Julie Picco is a highly skilled Executive Chef with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having led culinary operations at universities, luxury hotels, theme parks, and fine dining venues. She is known for successfully implementing seasonal and sustainable culinary concepts that elevate guest experiences. Chef Picco is eager to take on new challenges at Sonoma Raceway, bringing her expertise to the Raceway Café, on-track events, social and business gatherings, and national events as the organization prepares for continued culinary innovation and growth.
Taylor Janisz
Catering Sales Director
With 20 years of experience working in High End Restaurants and Exclusive Private Clubs, she has done everything from organized and planned events for large city-wide happenings such as, the NFL Draft, National Democratic Convention and Pope’s Visit, to doing luxury weddings, high-end corporate meetings, and golf outings. No detail is too big, or too small. Taylor is thrilled to now be part of a world-class company, Levy Motorsports and all the high-octane events to come!

With over 20 years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries, Coryn has built a career on crafting exceptional guest experiences. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and a trained sommelier, she honed her skills in renowned restaurants and hospitality venues across Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Germany, and New Orleans, creating memorable moments at every turn before stepping into transformative leadership roles. Most notably, Coryn and her wine team in New Orleans earned multiple James Beard Award nominations for Best Wine Program at Bacchanal Fine Wine & Spirits. Now at Levy Motorsports & Sonoma Raceway, Coryn brings her expertise in large-scale event operations, food & beverage management, and guest experience to the fast-paced world of motorsports and entertainment. Whether orchestrating complex logistics or curating seamless hospitality moments, she thrives in dynamic environments where every detail contributes to an unforgettable experience.

My organization hosted a high end fundraiser at Turn 11, and it exceeded every expectation. Venue: The space itself is spectacular, and uniquely designed in a way that can either...

be a completely blank canvas, or impressive on its own with minimal decor. The patio has a stunning view of the wine country hills and provides a natural photo backdrop for guests. Parking is easy to navigate with plenty of spaces. We really appreciated all the A/V options, as it seamlessly fit our sound and visual needs. Catering: Guests were thrilled with the food and beverage. The catering team acknowledged and communicated all my requests beforehand, and provided creative solutions to accommodate our budget. The team ensured the evening flowed seamlessly from start to finish, which allowed me to step back and enjoy my guests and the event. I highly recommend Turn 11 at Sonoma Raceway, and look forward to hosting another event in the future.
