Sophia in Sapphire Dance Studio

Sophia - please RESPOND to me my question. I have been waiting to see if I"m getting better where I can move around better and still not capable to be there yet. To this day Oct 2022, my medical condition has not been treated should I be unable to come to dance as I didn't plan for this to happen to me and if you did what I did, you would better understand if you were a disabled veteran yourself. I think you don't want to refund people is what I"m gathering. On Dec 2021, you said on here, after an earlier comment had an expiration; and recently on here, you're stating there is no expiration but it would have been nice to know upfront the specifics because there was nothing to sign but to pay you. I noticed compared to your price, there are 12 classes for $51 versus your 10 classes for $60 and I only used 2 classes since I signed up. I may have to put reviews and or file complaint for a $ refund of $60. Earlier comment: I was checking out to see about getting myself into dancing Feb 2021 then around Covid time; it wasn't helping, as well as, my health condition as Sophia knew I couldn't last long to dance when I would come there as it was starting to become a problem. So far, I came only twice and bought a package of 10 classes for a discounted rate from Sophia but then as time or years went by, I couldn't make it due to being a drive further and my health condition got worse (was in a scooter but walking awkwardly) and have been keeping track to notify Sophia about it. The last time we talked before the new year 2022, she said to call to see how I am by then so I waited to see if I can still get treated and still have not to this day, and trying to ask for a 'partial refund' but it sounded like they were desperate to keep the money and not seeming to work with me now as I tried calling her last week and no callback. If my condition was ever to get better, I would be back when I can but trying to find other modalities and waiting for medical to figure out what my condition is if they can find treatment for it if it's not too late.

Sophia is amazing. We wanted to do something special and more than the traditional 2-step for our first dance at our wedding and starting classes with Sophia was such a good decision! Our guests were very impressed, and I must say we were impressed with ourselves as well! We took 10 classes over the course of about 6 months. Sophia choreographed a dance to our song that we were comfortable with, but one that also pushed us to do moves we didn't think we were capable of. My now husband and I have no dancing experience, but on our wedding day you would never guess that . Sophia is such a sweetheart and is very experienced in what she does. You won't regret working with her!

Sophia is THE BEST. My fiancé and I wanted to come up with a fun, high-energy dance routine for our wedding and couldn't have done it without Sophia. She helped us learn all the basic steps, choreograph the routine, and polish all the rough edges. She understood our song and what we wanted, and created the perfect dance for our special day. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone (including people like me with zero dance training)!

Sophia is a wonderful dancer, instructor, and just an all around great person to know! She took my fiance and I from complete "what am I doing here" novices to busting out a personalized and fully choreographed dance with confidence, and in only 10 lessons! Our first dance for our wedding was a huge success, and we were surprised by how much we enjoyed the process. Prior to this, neither he nor I knew what we were doing and didn't really care to be in the spotlight. Somehow she brought the best out in us, and we are hooked. Private lessons = phenomenal, but her group classes are great too, and so much fun! Really practical knowledge for competitive AND social dancing. If you're looking for a dance instructor, look no further. Sophia is the real deal!
