I absolutely loved working with Sophie as my hair stylist on my wedding day, not only for her work but for her lovely nature. I travelled with only my husband to elope in NYC, meaning I had no family or friends with me. On the morning in particular, Sophie played a role beyond my hair stylist - she made me laugh, steamed my veil, calmed my nerves and was just so sweet which I really appreciated. I loved my hair after my trial, but had some thoughts about what I wanted to change. Sophie really took this on board when doing my hair on the day - and it turned out just perfect! I can’t thank Sophie enough and couldn’t recommend her more.

Sophie was my HMUA for our elopement in NYC and working with her was incredibly smooth. She is very professional, right on time (even early), very calming and cheerful. She asked for inspirational photos prior to our appointment and got confirmations along the way as she was working. Conversations with her and receiving compliments from her on the very beginning of the day, absolutely made my day start beautifully and made me secure. My hair is very thin and does not hold curls at all, but her work stayed despite of 5 hours of open air photoshoot on a winter day in New York (even despite the wind at Top of the Rock). She gifted me a Rhode lipbalm making me very happy too.🩷🩷🩷 I would absolutely wish to work with her again if I ever find myself needing a HMUA in USA🤍

I cannot express enough gratitude to Sophie for everything she did on my wedding day. She didn’t just do my makeup—she truly took care of me from start to finish. Her calming presence was exactly what I needed on such an emotional and exciting day. She stayed with me the entire time, making sure I looked flawless and felt confident, but she also went above and beyond by helping in ways that made me feel truly cared for. Her work was beyond stunning—my hair and makeup were perfect and stayed that way all day/night. And the best part was I looked like myself, just better! :)

Sophie did my makeup for my wedding and did a fantastic job! Throughout the trial and day of my wedding she was very reliable and easy to work with. She took the feedback I had during the trial and made me look better than I could have imagined on my wedding day. She is so talented and I highly recommend her!
