ng we dreamed of and so much more. Planning a wedding of this scale comes with countless moving pieces, but they made the entire experience feel effortless. Even now, countless people continue to come up to us and talk about how iconic our wedding was and how it was truly one for the books. Our guests were awestruck by the decor, execution, and fresh creative perspective Sonal and her team brought to the Southern California wedding scene. They created something that felt truly unique, elevated, and unlike anything our guests had experienced before. The fact that people are still talking about it says everything about their vision and execution. One of their greatest strengths was their attention to decor and their ability to make things even better than what we originally discussed. For our Veuve Polo Classic-themed welcome party, Sonal went out of her way to track down Veuve umbrellas that the hotel was using elsewhere on the property and incorporate them into our event. It was such a thoughtful touch that perfectly brought our theme to life. Another example was our large sign featuring our initials. Although we had discussed the sign, we had never discussed adding florals around it. The SJS team recognized that it could be elevated further and proactively coordinated with the design team to add beautiful floral installations. We had no idea this was happening until we walked in and saw the finished result. It was absolutely spectacular. These are the details that separate exceptional planners from everyone else. They don’t just execute a vision; they find ways to elevate it beyond what you imagined. Beyond the aesthetics, Sonal and Ginny were incredible at keeping all four days running smoothly and on schedule. With multiple events, ceremonies, vendors, and family members to coordinate, their organization and ability to anticipate needs were remarkable. Everything flowed seamlessly without ever feeling rushed. What we appreciated most was how they made sure we were never stressed. They constantly handled things behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy our wedding. They don’t just tell you not to worry; they take the problem off your plate and make it disappear. Whether it was something major or the smallest request, they made sure everyone had what they needed and felt taken care of. Sonal and Ginny bring together the perfect combination of creativity, professionalism, organization, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond, anticipated things we hadn’t even considered, and made an incredibly complex celebration feel completely effortless. Looking back, our wedding was everything we hoped for and more. We will cherish these memories forever, and SJS Events played an enormous role in making them possible. We cannot recommend Sonal and Ginny highly enough. If you’re looking for planners who will take care of every detail, elevate your vision, look after your families, and allow you to genuinely enjoy your wedding, look no further. Thank you, Sonal and Ginny, for creating an iconic four-day celebration that our guests are still talking about. You gave us the gift of being able to enjoy every moment, and we will always be grateful to you and the entire SJS Events team!
