invisible dance partner and the other would dance with stuck up Sophia .. I tried getting money back after this scam artist lured me into paying 200 for 10 lessons .. I stopped after 2.. she will not be nice to you .. she has a very fake emotion about her .. you can tell from her fake smiles . It’s almost like she’s a zombie ….absolutely no personality whatsoever.. TY Gary for recommending the worst dance instructor in Las Vegas.. when I approached Gary who is one of Sophia’s clients …just to say hi to him , he got all mad at me about why I was disputing my bank charges because it would ruin her business .. was so fun and like a little weekly date leading up to the wedding. We had a lot of compliments on our dance and when you watch the video back you can hear the guests oohing and ahhing. The dance was so romantic and she did a good job making it flow and not making it seem too staged or cheesy. We also got a lot of good photos, as she plans moments to be captured within the dance. 22, my medical condition has not been treated should I be unable to come to dance as I didn't plan for this to happen to me and if you did what I did, you would better understand if you were a disabled veteran yourself.
I think you don't want to refund people is what I"m gathering. On Dec 2021, you said on here, after an earlier comment had an expiration; and recently on here, you're stating there is no expiration but it would have been nice to know upfront the specifics because there was nothing to sign but to pay you. I noticed compared to your price, there are 12 classes for $51 versus your 10 classes for $60 and I only used 2 classes since I signed up. I may have to put reviews and or file complaint for a $ refund of $60.
Earlier comment: I was checking out to see about getting myself into dancing Feb 2021 then around Covid time; it wasn't helping, as well as, my health condition as Sophia knew I couldn't last long to dance when I would come there as it was starting to become a problem. So far, I came only twice and bought a package of 10 classes for a discounted rate from Sophia but then as time or years went by, I couldn't make it due to being a drive further and my health condition got worse (was in a scooter but walking awkwardly) and have been keeping track to notify Sophia about it. The last time we talked before the new year 2022, she said to call to see how I am by then so I waited to see if I can still get treated and still have not to this day, and trying to ask for a 'partial refund' but it sounded like they were desperate to keep the money and not seeming to work with me now as I tried calling her last week and no callback. If my condition was ever to get better, I would be back when I can but trying to find other modalities and waiting for medical to figure out what my condition is if they can find treatment for it if it's not too late.

We took 10 classes over the course of about 6 months. Sophia choreographed a dance to our song that we were comfortable with, but one that also pushed us to do moves we didn't think we were capable of. My now husband and I have no dancing experience, but on our wedding day you would never guess that .

y signed up for two classes because of our time constraints, she was still able to teach us techniques and moves that could help unexperienced dancers like us conquer our fears, trust each other, feel the rhythm of the music, and actually enjoy dancing together. Once we learned how to dance the basic steps, me and my husband were able to build a choreography from it. And based on what we heard so far from our guests, our first dance was a success! oth live far away from each other and the only time that we could do dance classes was ONE weekend where I flew up to see my fiance. I frantically called/emailed a few places around the bay area a few days before coming up, and Sophia was the only instructor who replied right away. We asked her if she could squeeze us in for three classes and she happily agreed. We then emailed her the name of our song and by the time we had our first lesson, Sophia had already thought out the choreography for our first dance.
The dance lessons themselves were fun and very helpful. Even my fiance, who hates to dance, enjoyed himself. We both felt very comfortable with Sophia. We would have loved to have taken more classes with Sophia but alas, time was not on our side.

moves so we wouldn’t trip over each other during our first dance at our wedding. We really didn’t know what to expect and were admittedly a bit nervous during our first session, but Sophia was terrific! She made us laugh right away which kept us calm and her upbeat nature was infectious. Since both of us have no dancing experience, she started with some basic moves all while getting to know us better during the session. At the end of the session, we gave her a few songs we were considering and asked her opinion. By the next lesson she had a recommendation and choreography to go along with it! I have to admit, she was spot on with her choice and had an amazing eye for subtle nuances that embodied both our personalities. She worked with us over the next few weeks, showing tremendous patience, while we sometimes struggled with some of the more basic steps. By the end, the routine was spectacular! We could really tell Sophia put the time and energy into making it was personal and tailored to us. I would recommend her to any couple looking to polish up on their steps or even learn some new ones. If she can make a couple of clumsy dancers like us look graceful, then she can teach anybody. She possesses the qualities of a truly helpful dance instructor: Excellent skill and ability to teach it; attunement to what corrections and exercises are needed; fantastic skill as a dancer; and wonderful care and devotion as an instructor. She is a delight to work with and we are so pleased we were able to find her to support us in making our wedding dance vision come to life!
