Sonja was nothing short of incredible. She is truly an amazing makeup artist who listens and is all about making you feel beautiful for your wedding day. As someone who has always been hesitant to get professional makeup done this was the best experience and I will recommend her to any upcoming bride. She teamed up with Taryn for hair and she delivered the most beautiful style that just complimented my dress perfectly. My entire bridal party had the MOST beautiful updos-she is very talented. These two truly made getting ready for my wedding so fun and i am very grateful for my experience!

Sonja was great to work with! Everyone's makeup came out great and was very light and natural like I requested. She made sure that everyone was comfortable with their makeup and always assured us that if we wanted to change something, it was okay and that she would make our makeup look exactly how we wanted. My makeup lasted well through the day (my tears took a bit off haha) and she gave great advice on how to make the makeup look its best with skin care. The makeup looked great in the photos, and I felt very comfortable for someone who never really wears makeup.

Sonja was absolutely amazing! My bridal party looked fantastic as she brought out everyone's natural beauty with their make-up application. She catered to the preferences of each member of my bridal party which varied from natural to full glam and her bubbly personality put everyone at ease.

Sonja was incredibly responsive and enthusiastic from the moment I initially reached out to her. She jumped on board with our secret wedding right away and helped to protect our secret. She was wonderful during my make-up trial, listening to what our color palette was and creating a make-up look that matched our theme and my personality. She has an incredible ability to chat and flow with anyone she meets and all of my bridal party loved her! We also worked with Taryn who did all of our hair. Taryn is so sweet and she also made everyone's vision come to life, including my own! I couldn't have asked for a better crew to get me ready for the big day.

My best friend hired Sonja and her team for her wedding in which I was a bridesmaid. Everyone in her team was so kind and very talented. Sonja and Melissa truly made my wedding day this past Saturday so seamless! Including myself, we had 8 other girls getting ready and somehow we managed to all be done ahead of schedule. Everyone kept complimenting our hair and makeup the whole night and it was just all perfect. As someone that never wears makeup, it was such an easy process and Sonja did amazing! As did Melissa. I could not have picked a better duo!

I can count the few times that I have gotten my makeup done. I don’t ever wear makeup. And the few times I have needed to I have gotten it done at Sephora. Because I don’t wear any, when I do I am often uncomfortable and I feel that my face doesn’t look right: Too oily/caky/orangey. I often feel that I have “too much” makeup on. Obviously that was not the case with Sonja. The colors were spot on. My face felt light and super natural. She listened to what we wanted and also offered suggestions and education specially for me since I don’t really know much about makeup. Even with the overall languished barrier of the bridesmaids, she was able to create what was requested. She is very professional. Came on time. The flow between bridesmaid was smooth and we finished on time. She was pretty good even with one of my bridesmaids who was just being annoying. I had a very positive experience. And not stressful at all. I have nothing nothing negative to say from her. Thank you Sonja. I would hire you again on a heartbeat. ❤️

Sonja was so friendlyand personable. It made the experience very pleasant. The process ended up going a lot faster than expected. Sonja was quick but also very meticulous to make sure our makeup looked perfect. She also offered touch ups especially since the wedding day was 90 degrees.

