After a long search we came across Sonia who was not only well priced but also let us make a package of what we wanted, just time and a CD of our images with full rights. After talking with her on the phone, we loved her personality and friendliness. The work we saw on her site (particularly her blog) was wonderful so we booked her. She turned out even better than we could imagine! From the moment she arrived she was busy taking amazing pictures. Having been part of two previous weddings, I was expecting the photographer to sort of just take a few pictures while I was getting ready but just really hang out. Not with Sonia, after taking some pictures of my make-up being applied, she spent the rest of the time taking pictures of my dress, my jewelry, my family members, etc all while my make-up was being finished. We had a bit of downtime after the ceremony and group shots and she spent that time taking beautiful shots with my bouquet, of our decorations, programs, and centerpieces. She was so friendly with us and with all the guests, help direct us when needed but also really open to any shots/suggestions we had. We spent an hour getting couple shots and she had some really neat ideas to get a lot of fun and beautiful pictures. Less than two weeks after the wedding we've received a batch of sneak peeks which we totally love and can't wait to get the rest shortly. If you are looking for a great photographer, who has an amazing eye and is friendly and professional and will work with you to provide what you are looking for, in price range that's great, look no further than Sonia. We can't say enough great things about her and her work!
