner with so many options available, but the second you consult with Mona, you’ll know you made the right decision.
