The staff here a amazing to work with! I picked my dress out during their sample sale and I couldn’t believe I’d find the dress of my dreams! They have lots of extras you can get and it was an amazing experience!

My wife and I both used Sophia's Bridal & Tux (Keystone/Indianapolis location) for wedding dress purchase and tux rentals for our wedding on 2/24/24. I came in to the Columbus Indiana location for my first ever appointment. I never dreamed that I would find the wedding dress of my dreams in my first time trying on dresses. The staff was amazing and listened to everything I had to say. I appreciated that they were not pushy but also so considerate of time by helping me change quickly. I was able to try on a large variety of gowns in different styles and they really helped me be able to narrow down my vision. I 100% would recommend this place to any bride!

I LOVED working with Zoie and Katie at Sophia's. It's a beautiful space with lots of sunlight so I definitely recommend going while it's still light out, especially if you're having an outdoor wedding and want to see your dress in the sun. They were so kind and knowledgeable, and my guests had a great experience as well. Zoie asked about how my parents got engaged and how my friends liked my fiance. I think Rebecca's has been around longer, so that's where most people are familiar with, but I would put Sophia's at the same level. Thanks so much Sophia's crew!

After a traumatizing horror show with attempting to order my wedding gown from a designer online, pressed for time, and certain I would end up with a dress I just wasn't that excited about, I started looking for bridal salons in my area and came across Sophia's. I was so blessed to find this place. I went to the Columbus, IN location, where I was paired for my bridal appointment with Mackenzie. Mackenzie had some kind of preternatural 6th sense when it came to choosing dresses for me. I liked all the ones she pulled, but there were two in particular that I just really fell in love with. Mackenzie was a true delight through the whole process. Warm and friendly without being too over-the-top or saccharine sweet, she made a process I wasn't really looking forward to into a fun light-hearted joyful event. She really helped raise my spirits and she found me my gorgeous wedding dress! I had so much trouble deciding between the two I had to return for a second visit, where the lovely Sue, who was also wonderful and kind, helped me try back on both dresses. It was still a hard choice, but I was finally able to choose and I couldn't be happier. Not only does Sophia's have a stunning wide variety of dresses, the people there are exactly the kind of people you want around you when you're making big stressful decisions. Found the perfect dress and had the best time doing it!

What a fantastic day celebrating my daughter on her first dress shopping day! After calling all the bridal salons within a 2 hour radius (including the bridal district in cincy), we discovered Sophia’s was one of only two places - and they both were in Louisville. - that allowed more than 3 people to attend and support the bride. So we happily booked our day with them even though it was 2 hours away from home. They had stunning gowns and offered mimosas with charcuterie boards and other snacks that were my daughter’s favorites. Sophia’s was an experience I never could’ve imagined for my daughter as a bride to be. From the several calls ahead of time to ask questions (favorite snacks, colors, who’s coming, food allergies, what dress ideas she has, etc), to having surprise cards written for her from all the important people in her life, all the simple touches made this dress shopping experience truly a just a “royal” celebration for our personal princess. Even after going to three other places (2 of them in Orlando and included official Disney Princess dresses - that were more expensive, i should add), we came back to Sophia’s and she said yes to the dress! We could travel across the country (we literally did) and Sophia’s was the BEST. We loved the true care and interest their staff, especially Annie and Kendall, used in every detail and moment with our bride to be! I had such a great experience picking out my wedding dress at Sophia’s in St Matthews, having it steamed right before the wedding, and then picking it up the day before my wedding. The staff is always so friendly in person and on the phone. I felt confident in my own skin when trying on dresses and I felt super special when I finally found “the one” with champagne to toast! My dress was steamed beautifully for the wedding and they even included a really sweet letter for me to read the morning of the wedding. They have a fantastic selection of gowns and made the whole process super memorable!

Kendall was so sweet and prompt. She helped me find my dress after me not being able to narrow down what I was looking for. I am beyond pleased with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone!

Sophia Bridal and Tux was by far the easiest dress shopping experience I have had. They were super friendly and made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried on!

I had Iris as my bridal consultant. She was very knowledgeable about fashion and weddings. S She knew what type of materials that would work with my body shape and kept me in my price range. She vibed well my entourage. I didn’t feel pressure to try on things I didn’t love and she gave me no guilt for saying I didn’t like something! I was nervous at first (being my first time dress shopping). She eased my nerves really quick and helped me feel like a beautiful bride. I highly recommend going here for your dress! I even got a bridal goody bag at the end.

Elissa at Sophia's Bridal was the most amazing stylist! She truly listened to my feedback and vision to help me find my dream dress. She never made me feel pressured to make a purchase! Sophia's Bridal was adorable and had the most amazing selection of dresses, with such a friendly staff. They took care of me!

Esther was my stylist and she was amazing! She helped me find the absolute perfect dress and veil!! Everyone was so nice, and it had a fun, relaxing vibe!

