Sophie was an amazing photographer for our wedding! She was recommended by our venue, and we’re so glad we got to work with her!
I was really focused on having a laid back weddin...
g day; I didn’t want the day to feel like a long photo shoot, but I also didn’t want to miss the opportunity to get some classic shots in with family and friends. Sophie did an amazing job balancing those priorities, organizing us for some posed photos before and after the ceremony, but focusing on those candid memories throughout.
In terms of style, I felt like a lot of wedding photographers we looked at leaned towards high contrast, dramatic edits - which just didn’t suit us. Sophie’s style is wonderfully natural, with some more dramatic options mixed in to tick every box.
Finally, Sophie was wonderful to work with and have at our wedding! She made sure everyone, especially our family, would walk away with wonderful memories both through photos and conversations with her. We are so grateful to have worked with her!
We are so happy we hired Sophie for our wedding. Due to covid we had to change our wedding date twice and it thankfully Sophie was super accommodating for us. We never felt awkward...
with her during both our engagement photos and wedding photos. She caught so many special moments from our day and the final results are amazing.
Sophie captured (photography and videography!) our wedding day beautifully and honestly with a lovely emphasis on the details, small moments, and real emotions. It was exactly what...
we wanted. From the first time we met with Sophie, we loved her positive and grounded energy and the true to life quality of her photos. We had to postpone our June wedding due to covid and held a tiny ceremony in August. Sophie was communicative, supportive, and flexible as we tried to figure out what was next. I always felt the photos were important - but I couldn't have imagined how sacred and special they'd become due to the fact that neither of our families were able to be present. Sophie has provided us with such a beautiful and memorable representation of the day that we can share with family and friends who sadly could not attend. I cannot say enough wonderful things, I cannot recommend her enough - we are so grateful!
We cannot express how amazing Sophie is! When our original wedding was postponed due to covid, we decided to have a small gathering on the beach (3 hours away from the original ven...
ue - close to where Sophie resides in the summer). She not only agreed to travel to document our special day, but her pictures were FANTASTIC! She is so creative and unlike many other cookie cutter wedding photographers out there. She is truly a genuine person and such a talent. We are so happy we found her and cannot wait to have her for our big wedding event next year! <3
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sophie. From the very beginning she was easy to communicate with and everything was very straight forward. The day of, she was so incredib...
ly patient and calm – even during the large extended family photos! She and her partner somehow managed to capture AMAZING photos while being virtually invisible and not at all intrusive. The photos we have are absolutely outstanding and gorgeous. She took the traditional wedding photos as well as fabulous candids of our guests and beautiful shots of the details of the day. She was so easy to work with and we are so grateful for the amazing work she does. I can’t stop looking at our photos!
Sophie was referred to me by a friend and I am forever grateful. From the moment I met Sophie I knew we'd get along and I would have the most amazing photos. She takes the time to ...