Sonja and her team were extremely talented! They took my vision for my hair and makeup and made it a reality. They were all kind and personable and made you feel extremely comfortable. I hired Sonja to do my makeup for my wedding as well as my bridesmaids and my mother’s makeup. She was absolutely amazing!!! The trial run with Sonja gave me a chance to see what everything would look like for my wedding and not only did I love it but it looked exactly the same a few weeks later for my big day! She made an early morning drive to my venue, had a perfectly timed schedule that made things run smoothly and ensure everyone was taken care of, and left everyone VERY happy with their glam. We were so fortunate to spend wedding morning with this group of women. Sonja and the hairdressers knocked it out of the park. I am the mother of the bride and the matron of honor. I am 25 years older than many of the bridal party. Due to Sonja's gift with make up I looked timeless and ageless. I highly recommend Sonja! She has a bubbly personality and her energy is contagious. She was flexible and understanding as my plans changed several time because of COVID-19. She sent me schedule in advance and made sure that everyone was ready in time for pictures before the ceremony. All of my bridesmaids looked stunning! Many of the bridesmaids commented that it was the best wedding hair and makeup experience they ever had. I wasn’t sure exactly what I envisioned for my wedding makeup and Sonja helped me determine the perfect look at my trial. I felt absolutely beautiful all night! We had Sonja for my bridal, bridesmaids, mother’s of bride and groom makeup 2/8/2020. My daughter, who is very picky, asked Sonja to do her makeup after seeing ours done and Sonja was able to fit her in that day. My daughter loved her makeup so much, she’s planned for her prom, graduation in the next coming months. Sonja is very professional, punctual and organized. I met Sonja when she did makeup for my sister's wedding and immediately knew that I needed to have her for my own wedding too. Sonja is a kind, bubbly, and talented makeup artist based out of Bellingham, MA. I booked her team for my Nov. 2019 wedding for hair and makeup (2 vendors in one made things easier!) HOWEVER, she went above and beyond to ensure we found a new artist and that I loved it. She covered the cost of my trial and gave me notes to talk through what I wanted with the new artist. I would highly recommend booking with Sonja!! I went for my makeup trial about a month ago and Sonja was great! Very personable and talented. I don’t wear much makeup regularly and she nailed the natural look! She didn’t push me to put more makeup on and made sure I was comfortable with how it looked at every step of the way. She listens to everything you say and asks the right questions so you get exactly what you want. You cannot go wrong booking her! I can’t wait for her to beautify all of us at my wedding!

I’m not sure how to describe how great my experience with Sonja was. Since the moment we met, for my make up trial, she was amazing. Sonja and Kelly were both great for my makeup and hair trial! My makeup came out beautiful! Sonja is great and listened to my many allergies and made sure I would be fine. I don’t wear makeup generally, so she took that into account as well. I am so excited for my big day! I showed Kelly an inspiration photo for my hair and she took it and gave me a hairstyle that is even better! I would definitely recommend them both.

Sonya is absolutely amazing!!!! I messaged her two weeks before my wedding asking for her to do my make up on a Tuesday morning early! She happily excepted and from there my mother in law and I were openly welcomed to her house, she has a gorgeous make up room that makes you feel like your right at a salon. She also is amazing at making sure your getting exactly what you want ( especially if your like me and only know the basics of make up.) I can’t thank her enough for making me feel like a absolute princess for my wedding! If your looking for someone she’s for sure the person for you!

Sonja did my makeup for my sister-in-law’s wedding. I am super pale and usually makeup artists have a hard time getting a good shade for my complexion, but Sonja is a total pro. I also asked for a cat eye and she made she it looked flawless. We were surrounded by little kids and she even managed to field their many, MANY questions as she worked. Easily the one of the best MUA’s I have ever had!

I had my makeup and hair trial with Sonya and her hair stylist on Saturday for our engagement pictures and all I can say is WOW! The minute I walked through her door, I felt so comfortable and at ease. Her beauty room is so modern and chic, I felt like a princess. Sonja really spent the time to carefully review what I wanted and made helpful suggestions without pressuring me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She is SUPER organized and on top of things. Our pictures came out amazing and I can’t wait for her to be there for my special day - she is so fun to be around and so talented!

Only had my wedding trial so far with Sonja, but so far so good! My make up came out awesome! She is a lot of fun to work with and listens to what you are looking for. Taryn, one of Sonja’s beauty partners, did my hair for the trial. Holy moly, she blew me away. I showed her a few photos of what I like and she transformed my hair into an absolute vision. She was very responsive to my thoughts and ideas and always put my preferences first. Last but not least, Sonja takes pride in offering professional services for brides at an affordable price!! Weddings are expensive, and Sonja makes sure that brides don’t lose sleep over the cost of beauty. 10/10 would recommend!