I worked with Annie twice! I came the first time and selected three favorites. She did an amazing job trying to match my style. I came back the second time and when the dresses didn’t give me “the feeling” she wasn’t discouraged! She simply went and picked more dresses she thought I would love and we ended up finding one that brought tears to my eyes (didn’t even know that was possible). I’m so thankful for her time and for the kindness of everyone in the store. HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting the full wedding shopping experience.

Kayla was amazing. My sister and I had an unbelievable experience. I had plans to “browse casually” but that sure changed! Kayla kept it light and fun and when my sister spotted THE DRESS, Kayla pulled it without hesitation and got me right into it! The offerings are size-inclusive, the staff make you feel heard and they do not pressure you outside of your budget in any way. I had to reassure her that we could bump it slightly up! And I’m so glad I did! Prices were extremely fair and the service was unheard of! Don’t go anywhere else! This shop was a dream.

My consultant Katie was so upbeat and supportive! she made sure to stay in my budget , really listened to what I wanted , and wasn’t pushy at all. I love Sophia’s! Everything was so wonderful from the start. They sent me lots of questions with pictures ahead to help with what I wanted, asked for inspo pics via text and called me the day before. It was so personalized. Mae was my stylist and she was the absolute best. She was knowledgeable about the dresses and the process and was so kind. She made me feel relaxed and celebrated. I can’t wait for the day I get to put my dress back on there for alterations

This place is amazing!! I went to the location in Columbus to find my dress. My stylist really took the time to learn what I was comfortable in and picked out beautiful dresses. I kept going back to one particular dress, but she could tell I was hesitant - so she kept bringing me beautiful gowns. The selection was gorgeous, the team was wonderful to work with, and they didn't pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable about my body in any way. Of course I wound up purchasing the dress I couldn't stop trying on! I went back the next day to purchase and they even got me set up for my first alterations at their other center.

I loved my experience at Sophia’s in Louisville, KY. Kayla was my consultant and she did a great job helping me find my dream dress, and it was my first time looking at wedding dresses. All of the staff were super friendly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Sophia’s to any bride. They had so many dress options and the salon itself is beautiful and had amazing natural lighting. They also never pushed me to go over my budget which was very appreciated.

As a woman with severe body issues, the thought of wedding dress shopping was daunting to me. I live and work in Florida, but am from the Indianapolis area (my family still lives there too). I had been to a few bridal shops in Florida, but they never clicked with me, and perhaps that was because of the fact I didn't have my mom and sister there to be with me. On a whim when I was up visiting for another friend's wedding, I scheduled an appointment so that maybe my mom and sister seeing me in a dress personally would help. As soon as I stepped in Sophia's - I knew I was going to find my dress. I was paired with stylist Sarah (whom I actually knew from college) and she listened SO WELL to absolutely everything I was saying. All the critiques, all the things I liked, and she made me feel important, empowered, and worthy of feeling beautiful. I did find my dress, and I am beyond thrilled that I became a Sophia's Bride. I can't wait to visit again!

I had the most amazing experience at Sophia's! As a plus size bride I was so scared to go dress shopping and that I wouldn't find anything that looked good on me. Chadsey was seriously amazing, she listened to everything that I had to say and helped me to find the dress of my dreams on the 6th dress. Everyone I spoke with at Sophia's was kind and helpful. Literally such a fun, special experience! Katie helped me through the whole process and was absolutely the best. She let me look through all the dresses and suggested some that she thought I’d like. I never felt rushed or pressured and she let me soak in the moments in my dress once I’d found it and gave me so much time to take pictures, FaceTime my people, and play around with veils and accessories. my stylist was Jenna at the Louisville location and my experience at Sophia Bridal and Tux was amazing and easy I told my stylist exactly what I was looking for my likes and dislikes which made it very easy to choose my dress she was very fast fun nice and easy to talk to I will recommend Sophia Bridal and Tux to any of my friends in the future who get engaged go hear you best experience it smells great the dresses are beautiful and the environment is to die for and the people are so nice friendly and understanding what more could you ask for

Gina helped me at the Southport/ Indy location and she made everything SO EASY. First, she always made me feel super comfortable and never even a little self conscious. She listened to what I wanted and didnt want in a dress and gave me honest opinions. I never felt forced or pushed to purchase. I live in Daytona Beach and she helped accommodate every appointment I needed when I flew home. We had an issue with the designer and before I could even blink she solved the problem! I visited several bridal shops in search of my dress and will never recommend anyone else. Top notch service.

I went to the one in columbus IN, but I had a great experience. Susan helped me and she let me try on as many dresses as I wanted and was so kind and very helpful.

