We booked Sonic Entertainment based on a recommendation from the wedding planner at the venue, David was very familiar with Blue Mountain and all the setup and coordination of ceremony/reception timing went very smoothly. David also did the music for our ceremony and cocktail hour which was great as well. Through the whole evening he did a great job of playing the songs we had requested while mixing in songs that were hits with the guests.

perience. I hadn't been to a wedding in a long time and had no idea what a normal timeline of events looked like, but the form on Sonic's online portal and Matt's recommendations were hugely helpful.
He was incredibly patient and flexible when I had to last-minute reschedule one of our meetings and when I requested an extra hour less than 2 weeks before the wedding. Also, as an overthinker and over-planner, I was stressing about every detail of the wedding, and Matt's confident and reassuring attitude made the entertainment part of the reception one less thing I had to worry about.
On the day of, everything came together perfectly. Right before the wedding party introductions, Matt ran through the timeline and I made a couple last minute changes, which he had no problem accommodating. I had stressed the importance of music for all ages since about 25% of our wedding guests were young kids. He played all of our requested songs, which included quite a few line dances and a couple slow songs, and he filled up the rest of the time with songs that had guests of all ages on the dance floor all night!

I was worried he wasn't going to get through our must plays because of timing but he crushed it! Played all our must plays plus more. We also heard from the wedding coordinator at the venue (Fegley's Brew Works, Allentown) what a pleasure it was working with him. David made his job easier by announcing things the guests needed to know and directing them. Could not recommend more! 10000/10 experience and made the night run smoothly and perfect! He sent us a survey to get a feel for our musical tastes, dislikes, and the kind of vibe we wanted for both our processional and recessional songs. He then took the time to meet with us in person to ensure we were all on the same page, which gave us so much confidence going into the big day.
Matt struck the perfect balance of fun and professionalism throughout the entire evening. Our guests were raving about the music and how much they loved the DJ! With most of our guests being 40 and older, it can sometimes be a challenge to please everyone, but Matt absolutely nailed it. The dance floor was never empty, and the energy was incredible all night long.
