nt called DJ Songbird the day of my wedding because they needed help regarding the cords. They felt as if the people were being very rude to them, and they got no help in fixing the issue. We also had some specific issues with the laptop that was given to us to use. I was very disappointed in this. Price wise it worked, but I would not recommend their services to anyone.

During the time I was communicating with them, they were pretty responsive by email and phone, which is important as you get closer to the wedding date because more questions always come up.
We were assigned to the DJ named Tommy Patterson and he was OUTSTANDING! I cannot give him high enough reviews. He knew that we wanted to play music off our specially made playlists and he followed them well. He was calm, upbeat, and professional at the ceremony and reception and did a great job looking for and following cues as to when we needed certain songs. We also made some adjustments on the fly and he handled them with ease.
I recommend Songbird because they were able to tailor some specific songs to my need and put forth the extra effort to make sure I felt comfortable using them in a brand new venue.
We had a band (Flying Toasters from Indianapolis, highly recommend) but we still needed DJ services. Amazing to work with and kept everyone dancing after the band was finished.