Sophia’s was a great experience! My consultant did a great job of listening to me to help me try to figure out what I wanted. I give the 4 stars because while I was admittedly a difficult bride in that I knew exactly what I wanted but also had no idea the consultant did seem to run out of ideas for dresses and we ended our appointment early without finding a dress. My sister in law did find her dress here and they were absolutely wonderful in helping her accessorise and making her feel special and bridal. She even got an adorable Sophia’s bride gift bag at the end

I visited the new Louisville location, and my experience at Sophia's would better than I ever could have imagined! Jenna made my family and me feel comfortable and important, and she paid so much attention to every detail I mentioned. And the quality of the dresses Sophia's carries is unmatched. I went back later in the evening for my dress, and Gina gave the same attention that Jenna did earlier in the day. They were both incredible and made this experience one I'll never forget!

I recently bought my wedding dress from the Sophia's in Columbus. All the staff was kind and excited to help me. I was given plenty of time to voice my opinion without making me feel pressured to like or dislike something. I would defiantly recommend checking this store out for Wedding or Prom dress shopping!

I had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Sophia's! If I could give this business more than five stars, I would. When I first arrived, there had been a computer issue where my appointment was not on the calendar; however, the manager was able to work it out within 5 minutes even though they were incredibly busy that day. My stylist, Katrina, was very friendly and helpful from start to finish, and I appreciated that she was respectful of my budget and preferences for the dress. I also had my alterations and steaming done through Sophia's, and they continued to be very helpful, kind, and professional with every visit and did a great job getting my dress ready for the wedding day. They even offered to let me call the store on the day of if I forgot how to do the bustle. I would highly recommend Sophia's for any bride.

I visited the location in Columbus, and I was so happy with it! I gave Jenna my budget and my very vague idea of what I wanted, and she brought me dress after dress until I found one I loved. I didn't feel rushed at all, and Jenna chatted with me the whole time so it felt less awkward. I appreciate that they help you stick to your budget while still offering lots of options in different styles. I definitely recommend them!

So glad I made the trip to Indianapolis to visit Sophia's on Southport! By the time I got there, I knew for the most part exactly what I wanted. My consultant was okay with my party searching through dress racks and we were able to find the dress I selected within 30 minutes! They have plenty of dresses for my minimal budget. Plus they gave me a goodie bag full of treats after I said 'YES!'.

Sophia's Bridal was an amazing experience! Our group had the opportunity to have our own private dressing room which was awesome! Mariah helped us and was absolutely wonderful! I said yes to the dress and can't wait to marry my best friend!!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Sophia’s (Columbus location)!! My stylist’s name was Susan, and she made wedding dress shopping a fun and stress-free event! She checked delivery times on dresses that I was considering because the wedding is in just under four months. She took any of my concerns to mind, and suggested beautiful options! I tried on about a dozen veils until we found the perfect one, but Susan kept bringing out new options to keep refining based on previous trials. Getting my dress at Sophia’s was a great experience, and I’m glad I trusted them with this day!

Wow! I am so thankful to have found Sophia's (Fishers location). After a number or physical and emotional setbacks after moving our wedding due to COVID-19, the employees at Sophia's were absolutely incredibly- literally the best vendor/company we have worked with since postponing our wedding. Anna was just wonderful and willing to try all different styles. After a number of dresses that were like like like but not The. One., she walked me through the dress room and talked through style pros/cons, budget, and dress timeline. I am so thankful to be a Sophia's Bride. All employees and guests wore face masks, there was hand sanitizer available and the facility was clean. They also limit number of bridal guests to 6 (which was plenty) to make sure everyone can be distanced appropriately. PS. My dress was so below budget that my fiance and I bought the dog we'd been saving up for!

Sophia’s was my first and only stop to find my dress. Sarah was amazingly personable and made me feel incredibly comfortable (I was so nervous). She listened to me and found me the perfect dress!

This was the last salon I visited and the experience was so different than the others. I was literally the only person there for my appointment and they took the time to measure me and talk with me about what I wanted. Open back, maybe a little color, a little different and OMG they found the perfect dress. It had a bit of art deco feel which I loved! It was me and it was in my budget! Thank you for such a wonderful and helping me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

Regan was a fantastic consultant, and I was glad to work with her early in my search for the dress. I found multiple favorite dresses at Sofia’s and Regan helped me envision possible alterations. Ultimately, I found my dress elsewhere later in the day, but I had a great experience at Sofia’s Fishers so I recommend making them a stop in your search.

They had stunning dresses in various price ranges to help me find the perfect dress. When I decided on the dress for me, I was several states away, but the team went the extra step to mail it to me. They are great!

I had a wonderful experience at Beloved Brides (now Sophia's, I believe). I went with my mom and sister the first time, and it was such a nice experience. I went in already knowing basically what I was looking for, but I did try on a few other things to make sure! It was a super relaxed process (they only have 1-2 brides in at a time) which I greatly appreciated and all of the sales associates were so nice and super helpful. The alterations were all done in a timely manner also, it was nice that it was in-house. I loved my dress!