Sonja was fabulous! I loved my makeup, and everyone from my mom, sisters and husband thought it looked great - not overdone but just like me. She was relaxed, fun and finished quicker than promised. She listened to everything I wanted and even answered questions I had regarding wearing everyday makeup. Sonja was amazing! She did my make up for my brothers wedding and I felt as beautiful as I did on my own wedding day! Sonja was SO much fun getting ready with! Not only did she have a great playlist going while getting our hair and makeup done, but she had a flawless design strategy. I'm not a super picky person about my makeup, and all I had told her was that I wanted my blue eyes to stand out. So she chose this GORGEOUS new palette (that I am TOTALLY going to buy after seeing how it turned out!) of pinks and golds and I was so excited! Sonja's talent made me look better for my friend's wedding than for my own!

Sonja was absolutely fabulous. We had a trial and due to my skin there are a few complications. However she was great at finding a way to make it work and make it come out perfectly. By time it came to my wedding I decided to go for more natural look and Sonja was great about all the changes i made. It came out amazing!!!! Sonia was also extremely personal and made me feel like I gained a friend not only a makeup artist. I would highly recommend her to anyone if I ever need her again I'll be sure to use her.

I had my makeup trial with Sonja last week and I can’t stop thinking about how excited I am for her to do it again on my wedding day! She was very friendly and professional. I’ve been in a number of weddings and have had my makeup done many times, but this was the best makeup application I’ve ever had done. Maddie was meticulous and listened to all of my wishes. Every girl in the wedding party that had their makeup done looked flawless and natural. Not to mention, it lasted all day and night. I highly recommend Sonja and her team!

Sonja is FANTASTIC!!! She did the make-up for my sisters wedding party and we all looked amazing. The ages of the people who had their make-up done ranged from tweens that are 12 to my mom who is 70, and Sonja even humored my 6-year old daughter and gave her a little touch of make-up. I'm not a huge make-up wearer and Sonja was able to make me look natural and amazing. In all of the photos from the wedding, we all look great and a big reason is Sonja and her make-up. My sister who was the bride looked gorgeous and I definitely recommend getting fake lashes, they look amazing in pictures. I highly recommend Sonja, she really listens to what you like, uses great quality make-up and is a great addition to your wedding prep.

Sonja was amazing on the day of my wedding. I never ended up doing a trial makeup session but based on my conversation with Sonja, I knew I was in great hands. I couldn’t have been happier with the results. I know that my mom and bridesmaids were also very happy. Everyone looked amazing and I can’t say enough great things about Sonja.

As someone who has also worked as a Makeup Artist for years, I must say that Sonja is AWESOME! Although I find it a treat to enjoy the rare opportunity for someone else to do my makeup, I always end up "fixing" or "touching up" their work on my own afterward to get my look exactly how I want it... But Sonja's artistry was so perfect that for the first time ever, I didn't feel the need to change a thing! I'm thrilled to say that my makeup looked flawless & fabulous all day long from 9am on Saturday until 3am on Sunday! Thank you so much, Sonja - I can't wait to work with you again!

Sonja did my wedding makeup trial and she is amazing!!! I don’t normally wear too much makeup and she really made sure I felt beautiful in what I had on. She is willing to put on/ take off makeup as much as you desire so you feel your best. I’m a pretty indecisive person and she was so patient! Sonja is so friendly and welcoming and I CANT wait for my wedding day and so glad she will be a part of it!

If i could give Sonja more then 5 stars i would! From the moment I walked into her house until the moment I left she made me feel so welcomed! She explained everything she was doing to be before she started. She is such an amazing make up artist! I will be telling all my friends about her.

I met Sonja yesterday for my bridal makeup trial. She was very accommodating to my hectic schedule and open to the look I wanted. I asked for gentle guidance as I'm not great with makeup on a regular day and she was amazing! She is so kind and professional, and made me feel right at home!
